I had a really good experience here. I called in advance for a pair of shoes and the staff member had them prepared and waiting for me. They were a bit too big and the staff member found me a smaller size. She explained to me how the leather will stretch and I should get a size which is a bit more firm so eventually it will fit perfectly. I feel really confident about the choice of shoes I made and cannot wait to wear them at my new job.

I was served by the lovely Sue and Caitlyn yesterday. They were so exceptionally friendly and helpful. Today Sue served me again. I purchased four pairs of shoes. One for myself and three for my children. I will definitely be making future purchases at this store because their customer service and discounted prices can’t be beaten elsewhere. I check the online store for products I wanted (pretty wide selection btw) and I was a bit confused by the collection process and payment method, I called up and their employee was so helpful and friendly. When I arrived outside of the store to try on the shoes it was such a pleasant experience, not to mention a good deal! I definitely recommend this store and will be shopping here in the future!

I received the parcel of the boots it's too big for my me trying to email many times for return but there no responded I have to keep the boots $125 may be i'm not going to wear them
