I had a very bad experience. The is a hispanic lady that work for the Shoe Store. The lady followed me around the store as if I was there to steal. When I asked to speak to the manager, she had the nerves to tell me she was the manager unbelivable. The lady never once asked me, how may I help you. I asked her why are you following me around the store. Yelling at me saying with anger and aggressive tone, I am just doing my job repeating herseIf several times. I purposely would change isles to see if, she actually was following me and she was. The lady told me to get out of the store. She told me I put your bag by the door treating me like I was a piece of trash. The lady was bragging to her coworker how she followed a man around the store until he left. She said it so I will here her. This lady is extremely disrespectful and extremely rude. I will not go back there as long as she is there. I reported her to the corporate office. The District Manager returned my call and I really appreciated that. He wanted me to consider coming back to the store, I explained to the District Manager as long as this lady is working there I will not come back. I explained to the District Manager don't be surprise that your will go down. This is a short version of a long story. Remind you I am 64 years old, retired and carry a conceal license. This lady had mentioned to me that she have been jumped on and cursed out. I wonder why??? One thing out several mistakes?, she is dangerly doing wrong is provocating customers into an argument and a fight thats not right.

Today me and my baby girl went there too just look at something I was looking for a pair of shoes and the sales associate there by the name of I actually forgot right now but promise I will get the name so remember the date and the time I'm putting this in which is 7 1 2001 so she did an awesome job actually left with putting layaway down on three pairs of shoes for my baby girl for her birthday I want to give her an acknowledgment for her great attitude and patience and time she took to help us out keep up the good work you can't always find people and places that you can go to where it seems like workers want to be there I work at a store just like her I love what I do and where I work and I love people again I want to acknowledge her

This place is a hidden secret! Ms. Sonya and Krystal are great ladies; very pleasant and professional. They assisted both my daughter and I with every shoe on any day we came. I have to say we liked it so much we were there more than twice in a week. They have several Nike, Adidas, and even K-swiss (shoes I wore back in high school )! Here's the icing on the cake they even have layaway! I would recommend this particular location to anyone looking for great customer service and professional people. Thank you Ms. Sonya and Krystal for all of your assistance! I'll most definitely be back!

This store is over stock, I still see shoe and hand bags for over two years and they are still the same price. More clearance; just to get rid of all old stock; this store is too crowded with shoe and etc that should be on clearance.

I went to shop for some dress shoes. They didn't have my size, but was able to order them online. The young lady that assisted me was so Pleasant and helpful!

I really like this shoe store. I bought two pairs of shoes here last year and I must say I still get asked where I got them from.

Manager rude when trying to make lay away in December however all is forgiven shoes are extremely affordable
