Horribly poor customer service. The owner swore at me when I came back for a legally entitled refund as the shoes did not meet reasonable expectations. Disappointingly I took the bait and behaved poorly. Subsequently I tried to deal with his wife over the phone to ease tensions. She has been deflective and deceitful. On multiple occasions she has not called me when she said she would. It’s obvious now they are just trying to ignore the problem and that I go away. This all despite the manufacture telling me the claims they made about the shoe are not true. Do not waste your time or money with this business. I never will again.

I was just passing by last Saturday and realised I needed a new pair of shoes when I popped into Shoefit. At first I thought the prices where too high, but decided to purchase a pair of shoes after trying them on as they fit quite nicely. I must say after wearing them for the last few days that they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have worn. Usually takes ages to wear shoes in, but they were comfortable from day one. Thanks to the young lady who looked after me on Saturday. I'm glad I 'popped' in, and I will for sure come back and buy more shoes.

I have bought 2 shoes in the past served by lovely staff but today was unbelievable.The 2 staff were busy chatting while i browsed.The the older one asked me what I was looking for.I said “Neutral color sneakers from Skechers “she tried pushing me into buying other color when I didnt fall for her bait.She said “Skechers dont make Neutral color.”Am glad she pushed me to never go back in there.I found the shoe I was after on sale at Myer.Rude & pushy staff is bad for business.Wish there was a 0 rating to be able to post

I have been going to Shoe Fit for years the Service and Owner is amazing. The Products are of good quality and always consistent. There is an immense selection of mens , womens and kids shoes. The service that is provided is next to no other shoe shop. I would not hesitate in recommending shoe fit to anyone. I highly Recommend Shoe Fit :)

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The owner is a real pig. Happy to take your money deceitfully but will not give you a refund when requested. Never will I shop there again and will let everyone I know how awful they are. Thieves.

They refuse to issue a refund when they gave the wrong size, offered a store credit however they don’t stock my size so how would that help?? The owner is a disgusting and yells in front of customers, avoid this store at all costs!!!

The person serving us was quite fast to greet us and assist us which was awesome. However at the end she seemed very pushy and a bit unprofessional.

Shoe fit stock size 5 . I travel an hour and a half each way just to get a shoe that fits
