Since my daughter started walking we’ve been coming here to the Knox store to get fitted. It’s been nine years and the service has always, always been exceptional. My daughter has a long narrow foot and the staff take the time to explore options and are so incredibly patient and their knowledge is spot on. They never will sell me something that isn’t a perfect fit, even if my daughter has her heart set on something else. I have once been elsewhere and walked out empty handed and came back here and we’ll continue to buy from Knox until we can’t get her size anymore! To the management of the Knox store - your staff are simply amazing! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the loyalty card system to one that’s online!

My 14 year old daughter and I visited Shoes & Socks on Sunday, 24/11/20 as she was needing a new pair of runners. My daughter has a disability that isn't always obvious to everyone who meets her, and her cognitive age is MUCH younger than her biological age, however I feel that our sales consultant picked it up instantly, and was able to modify the way she interacted with her, so that she understood everything that was being said and asked of her. She was friendly, engaging and made my daughter feel so special with her TWO new pairs of shoes! I wish I could remember the consultant's name - but she was quite young. Thanks again for a very enjoyable fitting experience!

Went in for Clark’s school shoes, bought 2 pairs, the third were shop soiled so they said they’d order another pair to arrive the next Wednesday. We went in Wed, they said they’d come in the Thursday. Went in a couple of days later, the Saturday before school starts and alas, still no shoes. Nice of them to hold them at Eastland but only for today, not even 24 hours. Clearly we want the shoes- we’ve been in the store 3 times. Absolutely fuming that we have to now drive to Eastland and cancel other plans when we’ll be driving past tomorrow. All and all, terrible service across the board.

Me and my 2 boys went there last Saturday. We were waiting and waiting to be served. After 30 to 40 mins we plan to do groceries shopping first. After that we went back took a token and the number was 79 when I checked the screen no 78 was serving. And we waited for like 10 mins and the sales girl served another lady who didn't have a token. I think this is unfair even though whatever reason. If you do token system just go with it. From this moment I will going to another shop for my 3 boys shoes and socks needs.

Thank God lockdown ended so I could take my 3 year old daughter to get fitted for quite a few new pairs of shoes from Shors and Sox at Knox. I did not want to go anywhere else and I look forward to returning every time my little one needs new shoes. The staff are amazing! They are professional, kind, patient and incredible with kids and parents. Prices are great and they have such a wide variety of the best shoes for kids. Highly recommend this store!!!

The new booking system didn’t work for us. We received no notification of our fitting & when I returned, I had to wait to have my boys fitted, which is challenging to do with a toddler & preschooler. I realise this is a new system, however it didn’t work for us. The staff were great with the fitting - knowledgeable & professional. However, the shoes/style of shoe I wanted for my preschooler weren’t stocked at that store & I then had to buy online

This is first time I went to the shop and the experience was interesting as I had to scan the code and queue up which was fine but After 15 to 20 minutes wait I came to know ow that there was no size available so I feel that it was waste of time as a customer. Anyway I went to Rebel and bought the same shoes. May be the system needs to be looked at as one person is spending so much time with the customer and might be losing business.

Everytime i come here i wonder why i bother. The lady that always seems to be the only one working has zero patience for children, and only puts on her false niceness if you are buying the most expensive shoe in the store. She always makes me and everyone else i know feel very uncomfortable. My suggestion to the store manager would be to employ people with a tad of toleration - especially in a kids shoe shop.

Loved the friendly service. Ordered through store and as not available in store able to order and have delivered to home for free. Arrived quickly and able to still go in for a fit check post. Always happy with the friendly, attentive and welcoming staff at Shoes and Sox Knox. Thank you. Loved the online check in too and ability to see where I was in line when attending the fit check.

Just purchased some school shoes for our son. Cannot speak highly enough about the professional service we were treated with. For a change the shoe fitting expert correctly measured both feet. Not just for length, but width as well. Tried two different sizes to ensure correct fit. No up marketing selling spiels. just honest facts and best of all real traditional Australian service.

When my daughter returns an item due to a poor fitting, how dare the staff be dismissive. Quote "Cant help you, whatever" Unquote. I know diddly about shoes but I know plenty about respect and accountability. I'll be visiting the store, and asking for the name of the staff member who took the time to upset my daughter. Always a fantastic experience getting shoes from Shoes & Sox - all the staff are super knowledgable and friendly. Best part is they are honest, not just looking to make a sale. Will keep buying shoes from here! The new booking system is amazing, much better experience with far fewer people in the shop, much more relaxed and stress free.

First time purchasing from Shoes & Sox Knox and was happy with the service. We booked for fittings online and was promptly assisted. Bought two pairs and as one of the shoes sizes wasn't available in-store, the staff (didn't take note of her name, my bad!), kindly ordered for the shoes to be delivered to our house.

We were served by Maria ( I think). Another customer tried to jump que but she recognised us being there 1st and assisted us. Was very patient with my 6yr old who loves to wiggle. Maria spoke to him and addressed him. I really liked this. I love the service shoes and sox always provides. Thank you

You'll need to wait to be served if you go on a Saturday or a busy day, but when you get your turn they're pretty good with helping your children with their shoe fit outs. It's not designed for a waiting set-up though, so gets a little crammed. Good shoes and friendly staff.

The staff are incredible here. They work so hard and know their stuff. It would be 5 stars but the wait-time is usually long. You can scan your phone and go shopping though, and they let you know when you are next in line. So scan your phone before you begin shopping!

Got a pair of shoes for my prep son a leather black pair . He just used it 2 times a week for school. The velcro is not sticking . Tried to ask them whether they can fix them for us. Got rejected. Didn't have good experience. I paid about $ 150 for the pair.

Really great service. Great recommendations with regards to purchasing school shoes for the first time. Staff that fitted our shoes was very friendly and patient with us. It was quite busy, but the time slots for fitting is extremely useful!!

Our shoe fitter (lady with red hair) was so great with my son at his shoe fitting. My son required new black runners for school. We have been here before for shoes and fitting and happy to return in the future.

Great service. My son really enjoyed the experience. My first time since lockdown. Not sure how I was going to be notified of my turn as I just walked past to check and noticed my name was listed on the board.

It was definitely worth booking a fitting as the store was busy. The staff member who fitted school shoes for the children was great trying different options until she found one that fitted well.

Always have the best service here. Have been coming for years and highly recommend them. To avoid busy times go in first thing in the morning as it gets really busy with back to school fittings.
