I love shoe city as a shop but the stuff is not friendly and rude they could care less about their customers I don't know if it's because I am black, 17 Dec 2022 went to take out my laybye,I paid and waited for them to locate it for a while they couldn't find it and the colored lady after me got hers and they apologized for keeping her long it wasn't even tht long,as for me they couldn't even say thank you for your patience nothing after I was patiently waiting and waiting for them to locate my shoes,to top it all they asked if I would like a bag after I have paid for my laybye didn't have cash on me just my card they couldn't even give me the old plastic bag they used for laybye just for me to carry my 4 pairs of shoes, I had to carry them in my arms walked out of the store after the lady just dump the shoes on the counter and turned her back and walked away from me...Such a disappointment,I stay I Parow but no more going to Shoe city in Parow center for me they have lost a customer I would rather go to other Shoe city shops shem....

Great shoes Yes, but the service from the staff is so poor,staff is arrogant and very rude (not all of them) but the manager doesn't care about customer complaints and I experienced this 2times now .

The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and i just love the atmosphere of the store. The shoes are comfortable yet stylish and affordable.
