My sister and I decided to delve into the delicate art of flower arranging and signed up for a class at She Loves Me. To this day, I look back at that decision with a heart full of gratitude for a memorable bonding experience for us as sisters as well as new skills for arranging flowers. The class provided all the necessary tools, including an array of fresh flowers and a vase. It was evident that the organizers paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every participant had everything they needed. The instructor gracefully demonstrated techniques, emphasizing the importance of balance, color theory, and structural integrity in an arrangement. As I practiced, I found myself growing more confident, assembling bouquets that I'd previously only seen in upscale boutiques or glossy magazines. There was also a store within the class premises which offered a curated selection of vases, cute accessories, and unique flowers. Lastly, there was a cute ‘Instagrammable’ corner to photograph your flower design. It's been months since that class, yet I still frequently use the techniques taught. Whether it's for decorating my living space or gifting a hand-arranged bouquet, the skills have proven invaluable. If you're considering taking a plunge into the world of floral design, I can’t recommend this class enough. Not only will you walk away with beautiful arrangements, but the memories and skills you gain will stay with you for a lifetime!

She Loves Me was great to work with for our big day! Holley and her team were kind, inclusive, super responsive, and enthusiastic to bring our vision for the day to life. They took the time to understand what we wanted and think through how to best make it happen. It's clear that attention to detail is a highest priority and the ceremony and venue arrangements were stunning. The team hand delivered pieces to each location, which made the day totally stress free for the wedding party. I'm only giving four stars here because the personals were a bit of a miss for me. While very beautiful, the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets weren't quite what I'd envisioned, and the corsages and boutonnieres fell apart rather quickly (my mom's was in pieces before the ceremony began). I certainly understand that flowers are delicate and need to be handled with care but I'd hoped these pieces would last longer than they did. Overall, I'm really pleased with our experience with She Loves Me. I love that it's women-owned and that they source all their flowers locally. I could not have asked for a better wedding florist than the team at She Loves Me! Holley and team totally understood my vision even when I couldn't fully articulate it - and they were always available and happy to answer questions, providing extremely helpful feedback and guidance throughout the planning process. When things changed, they were able to adapt quickly and come up with new, fun ideas. The positive attitude and active listening from everyone at She Loves Me was so appreciated during what can be a really stressful time. And maybe most importantly, I didn't have to worry about anything on the actual wedding day. I knew they had everything handled, and was blown away by the final results. I already love She Loves Me - whether it is in person shopping at the Eckington/Capitol Hill branches, taking their flower arranging/wreath making classes or ordering bouquets for my friends (and for myself!) - but She Loves Me really went above and beyond when it came to my wedding. She Loves Me accommodated specific requests - I had fallen in love with an older collection that had just switched over, and She Loves Me made it happen for me in the sweetest and most professional way. The Vallarta collection centerpieces/bouquets/corsages/boutonnieres/flower combs were gorgeous and delivered early on in my wedding set up to minimize stress. She Loves Me staff even took family photos for my wedding party as we went through our rehearsal, so sweet! I am a long time She Loves Me fan - please work with them for future events, they are a pleasure!

I have been a huge fan of She Loves Me ever since I discovered them — they are my go-to florist in DC and always deliver stunning, sophisticated arrangements. I will now be a lifelong devotee after experiencing the breathtaking floral designs they put together for our wedding reception. They have an elegant, contemporary sensibility and work with local organic farms to source tons of distinctive seasonal flowers (one favorite of ours was a purplish heirloom sunflower they tracked down for us). We were in the best of hands with Holley and her team, who checked in with us all along the way to refine the vision and confirm every last logistical detail for the big day. I cannot recommend them highly enough for everything from pulling together a gift bouquet to infusing life and color into the most meaningful of celebrations.

She Loves Me is truly a special place staffed by the most special people. My husband and I worked with them for our June 2023 wedding, and the attention to detail, support, and joy they brought to the process made our experience a dream come true. When I mentioned my grandma, who couldn’t attend due to health reasons, loves snapdragons, Holley and the team did all they could to incorporate them into our wedding day floral arrangements. That level of care really warmed my heart! I also love that we can visit them whenever we like! In fact, I took a bouquet making class with them in July just to relive the magic all over again! (If you haven’t taken one yet, what are you waiting for?) From birthdays, to Valentine's Day, and everything in between--we will be customers for life!

The prettiest flower shop with the best Flower Arranging workshops! I visited She Loves Me last week for the first time - and upon walking in, I was delighted by the beautiful décor and cozy feel that the shop has. During the flower arranging basics workshop taught by McKenzie, I learned SO much about building an arrangement, caring properly for flowers, and the different "fillers, spillers, and thrillers" that allow your eye to dance around a bouquet. She was so helpful, kind, and from start to finish helped make recommendations to make the bouquet look better - while still allowing me creative freedom to learn myself. I truly enjoyed myself and can't wait to come back in the fall to make a fall arrangement.

She Loves Me (Holley) was INCREDIBLE. First and foremost, the flowers were stunning. Holley was totally down with us doing something a little different (incorporating citrus fruits and veggies) and made everything look spectacular. My bouquet was bright and flowing, a complete show-stopper. I am actually having it preserved because I loved it so much (which I wasn't planning on before hand... I was just so impressed once I saw it in real life). Besides her gorgeous, bright, fun design, Holley and her team were a dream to work with. Very responsive, organized, encouraging, etc. Cannot recommend She Loves Me highly enough!

The team was absolutely fantastic to work with! They were responsive and kind. During our initial conversation, they asked us about our vision and theme for the wedding. We shared our general color pallette and, like the incredible artists, that they are, they immediately began the creation process! Many family members asked if they could take the flowers home because they were that beautiful! To be honest, I cannot recommend them enough!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about SheLovesMe. They did all of the florals for my wedding and truly swooped in and saved the day when another florist cancelled only 30 days out from my wedding. Not only was everything exactly as I imagined but they went above and beyond making a breathtaking arch for our upstairs ceremony space and then moving it downstairs for our reception. They also placed florals into bud vases for our post-wedding brunch the next day. Everything was so perfect and they were professional, kind, and helpful every step of the way.

I am so grateful that She Loves Me has their Forever Yours à la carte collection. Since our wedding had under 50 guests and we got married in a well-decorated venue, our floral needs were fairly small. They gave us exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. They were so friendly and helpful when I connected with their team through the website with a few questions. It made us so happy to be able to use a florist that has locally grown flowers and is woman-owned. Not to mention that their flowers are beautiful!

As a bride with very few opinions and very vague descriptions about the kind of flowers I wanted for our wedding, I needed all the help I could get. She Loves Me was that and more! They were so accommodating to what felt like last-minute changes, weird flower combinations, and delivering on everything they promised from the initial proposal to the big day. I felt understood and taken care of from start to finish, and I'm thrilled to have an excuse to get flowers from them for life.

A beloved local woman-owned business, this location in Eckington is their main warehouse/shop. Inside new development, the space is industrial and spacious. The shop is beautifully arranged with flowers (fresh and dried), plants, jewelry and other items for sale. The owner is very friendly and willing to guide you around the shop. We bought flowers from one of their location and they lasted for two weeks- way longer than any other shop in the city!

The "She Loves Me" Flower Arranging Workshop led by Holley was a wonderful experience. Her creative and fluid approach to flower arranging, along with her sense of humor, made the workshop both enjoyable and educational. I loved the abstract style she taught us, and her guidance allowed me to explore my own creativity. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone looking to learn unique floral design techniques in a fun and welcoming environment.

Holley and her team are amazing. I love flowers but had zero vision for my wedding. I simply said "fall" and "color" and Holley made us the most spectacular arrangements that incorporated beautiful fall foliage with stunning seasonal blooms. The Chuppah they designed made striking backdrop for our ceremony. They were so easy to work with and so helpful curating a plan for us. 100% recommend for stress free drop-dead gorgeous florals.

She Loves Me is such a lovely flower shop! I live very close to the store and was so excited when it opened! The aesthetic of the store is amazing, and I really love the more whimsical and flowly take that they have on their floral arrangements. I took the Flower Arranging Basics class over the weekend. It was such nice and enjoyable way to spend a Sunday! I would highly recommend the shop and class and can't wait to go again :)

We enjoyed the cocktail pairing (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options included) and met some other nice people. We would take the class again!
