Disappointed with the service i received after waiting for the lady at the money market to notice me because "she didnt feel like working" she barely listened to what i said and gave me the wrong info. she then realised her mistake and apologised what set me off was when she asked me to withdraw money by the til, the cashier there ignored me,serving people who came after me because apparently i was supposed to go and wait a line first even though there wasnt even a line with people. I explained this to her and she helped me only after the lady who was helping her pack said to her to just help me as i just needed to withdraw. Extremely unprofessional.

Visited the store on Tuesday, 18/01/2022. 2 concerns: - we are living in a pandemic where no social distancing is enforced in the store & - though pests (cockroaches) are quite common, to find them in a supermarket along & under the refrigerator was most disgusting. It would be fair to say it wasn't just 1, 2 or 3 I witnessed - it was many... This store won't see me anytime soon.

Helped my daughter when she fainted in their shop, the stuff looked after her they called me. When i get there my daughter was well looked after and they gave us transport to go home not only transport but with one of their stuff who helped me at hone. This showed me how much they care for their customers as well. Thanks you Shoprite Wynberg we really appreciate.

Very rude cashiers. I came to pay just one item. The cashier told me to go to another cashier which had a customer whereas she was free. I told her there is someone there why? She didn't answer just took the item and dropped it at another cashier. I mean where are these people taken from, are they even given some sort of customer service? Common Shoprite!!!

Extremely busy store so lots of customers inside making it a tad bit difficult if you have a trolley to walk around. Well stocked with a large variety of goods. In-store bakery, butchery. Fresh produce very appealing on entering. Offers free one hour parking with minimum purchase. Money wise counter staff a tad bit slow.

Incredible deals on certain items. They make awesome rasion bread in store. The shop is well organized but gets extremely busy over the weekends or near payday. Then the shop is too full for pushing a trolly around. The shop bakes wonderful breads and pizzas instore!

The cashiers are quite friendly but the cleaning ladies are another story;very disrespectful; they block the whole isle making it wet and if you don’t get out of their way they hit you you with the wet floor signs!

I needed to refill my 5l water bottles and refilled 8, got fly spray and queen cakes. As I had a trolley I allowed another customer with two things in their basket to go before me. Very satisfied customer!

Always when I go to this Shoprite, it's always full.long guerre,and the cashiers are slowly..It's very busy here,I would appreciate if they try their best to be quick..

Sold chicken breasts a WEEK after its sellby date. Unacceptable. Not a lot of variety compared to other Shoprite stores. Some friendly staff, tho.

Absolutely no COVID-19 protocols in place. Nobody seems to be bothered either.

Still has a Shoprite in it. Most of the other big names stores have moved out.
