2 nights in a row I've made the mistake of stopping here thinking I'd get some service but the cashier is to busy talking to friends or on her phone.... the first night she wasn't even inside she was sitting in her beat up car on her phone smoking then saw me walk in, and started towards the door til I turned around and left then she went across the lot to talk to a couple guys at the far gas pump.... then tonight I try again she has 3 guys hanging at the counter with her while 2 others are leaning up against her beat up car parked literally in front of the door, one of which Yells At me as I walk past "GIVE ME SOME CHANGE SO I CAN GET A DRINK" as if he somehow deserves the money I work for or that I'm not going to use it to buy myself something.... an incredibly rude gesture and shouldn't be allowed to loiter there harassing every customer walking in for money and not only do them employees let him do it they must be friends because its her car he was leaning against!!! This place needs a serious visit from a corporate office and a good cleaning out of crap employees!

This place is terrible. Supposedly open 24/7 but they close and reopen randomly throughout the night while employees are visible inside doing absolutely nothing. Then you're harassed by homeless people and drug addicts. The workers are rude and dismissive. Especially the black lady with the short hair. She doesn't even know how to scan to redeem points. And gets an attitude about what she doesn't know with the customers. An awful human being. Avoid this store.

I am a truck driver for Indian River trucking company. I have been frequent customer several times a week for the last three years. Tonight was a very bad experience. I was treated really disrespectful by your attendant Lew. Which gave me a sharp attitude. her excuse was, "I was friendly". I thought that was supposed to be her role. For this I feel completely disrespected and as a loyal customer I expect some kind of result. Thank you for taking my complaint

Why do u have such rude people working 4 u. When the new manager came in the place went from customer service hell 2 really good friendly people that manager boy is doing a really good job even the atmosphere was good. However there is a really rude stuck up girl with a very big attitude i was trying 2 get an answer to why she charged me six dollars 4 a gallon of water. Could not get a answer. Nothing but sassy comments.where did all the new nice people go.

My whole family was on a road trip and had to use the bathroom. We chose the 24 hour shell even though it's the middle of the day. The store was locked with someone standing outside telling everyone that they were closed for shift change? Picture of 24 hour sign. The only thing I can think of is if some employee keeps not showing up for their shift. I've never heard of a 24 hour gas station being "closed for shift change" at 1 in the afternoon.

As a rideshare driver convenience stores are they only place to pee. This REDTROOM WAS CLOSED just now July 22, 2023 at 7:45pm with a sign that there was no power. But the rest of the store was open. I had planned to buy a drink and fuel up. But did not since the restroom was closed. When i do use a convenience store to pee, I 99% of the time I also spend money at the location. BUT if the workers have closed the restrooms I do not......

Every time I have went here the past two weeks in the mornings between 7-10 am they have the truck stop bottom doors locked and say they are short staff but they have a woman working upstairs and there was a woman downstairs just leaning talking it says open 24-7 and out of the past 5 years I been coming to this location it’s never been locked ! But I think whoever owns this store needs to know so they can make some much needed changes

Cashier ignored me and her supervisor when told to check me out next, as I had been standing there a while. Instead she checked out 2 new customers. I was at the main register which was not closed. I was not asked to step to the next register or acknowledged in any way by the cashier. Very poor customer service or awareness. Left & went to a more courteous station.

Not a bad little place. It's got 5 diesel pumps. Space for about ten trucks. On the weekend nobody bothered me. Dunkin Donuts on the top level. Downstairs staff was friendly. Shower wasn't bad at all. Hung out here until the frieghtliner place opened Monday. It was closed for inventory.

People , Don’t take your business to this place. Witnessed the store clerk yelling at a customer that seemed nice and calm . She disrespected the customer by humiliating him about how much money he was trying to spend in the store (amount was less than $5) She needs to be FIRED.

BAD GAS STATİON For trucks !!! Card reader not accept debit or credit cards ( only fleet cards ) and dowstair is closed , upstairs has only one cashier and she can not help to commercial diesel customers ( not her fault ) man restroom not have soap ( this pandemic days )

Not open 24hrs seem like they be closing at 11:30pm. I think the employees be doing that I don’t think the owner or corporate knows. This my 2nd time coming here at 12am/12:30am and it have that sign up I’m calling corporate because this is inconvenient.

They have Burgers and Fries and sandwiches. They have a Subway inside beer wine gas Lottery good good Subway sandwiches here I've had some of their burgers they're pretty good they have seating on the inside 8 fuel pumps really big parking lot

They are snoody and rude they need to learn to pull someone to the side to talk to them not embarrasse them in front of the whole totally unporfessional.....I also delt with attitude for something I did not do.... Y'all need better employees

I'm try to get a shower and ask manager Kim she told me no shower I ask why this is a truck stop,she didn't give ma a answer and cintue talking about nonsense,she is very rude and disrespectful

The store closes for several hours each night. The staff is visible inside taking extended, multi hour long breaks. Just sitting around talking, NOT cleaning or any other work.

Do NOT do business with this place .low life clerks that disrespect and yell at customers . Very unprofessional clerk that needs to be fired

Love the people in here they're so energetic and friendly is a very enjoyable experience to go get my munchies and coffee on my work break

People playing loud music in the middle of the night from the outside of the vehicle blasting no bars around ! !.

Cashier would not look at me, speak to me, give me a total or anything. Talking to peers was more important.
