I would not recommend getting shoes here. The shoes I got for my son had some defect and started tearing up from the front within 2 months. The store employee Kathy, after asking if I had a receipt, failed to exchange the shoes with few excuses and directed me to their head office. She then said google the HQ number as they are not allowed to give out head office details. When I asked to talk to their manager, she said they are on leave for a few days. Looks like the employees at forest hill store are given standard responses to reject exchanges, Kathy used the following : 1) that's wear and tear 2) is the shoe being worn everyday 3) are they being used to kick a ball 4) if it's a defect you need to contact the manufacturer 5) that is not leather, it's fabric 6) I have never seen that kind of rip before. The last comment confirms that they have sold a defective product. Beware of this company, I will never shop here again. They have a red sign explaining the Australian consumer law but don't follow it. Will be filing a report with the authorities.

No one interested to show shoes or to explain . Staff at cash counter was just having chit chat with the other employee . On top of that , they started telling we are gonna close , by 4.50 itself. They were not bothered whether am gonna buy r not. But when I searched and selected the shoe by myself , they were shocked as if they didn't expect me to buy with in ten mins of closing time. Cuz of that I could not explore all varieties of shoes to comment about it.
