I have never felt so insulted and humiliated by the staff at this Shell location. I've been coming to this location for 3 years, and always had a good experience. As someone who works outdoors, this had always been a welcoming place to fill up on gas, and grab a cold drink. As outdoor workers, you get dirt on your boots, so I have always been nothing but courteous and have made sure I either change my boots, or shake the dirt off before entering the station. The other day, as I was about to walk into the station, I got aggressively yelled at for walking in the parking lot of the gas station, with dried mud on my boots. I was never given a moment to speak as the gentleman continued to yell at me for having dirty boots and being on their property. I timidly had to go back into my truck as I felt so attacked. I am never EVER coming back, and as a customer of 3 years, I am thoroughly DISGUSTED by how customers are treated.

This is my preferred gas station in Southern Ontario. It doesn't play the price game that many stations play by the time of day. It has a modern access. It is expensive for premium gas but not by Shell standards since Shell is the best premium. The regular isn't more than the competition by a significant margin and that's something many Shell stations slam you for too. Some people complain about their hostile attitude towards dirt. This is a very clean station compared to most and I appreciate that. My vehicle and I are usually clean but if not then I will go elsewhere to one of the many grubby stations. I can't comment on the store staff because I just buy gas.

Its a a regular gas pump, nothing special. However, just moved into the area and before I go fuel up, I always check the prices in google maps to compare prices. In the past 2 weeks, they advertised the price lower than to what it was actually at the pump 3 out of 4 times. So, you cant trust them to update they google maps prices, so its not worth it to drive for their gas.

Went for propane fill up.. but was refused service bc Bill gets cranky if he gets wet.. maybe Bill should get an umbrella and or a new job.. I went down the road half a mile they were happy to serve me and take my money.. WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN YEARS! I thought they were actually joking.. nope..

It's a relatively new Shell station and is pretty clean and well maintained. I like that I can buy V-Power gasoline with no ethanol to run in my motorcycle. My only issue with the station is the hours. Closing at 8 or 9 p.m. is just too early for a gas station. Should be 11 p.m. or 10 at the earliest.

This place sells expired OLG instant. They had Money Match $5 tickets available for sale. And I informed the guy that it’s expired - he says okay and puts the OLG tray in the slot. Goes back on his phone. Will have to issue a complain with AGCO about this.

I wish I could give this gas station a zero or report them to someone higher because the way they accused my friend of stealing a pack of gum was just despicable and the video showed them to be totally wrong, followed by a very nonchalent apology

I like this gas station and often fill here over other places because I usually pay cash & this gas station lets you fill before paying. All other places down the road you have to prepay. It’s a bit more expensive here though for mid grade.

Pump keys are really dirty, during Covid I told one of the employees they should be cleaned daily. They still haven't cleaned the keypads. I hate touching them!

We stop here about once a week for gas and propane. The store and lot are always clean. Staff are friendly. Glad to have this place as a resource.

Consistent friendly in-store service. Pumps are immaculate and always function properly. Car wash, car vacuum and tire inflation available.

Extremely dirty bathrooms that haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. Fecal matter cracked onto the toilet and the sink was disgusting.

Good, honest people who actually care for their customers. Always a pleasure going in and chatting with them.
