Excellent first class service by William. We had a water explosion at 5am in our bathroom vanity and in the spare of less than 5 minutes water was spreading through the bathroom, hall and 2 bedrooms by the time we shut off the main. Having to leave at 5.15am for a work trip meant my wife was left with the mess. I managed to call Shire Care Plumbing at 6.15am and they booked me in at 1pm but due the the stress of not knowing the problem said they would drop in at 7am to quickly assess the problem. As it turned out it was an old flexi cable so they replaced on the spot and quickly checked the other flexi cables in the home.

For many years my family and extended family used another, well known Shire plumbing service, but despite our long patronage, we felt we were over charged, especially when some plumbers they sent spent most of the time on their phone with personal calls. So earlier this year we tried your company and have been exceptionally impressed on both occasions we have used you. Nick has been punctual, polite and effective and freely gives advice to help me do some minor plumbing tasks. We had a few quotes to repair a blocked main waste line. Nick came out and quoted on a couple of options and spent the time taking a good look and recommending the best option. Removing old fridge that was plumbed for water to make way for new fridge. Turned off the shut-off valve and cut old line to the fridge - disaster! Water everywhere! Had to turn off mains. Of course it was late on Sunday afternoon - so who are you going to call? We called Shire Care Plumbing, and they were amazing. Great service, very courteous and helpful.
