The staff at Shoe City at the Kenilworth mall. Offer such a bad costumer service. The women who were suppose to help me was annoyed that I needed to change the shoes I bought for my daughter to another size. She kept doing sound like she were annoyed and kept talking to the other staff members as it was a social club and not a work place. All the staff looked like they were forced to work to work at the shop. No smiles or greetings. I do not recommend Shoe City at that branch.

I was in your store on the 16/1. I found the staff very unfriendly and not very willing to help too busy packing out shoes. When approached the lady for help, she just pointed not getting up to help. I was planning to purchase some casual shoes for my son but he said he didn't want me to buy shoes from such unfriendly store. It might explain why the store was very empty. I think you serious need to train your staff to be respectful

I bought a pair of shoes from canal walk dept. I was told that I can't change it for another one because they can't do part refund. There was no sales made for the day I spoke to a lady by the name of Athiea. Very disappointing

Poor service, none cares. Very ignorant and uninterested staff. Luckily we managed to locate a pair of Buccaneers we wanted. The security lady is the only one who seem to recognise the customer.
