The staff are just the worst. They ask if we need help to which I respond no because I can see what I want to try. So I see the shoe that I want to try and my size is on the top shelf so I ask my boyfriend to get the box so I can try it on. The sales women comes over and she's like you're not allowed to take it off the shelf you have to call them to assist or they will lose their jobs (just to add there are no signs stating this) she completely put me off of buying there. We just put the shoes back and left and I got shoes at cotton on. I will not return after this incident.

Called the store. Zandile assisted me telephonically. When I arrived at the store it was loadshedding. She came to me and enquire whether i need assistance. I informed her that I spoke to her earlier. She was a true star and very helpful. Received Excellent Customer Service from Zandile. Thank you so much Dear Zandile.

Both staff members were amazing at assisting us to find the correct size shoe for my son. Up and down ladders until the pair was located. Thank you ladies you rock we need more assistants like you.

The manager named Ricky refused to help two African women. They wanted to pay for the shoes but he refused to help them and swore at the other lady. What a horrible way to treat customers.

They give a very excellent service always. Yesterday I came late before the store closed guess what, they gave thier all . Was so impressed, keep up the service!!!

Can you believe that the cashier served me without saying a single word, she didn't greet or say thank you. Not a word from here, such unpleasant service.

The lady assisted me to find a pair of shoes I wanted, she even phoned other stores to locate it for me and keep it. Great service!!
