We called into the store to pick up a postal packet this lunch time and also a few bits and pieces from the store. The post office was as usual very good; the girls are always cheerful and well organized. The front check out staff by comparison is a cluster of ignorance, terrible customer service, rudeness, and disorganization. There were several issues with a young man who served us at 12.30ish. 1. We needed the main check out as we wished to purchase bags. 2. The cashier did not offer any bags and literally coerced us into using the self check out, mumbling that there were no card facilities on the main till. 3. As I tried to discuss this with him when he was putting our items through, he turned his back on me and began to speak to the customers next to him. I even said "perhaps I am speaking to myself?" and he either didn't hear, or ignored me. 4. He did not say thank you, smile, or treat us with any respect as paying customers. 4. We paid and took our cart but it got stuck at the exit and wouldn't move either back in the store, or out to the car. As we had no bags, that was the final ridiculous straw that made me so cross. We got a full refund back and he had to leave his till to unlock the stuck cart to do so. The first till would not work to do the refund, so he had to try another. He did not call for assistance when a huge queue built up either. What was going on with this guy? Needless to say, we are done with that store. As it happens we only shop there about twice a year anyway, but I seriously wouldn't bother with it again...it's a nightmare. *UPDATE* Writing a generic response to negative feedback when there is obviously no reinforcement to correct bad cutomer service, or there is no change in the staff's behaviour will not bring disgruntled cutomers back into the store. Losing customers means a reduction in profit margains and eventual loss of jobs and business. Perhaps look at the bigger picture and use the negative feedback to your advantage!!
Interestingly enough, I came on here to see if I could find the actual Store # for this SDM location, and found these other Google Reviews. After reading some of them, I find that I am not the ONLY person who has issues with the Pharmacy here. To think, I left Rexall to come to this store about 5 years ago, and then, it was ok. However, as of late, they have been progressively getting worse. The "customer service skills" of half of them behind this counter just does NOT exist. They try to blame their "supplier" for not having your medication in stock. Recently, my partner renewed his Rx by phone, and the recording advised it would be ready the next day. Go to the store, and are told, they are out of stock, that the supplier does not have them, that this medication is on back order and that there is none to be had anywhere. We asked our Doctor, who checked with Sunnybrook Medical who advised that this medication is NOT out of stock in Ontario. We go to the store to find out why we are being told this, when there is not such thing as a shortage. They then tell us, Maybe another Shoppers has it, and tell US to call around. Im sorry, that's YOUR job not mine. Let alone the fact that half the time, there is only 1 person at the counter, and this is at a time of day when most people are on their way home from work. Even if there IS more than 1 person, they trip over each other trying to find your Prescription or ask you 3 times for your name, and still cannot locate it (even though I have spelled my name ALL 3 TIMES) then they ask for your phone number to locate it. This has to be the WORSE Shoppers Drug Mart of all. So as the other reviewers have stated, go elsewhere. I know I myself will be taking my business (which is a LOT due to the medications we have to take) to a completely different pharmacy altogether. This location either needs to change their staff or rename the store to Shoppers Beauty Mart, even THAT would be a stretch.
The worst customer services I have ever seen... whoever take the prescription would never tell you if your medication is covered eventhough, if you have ODSP, Ontario works medicine coverage, or insurance. They wouldn't even tell you that your medication cost this much on dropping time. You would surprise at the pick-up time that you would have to pay for it. When you ask why wouldn't you guys tell me at the first place? They first trying to blame you, then they blame your doctor for everything. They never accept their fault at All... Please avoid this place at all cost. Thanks!!! UPDATE: The pharmacist advised me to always request one of my medicine to refill at least 5 days prior either in store or online. Because some of the medicine takes time to process, ok I understand that. But when you walk-in straight to the store for the refill, they would say it is too early to order so, come back or order online one day before your medicine finishes. Today is June 13, 2018 which is the third day without medicine. They do NOT care that someone's health is relying on daily use of medication. I ordered my medicine online on the night of june 9, 2018. I am done with this pharmacy. Please do not bring your prescription to them! Instead go somewhere else. Do not waste your precious time and take care of your health. Good Luck!!! UPDATE: Finally I got my medicine after 5 days. This will be my last medicine from this location. I will never ever recommend anyone to grab their medicine from here. Good Luck!!! UPDATE: I don't use this location anymore, but I have to say there is only one kind lady, Saiqa, who knows how to help patients with their prescription. One star I gave you Saiqa!!!
I would give zero stars to this store. I went to refund unopened, sealed packed product with receipt purchased from other location 1 day ago as I was gifted perfume which was 100 mls and airlines does not allow anything more than 50 mls. Cosmetician said she is not authorized to and the same thing supervisor said. When they scanned receipt it did pop up saying enter manually. They said To come back when manager and cash manager are working. What is this ridiculous service. What’s point of having supervisor if you don’t give them authority to return. The cosmetician started saying at loud voice when I requested I need her name. Supervisor was not saying anything. Am glad atleast she was not yelling. Cosmetician’s name - jamiyla primus and supervisor - alaysia graham. This store needs to train staff and give them authority to refund when everything is within sdm standards. Horrible store. People be aware , they don’t like to exchange ( May be because they didn’t get initial sale ) ridiculous service —— minus star
My name is Nasir Naqvi living just behind this store. I suddenly had heart issues since than I m on prescription medicines those are life saving drugs for me. This store pharmacist named Ms. Tasneem Akhter not able to retain me as customer while due to store location and my health conditions I could have been their permanent patient. They have extremely insulting attitude, never prepare my medicine in time while I always confirm prior to come to the store; that can I come and pickup even than nothing ready when I arrived. Just because of Ms. Tasneem behavior that wasn’t once or twice but many times having extremely insulting attitude with me finally I move my profile from this store to Costco. This store has that much lack of professionalism that Costco didn’t get my complete profile their people explaining me than I come in person give my phone to shoppers drug pharmacist while I was on call with Costco than Costco directly asked required documentation than my profile moved from this pathetic st0re.
I had a horrible experience at the pharmacy. We were told last week via telephone by an employee at the pharmacy that we could get vaccinated the next day. But when we went to the pharmacy at 6:40 the next day, we were told that vaccines were only being administered until 6. If we were told that when we had called, then we would have gone before 6. The next day, I left work early so that we could arrive at the pharmacy on time. We arrived around 5. After waiting patiently for a few minutes, I said to one of the employees named Hemendra that my parents would like to get vaccinated. With his back toward me, he replied, "Okay, just wait a minute." He comes back after a few minutes, and I tell him again that my parents would like to get vaccinated. He responds by saying that they administered the last vaccine of the day around 3. When I responded by saying that he could have easily mentioned that the first time, he became irate and said, "Don't be rude." I will not be returning to this pharmacy.
This is roughly the worst pharmacy I have ever visited in my life. They take forever to prepare your medication, even when you call ahead to prepare them. They will never be ready when you get there. They will also just ignore you when you are waiting at the counter. They are unfriendly and their customer service is terrible. And if you have questions about your medication, good luck because these people are not gonna provide you with helpful tips. I have been taking my medication there for years, since it is the nearest pharmacy, and it feels like it keeps getting worse and worse. Today I call to ask a question about antibiotics precribed by a dentist - and instead of helping me on figuring out why the medication is causing problems, the lady told me to call the dentist and she kept arguing with me with a bad attitude? Like isn't the pharmacist the one person that is suppose to be the SPECIALIST of medication? This was the last time. I am never visiting that pharmacy again.
To be fair there are some really good employees there but the bad ones make the place terrible, hence my rating. I recently called this location regarding a product I was looking for. I was transferred about 6 times, a couple of times I didn’t even get a word in and I was placed on hold again. I finally got to someone and she seemed very much in a hurry to get me off the phone. I asked her if she could help me find something in the baby section, sunscreen. She quickly put me on hold without allowing me to finish telling her the details. Then I’m transferred again and again and I finally get the same person only to be told “we don’t have it.” I say, I didn’t even tell you the name of the product. She says, we don’t have it, you said sunscreen, we don’t have it. At this point I’m just upset at the lack of communication so I say ok thanks have a great day. What a waste of my time!
If I could use less than one star I would’ve. I went two weeks ago to get my prescription from shoppers after 930 pm which the store is open till 10 pm I was told by pharmacist that the manager on duty that day would be upset if she took cash after 930 because it was a half an hour before closing and they would only be accepting debit . I asked her to call the manager the manager came and repeated the same thing to me. I am disgusted with the way this shoppers is lately they try to force us to use automated checkers when we don’t want to , they are rude to customers and they are literally turning customers away after 930 pm if they don’t have debit with this particular manager is working . If I had another store as close to me as shoppers I would shop there instead only reason you get my money is how close you are to my house .
The staff that don't work in the pharmacy are nice..that being said...I have no idea who hired these unprofessional people but they better change their staff or the attitude of the staff or both. I had a prescription with my name, insurance card in my name and health card with name a picture and they had the nerve to question why I was taking it, why the doctor prescribed it and even called my insurance provider. We argued back and forth until everyone in line was asking what the problem was and agreed that what they were doing was out of the ordinary. To top it all off, I paid for my medication and I had baby powder as well and she refused to let me pay for both at the pharmacy. Get bent lady...NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP IN HERE FOR PHARMACY ITEMS
I’m writing this as I’m waiting here for my prescription. I had phoned an hour ago to make sure they were aware that I was coming and when I arrived there were no other customers waiting 4 people behind the counter and I waited roughly 30mins. I understand the importance of executing patience and understanding that things do happen but I find that every time I come here (which is a year now) it’s the same thing and I find it rude. I’ve given an amble amount of passes in this year and today was enough. Please rectify the way you treat your customers and they way you disrespect customers time. Especially when I always call an hour before I arrive and it’s always “oh I’m working on it sit down and wait”…. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I recently visited the 415 The Westway Shoppers Drug Mart location in Etobicoke after a long day at work. Upon gathering everything I went in to purchase, I attempted to use the self-checkout, and botched the transaction. When it was my turn to get assistance from an actual representative, my transaction was refunded so I could attempt to complete my transaction again. Well, I failed AGAIN - like I said, it had been a long day. I flagged down the same representative, who was more than happy to help me. Maria, the young woman working, was patient, kind, and DID NOT roll her eyes at me, though she would've been completely justified in doing so. You never know what kind of day someone is having - Maria, thank you for your grace.
Pharmacy is the worst, they lost my daughter prescription !!!!. And wanted to pass the blame to me... I had to schedule a new appointment with doctor to request a new one... have change Pharmacy never coming back.... EDIT: since I can't reply to Shoppers customer service... in most of the reviews you have , there's a common pattern... poor customer service either with the store or pharmacy and no change has been implemented... why waste my time calling if you are not going to do anything. Show there's an intention to change with actions not asking people to call and waste time on the phone.
I thought I was the only one who has had awful experiences at this Shoppers Drug Mart but it seems that there is a pattern here. There is very little customer service training especially when dealing with the pharmacy. The staff in the pharmacy department simply lacks the care and work ethic required to work in a pharmacy, condescending, rude, snarky and overall not very helpful. This location is extremely close to where I live but the inconvenience of going somewhere else is worth not being treated so poorly by people who are supposed to be of help to you. If I could rate them a 0 I would.
I was at this shopper today around 4:30, and there is a certain cashier who continuously has problems. Twice now with me. She didn’t remove an item at checkout after I asked for it to be, and afterwards insisted my bill was more then it should have been with that item removed. I had to talk her through how to remove the one item.... I gave her exact change and she didn’t seem to be able to count it either; having trouble counting three quarters, two dimes and a nickel. She offered a carry out since I had a couple heavier items but forgot to actually do so 10 seconds later..
I bought a parfume from beauty department on Father’s day, she told me if my husband does not like it, I can bring it back, I asked her to make sure, she said yes, after that day I went this store 3 times to return the parfume, THEY DID NOTHING, because the box is open, it was their staff’s fault to say that, I called head office 2 times, they told me, every SDM has own management, so they should solve the problem. I was a customer who visit almost every day this location but after this situation I will never step inside of the store unless need it as a pharmacy.
Manager sold a senior widow $2000 of google play gifts knowing full well it was probably part of a bigger scam being done to her.. at 8am in morning! who does that?! She should've been refused the sale.. no matter what excuse was given! Then theres Walmart, they refuse to sell these type of untraceable cards to customers if its obviously part of a fraud scheme.. they even call the police! Not the policy here at Shoppers.. they dont seem to care at all. Very angry and disappointed in the lack of common sense. and compassion.
Too Expensive!!! Today I went to buy some Vitamin C tablets...1000 mg time-released Now at $22.99 per 100 (plus tax)...up from $17.99 last time I bought!! No Thanks! Went to Rexall and got 200..same thing...for $24.95...Tax Included Not sure if it is Shoppers Arrogance...or Indifference?...either way i'm not going back...wish we had the old Grocery Store that was there previously...Shoppers has crappy, expensive, unhealthy foods..of course you can always buy 'drugs' there to fight the 'ill-effects' of their food!!
One of the worst Pharmacy at Shoppers drug mart I had ever seen and I will never go to this store again. Most of the staffs in Pharmacy are not polite, no communication between their own staff. I am came here to pick up my son medicine for the first time. I requested to Shopper Drug Mart that change the ownership of Pharmacy. One thing I noticed that most of the staff are in hurry and they never explained properly about medicine or cream. I will never recommend to my friends and families.
This pharmacy does not know what they are doing. I came to fill a prescription on Friday, told me to come on Monday. I come on Monday and it’s still not ready. I’ve never had to deal with this. Any other location I would have got my prescription on the spot. Now that it’s in the system they are telling me it will be ready in 15 min ? Why couldn’t they just give it to me on the same day, I don’t know. They are just very lazy unmotivated staff. Never coming to this location again.
At 6 o'clock this morning (November 24th), I found out that I had Covid through a self-test kit, so I called the pharmacy I usually go to and they said that someone other than me would have to pick up the medicine. Since I was currently alone, they said it was impossible and so on.... so I went to the Sharpers Drug Mart... and the pharmacist (Ms. K Akahtar)and technician listened to my situation, filled me in, and gave me PAXLOVID. Thank you so much.
I've been shopping at this Shopper's for over 10 years. I went in to get a few things for the Christmas season, and shop a bit. As I walked through the aisles it was obvious a young, security person was following me. I lost my zeal to buy anything more. I'm so disgusted . . . I won't be shopping there too often. They lost my business and I had no incentive to stick around and browse or shop. Online shopping is the best way now, or now it's Walmart.
WORSE PHARMACY... save urself the headache and go somewhere else. The pharmacist takes forever to prepare medications and isn't very confident in the information she gives. She prepared the wrong concentration of antibiotic for my 4yr old then gave me excuse--had to watch my son vomit four times trying to ingest 10ml when a 5ml concentration was available. My husband warned me not to go there because he has had similar experience. DO NOT GO HERE.
Pharmacist is awful here, worst I’ve ever seen. No empathy, does not listen, I got none of my questions answered or concerns addressed, and instead got shamed for taking 1 pill of my medication before coming to ask questions when I needed to take it urgently yesterday due to infection. HORRIBLE!!!!! As someone who has worked in several pharmacies, and is also a reasonable human with a heart; I think this lady should not be a pharmacist…
I've been a Shoppers customer for many years. Service in the previous stores near the places I lived before was very good. Since I moved to this new location I found this to be the worst Shoppers in the GTA by far. I've been picking up my medication there since July last year, every time there's an issue of some kind. Enough is enough, time to find a better place,I feel sorry for some people that keep shopping there grgrgrgrgrgr
Poor Customer service at the Westway location. Two service employees answered that an item that was not on the shelf and was not available. Save for the one person stocking the aisles took the time to check and due to my persistence and patience a sale was made. Obviously, customer service is now AI specific. Sales are not important I guess. I will try to avoid this Shopper's. The Kipling /Bloor location is great for service.
Extremely bad service at the pharmacy. Book appointments for my senior parents to get vaccine over there. Show up on time. First they denied that there was a booking. After I showed them proof, they made us wait for 50 minutes. At the end came of with ridiculous reasons to deny my parents their vaccine. They did the same to a lady and her daughter who were there before us. I am never going to this branch ever again.
Exceptional staff at the post office. The girl working at the post office in the evenings is amazing. She was very patient and helped us out with mailing a package yesterday. Process took about half an hour from beginning to end as we were not familiar with international shipping. She answered all our questions, helped us out with the form, waited for us to make some calls and even helped with packaging. Thank you!
Far and away the worst pharmacy department ive ever been too. The pharmacists all have a condescending way of talking down to me. They never have the meds that i need even after calling beforehand to make sure. Also, if you dont call ahead , good luck getting your pills in less than an hour. Not sure who does the hiring but i would fire every last 1 of them. Absolutely unacceptable. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
This is the worst Shoppers Drug Mart location in Etobicoke. They have four registers in the store but only TWO are ever used. The cashiers give off an attitude and one even refused to serve me. I didn't do ANYTHING to deserve that kind of treatment. The lineups are RIDICULOUS, with at least two lines consisting of ten or more people. If you have all the time in the world, this place is for you.
One of the worse shoppers ever only because I live close to this location is why I come here. No need for so many staff of they aren't going to help you! I came here today and they have two cashier to one cash register and other staff are just walking around doing nothing.. why don't you have both lady on the two cash register and assist people that need help at the self checkout
I wish it had 0 star !!very unprofessional archaic behaviour! Manager supported rude obnoxious staff( not all ) that thinks customer works for them. I had the worst experience and called to complain but not much better . They don’t know much re costumer service and confidentiality! They don’t pay attention to details. I will rather burn expensive gas to drive to another pharmacy!
Let's get one thing straight: The workers in this store are always kind to me, sure some workers could be on edge from time to time, and I respect that. I read a lot of negative reviews saying this store's workers are rude but that's not entirely true. You would be a bit rude too if it was rush hour and just use the self check out if the cashier line is too long.
Good shoppers but that older white lady did not believe I was a student when I was trying to get my presto even though I obviously look like a student, went home got my id and she grabbed it and tested me like LCBO, she is very rude and has attitude. After she still gave me a adult presto and I had to come back and pay more for a new one because of her mistake.
My family was leaving for vacation and at Airport, we realized that my wife forgot to pack her dietary supplements, used Google maps to find the closest drug store, dropped my family at Terminal, drove to closest drug store ( about six minutes) and came back with medicine and join the family at check in counter. This helped us save time and frustration.
Store is fine, always 3 empty automated tellers, and a line of 10 people waiting to be served by the single cashier. I dont get it. Then they come here and complain lol. Can they really b that lazy to not want to do it themselves and save 20 mins? Scan it yourself people! Is 2021. Might bring down prices a bit with less cashiers.
The pharmacy team here was so accommodating to my son who was afraid of needles. No other doctor or pharmacy could give my son his Covid vaccine And his flu shot and they got the job done. We are so appreciative for working with my son who was kicking and screaming. Thanks again to the pharmacy staff.
I agree with the other reviews staff here friendly helpful, however downside is waiting? I'm here for booster came 15 minutes before appointment, two ppl were ahead but other then that was dead, sadly still had to wait 45 minutes. If the wait time was not so bad this be a fantastic shoppers!
As others in review have mentioned, the staff are great, courteous and helpful. However, the management should take a few courses on scheduling staff. Long line ups, just one cashier. Customers dropping their shopping and leaving. At this location, this is the norm. Time to shop elsewhere
EXCELLENT SERVICEAMAZING PERSON Jamiyla is really the definition of a gentlewoman as well as professional. This is the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She was a totally professional in every way. Best of the best. Many thanks. …
I'm so very much disappointed and hurt I was on hold altogether for over 1 hour pharmacist are usually very nice bad day I'm guessing them showed no empathy told me I'm wasting their time was very argumentative rude and disrespectful could not believed them
Don't shop here anything you buy here is no refund, no exchange even if you have the receipt and even if it's within 30 days. Other shoppers drug Mart follow the 30 days and with receipt policy but this one doesn't they will say sorry we can't take it back.
Wow, incredibly rude pharmacist/pharm tech (Indian accent) on the phone who refused to check the price of a medication for me. She kept claiming she couldn’t check without the medication name or dosage even though I provided the correct name and dosage
Terrible customer service, requested pharmacist to fax refill request to doctor however, initially she refused then lied and said she would. The fax was never sent and I had to make 4 additional calls to the pharmacy before the fax was actually sent.
if I could rate the staff and service of the pharmacy department I would rate it 0!! They have the worst customer service, they are so disorganized and they seem to be clueless to what is going on. Never coming back to this dirt hole again
Can you give ZERO stars you should be able to do such a thing. After booking a rapid test, getting reminders, calling etc. Drove up day before my flight to be told there are no tests. Nonchalant attitude sent me on my merry way. Very sad.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service. You need to rethink your employees and how they treat customers. One guy especially at front counter treats people like garbage. Shame on you Shoppers! Never stepping foot in your store again.
Terrible pharmacy and staff. Went there on 3 occasions and made a mistake was made on all 3 occasions. Worse one was filling an incorrect prescription. Not only do they provide a bad service but also putting patients care at risk.
This shoppers has to be the worst for customers. Dirty.,bananas had juice dripping on the floor, and the floors are not clean. I had to wait 1 week to get my Perscripsion filled only one cashier working always. . Don't go there.
Never enough cashiers and really long lines. When people complained, the cashiers actually said "please do". Seems they're tired of management understaffing to save money. I actually dropped my stuff and left. Greedy owners.
I am from Quebec and had to transfer my prescription because I had forgotten my medication. It took them 2 hours to serve me my medications & I saw multiple guests leave due to delays just to drop off prescriptions.
The pharmacy needs new employees. Always have terrible experience with them. Take too long to make medicine and even when u wait that long , they don't have the medicine. Terrible customer service Dumbasses honestly
Terrible pharmacy, declined coivd test due lack of a flight ticket. Apparently it is their policy to check flight tickets before performing a covid test despite prior booking of an appointment. Avoid at all cost.
Amaizing. Prescription said kit bus she is searching one by one. I told her its a kit. She doesn't understood.( Pharmacy assistant or pharmacist.) Jesus keep us safe. This ppl working without knowledge
I called the pharmacy store about the vaccine an hour ago they told me to come and then when I went they are like they don’t have enough staff to give vaccine that’s rubbish and they were rude to.
This place needs good management. What a lazy lady in cosmetics name DONNA. Who hired her must have been blind or could be her friend. If you ask for help she will look at you like a wild dog.
Great store, awful personnel!! Average wait time inline is ten minutes. Cashiers take their sweet time and never open another teller. For your prices, you should get the lines moving faster!!
brutal customer service , 1 cashier for 10 people in line, always understaffed, stock outs on flyer items before the sale even starts , all so they can sell it at full price
This pharmacist is INCREDIBLE!! We needed covid tests for our travel and he was so accommodating! Great customer service and a great shopping experience ~ highly recommend!
I had the best experience at this store. Went for covid-19 shot today, friendly professional and caring staff at pharmacy Check out girl was amazing. Wonderful clean store.
Very unprofessional and bad service and communication too especially with brown people. Even though they all are brown too serving there. I would not recommend to go there
Great beauty counter! Olympia knows her stuff and always offers great advice and suggestions for my beauty needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love this location!
This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in Toronto bad service unpolite they speak their language in front of you and they have no respect for the customers.
Very bad experience of recommendation desk, lady was very slow in her work plus she seemed uninterested in attending customers to answer their questions
Terrible, terrible, terrible. The worst shoppers drug mark location in Toronto. It needs to be shut down. I wish someone opens one closer soon.
Convenient location in a strip mall with lots of parking. Well lit and stocked store. Lines at checkout can be long and slow moving at times.
Sebastian merchandiser and Stephanie cosmetic lady is very good at customer service and sumeet the cashier is very good aswell.
Extremely poor service at the pharmacy. Do not go here. They'll make you waste time by making you wait unreasonably long.
Convenient location in strip mall. Lots of parking and entrances to it. Big location, has everything. Lines long though.
Not really for disabled or the elderly. Carts not allowed out of store. Only one cash open even with long checkout line.
Called pharmacy for four minutes no one picked up the ringing phone. Good luck getting new prescriptions filled then.
Easy parking and many selections of snacks and cosmetics. It would be great if they have more fruits and vegetables.
Pricing at cash doesn’t match shelf pricing and cashier doesn’t honour shelf prices. Watch your items being scanned.
Absolutely the worst Pharmacy and store in SDM family. The Pharmacists are rude. The owner does not care.
Pharmacy staff came clutch with rapid antigen tests upon calling as flights were nearing. We made it!
For all your health and pharmacy needs. This location is at a strip plaza their is plenty of parking.
What can you say good old shoppers drug Mart for all your pharmaceutical needs now owned by Loblaws
The supervisor Serena is soo nice and She’s soo helpful..thanks you. It’s a five star.
Came for cold and sinus over the counter medication and they had none in stock.
What's the point of having pharmacists and other staff if they're all useless?
Worst customer server at the pharmacy poor service every time you you go there
Nice big location and clean. I like the self serve checkout lane.
Lots of essential things to find but the employees are very rude.
Nice location and pc express pick up point too. Best owner too
Great staff and a decent selection of international foods
No need for unhappy cashiers make everything automated.
USELESS AND RUDE EMPLOYEES ACROSS THE BOARD.
Jus a few steps from my apt. and convenient.
K better than the one on Kipling and dixon
Big shoppers drug Mart , lots of discounts
The pharmacist and staff were very rude
Overall, amazing customer service!
Great place... People are awesome
Nice place. Nice employees
