Carwash is absolute garbage! I paid to wash our truck and got charged an EXTRA $2 on top of the ridiculous price for the ultimate carwash because I didn't get their over priced gas. We went through the cash wash, the roller that goes over top of the vehicle bent the box cover on the tailgate and when we were through i got out to check how it looked and the truck still had soap running down the sides and bird poop on the door still. We went back to the front to speak to the attendant about this and I got told he would come inspect the vehicle and determine what to do. I waited 15 MINUTES! at this point I was pissed. he finally came out and said that he would allow me to go through again to rinse it off. we went through a second time and when I got out to inspect yet again, it was worse than the first time. more soap, and the tailgate cover was bent again. Needless to say I will never be returning to this carwash. it's absolute garbage!

I paid $12 for a car wash (which is already overpriced) and halfway through I heard thumping on the side of my car, then saw my rear windshield wiper somehow the front of my car, then go flying off. I got out and checked the damage, there were faint marks on the side of my car, the back of my car was still covered in soap... and most importantly the entire rear windshield mechanism (wiper AND arm) had snapped off leaving just a stump. I complained to the guy working the car wash he just smiled and said I must have had my wipers. I told him that is not what happened so he said to come back when the manager is in. The manager said it's written on the wall that they are not liable, so they won't do anything about it.

The workers at this gas station are the definition of trained very well and are people who have experience with a good attitude and how to handle situations and serve the costumers properly. The prices are VERY fair considering the other stations that aren’t shell will rip you off but this shell they make sure to have fair pricing. When I went in I was greeted by a boy who helped me out with what I needed and his name was Jawad. I would 100% recommend going here for good gas prices and top notch gas quality. I am very satisfied.

The worst service, I have ever got from his Shell, a cashier charged me for extra item and I had tell him that you have charged me for the item I have not bought. Later, he was pretending for saying sorry. He refunded me and that money has not been credited yet after 15 hours. I am facing issue while I have nothing to do with this. He made mistake, and I am suffering from it. Cashier behaviour was so egoistic.

Jawad is an extremely nice worker who provided me a very good service in my short time there, as a young worker he has treated me better than any other gas station worker and wish I spent more time there to continue our conversation. PS, I recently moved into this area and will be visiting more as the experience was delightful. Very good gas and workers amazing. Excellent.

Crappy car wash that broke a grille on a car I just bought. Can't even refund the overpriced $14. Gotta love dealing with this kind of system or bloated corporations. No damage forms offered. They must have garbage insurance because if it still drives away, you're getting nothing. What is their deductible? Might as well go to small claims but who cares. Lives and learn

Car wash has problems! Asked owner/manager why the water only came on after the car was half way through the wash. Asked question because the car still had spots on it and concerned about paint. The owner stated “This is the new setting, brushes has water already on it, no water needed until half way.” DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR.

Two month ago，I bought a combo that for 3 times car wash here. And the old male cashier told me that I can use this in any other shell in 3 month, that is also the reason I bought it. Location is convenient & I go often. Pumps were changed out to new ones a couple weeks ago. They are soooooo slow now. People actually getting back in their car to wait for the fill it’s so slow. You have to get this fixed or I’ll find another Shell location.

Fast Charging station is the most expensive in the city. 55min 28kwh added for 28$. I’ll never charge here again. Shell kindly responded to my review but the station rates remain the same. Rates are set by owners but it does reflect negatively on Shell.

Not going to this station anymore after one of your employees hates working there basically told me to go away.....been going there for the past 2 years for gas and washing my car but after one employee was rude to me, never going back here.

It is a very clean and well lit gas station. Given the time of day and the pump that I chose I decided to pay at the pump which I would now consider a mistake. It was very frustrating to use the soft keys on either side of display panel.

don't fill up in this gas station or at least don't use pump number 7. I had a bad experience in this gas station. I tried to put gas on my car 3 times without success, so I gave up and left. After 30 min I received by sms a transaction

Thought it's few cents more than the Costco, Shell Gas is much higher in Quality and it gives a higher mileage too, not to say, no line up and has all the necessaries to clean your windshield & windows. No brainer, Shell it goes!!

Was filling up there half the time combine with Costco but I went there for a car wash this morning they charge me $2.00 more because I didn't gas my car. THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE .BUNCH OF GREEDY . NEVER AGAIN

This is my go to gas station I always try to fuel up here, the place is extremely clean, I was always a shell 91 guy but now switched to the new 93.. I could be crazy but I feel my 2021 pickup truck runs best on shell

Pay before you pump... But you cannot pay at the pump... If they can't make their electronics work, how can they pump the right amount? Not once, but many times. Just gave up on them. Costco gas is around the corner!

It's my go to place for gas. I love shell and air miles. I don't feel the need to post a photo because, well, it's a gas station at the end of the day and who needs to see it. It serves a purpose and they do it well.

Nothing worse than paying extra for gas to save $ on the car wash. Just to find out they closed it and didn’t bother to put any signs up. It not the end of the world, I’ll be fine with the car wash at pioneer.

Car wash ripped off our windshield wiper. Their "Soft touch" isn't so soft. When we looked for it, we found 3 other wiper blades on the ground, but not ours. Cost us $20 to replace it.
