Had a very unpleasant experience. We had come to make quite a large purchase for both adults and children. We did not get greeted when we came in the store despite 2 staff members standing close to the entrance. No one to sanitise our hands. Instead we were rudely told to go and sanitise our hands but the bottle is standing infront of the sign and not very visible. Its not an automated sprayer so how is each customer supposed to touch the bottle? Sounds unsanitary to me. The one lady was so rude, making comments about the bottle sign being there and that we should know to sanitise and had an argument with us. When she told us to sanitise we did it immediately and she still had bad things to say. Very unprofessional, very unpleasant, disgusting behaviour. We changed our minds and left the store. Staff very helpfull but the shop is very cramp no space to really walk around . A no for mommies with children in prams as box's is packed in passage way .

Horribly slow service. Not enough workers. Cramped. Two tills with a ridiculous set up. I do not recommend
