Apparently i went to buy some groceries after work and we were a bit late to finish off. A cashier named Daniel started telling us off that they finish at 7 and we must know that. As he was busy scanning other items..i decided to request for my uber so that i could finish packing while its on its way..he started shouting that i am not helping their staff to pack up because i am on my phone. I tried to tell him that i am requesting for uber then he was like you can do your uber things after.. I was really shocked at a cashier telling a client not to uber but to help pack up while other shoprite employees were standing by the door. Pathetic service!!

Hie i would like to let you know about poor poorer service we are getting from the cashier at the shop. 1 The service is very slow it takes 20 minutes to pay for one item. 2 When you are withdrawing the money its always the same answer no money but you can see it is there the shop is busy even the manager is not even willing to help

This is one of the most dirtiest stores l have ever visited (10/12/2017) @ 10:00,am.The health department of need to take action. In this day 'n' age this is not allowed. When comes into the manager's head when he takes a stroll across his shop. This is disgusting.

Shoprite is cheaper. Shoprite is easily accessible when buying and withdrawing money from the cashiers. Shoprite Roodepoort is always neat and clean. I always buy at Shoprite Stores situated at number 54 Van Wyke Street in Roodepoort. Come one come all.

This shoprite must close down. A cashier zodwa gave us attitude as we told her that we are buying with voachers and it was late. The store closes at 7.and came before 6. We had two trolleys. We told the supervisor and still did nothing

Its operating is weak one cashier saving more than hundreds people, some till are empty and the cashier are laughing n playing while not saving the customers

I bought a dry shampoo on special but it didn't do what it's supposed to do so I took it back. The process was very smooth as the manager was very friendly

This is the worst shoprite to go to. It has so manytills but on two cashiers at a time there is always long queue... Please stay away from the shop

Very poor service. If you want to withdraw cash from there please do not consider. They will always tell they out of cash in all the tills

They can improve especially when it comes to Money market section,the the line is long with only Two tellers working there

Some items one likes and again quality of WHAT one needs becomes a factor.eg for fruit one visits different places/shops.

Bad,the cashiers need a lot of training when it comes customer service.they are rude and unfriendly,hostile to customers

Service is very high. Their deli food so delicious, else are visible you can easily get the items you want to buy.

Worse ever ,in a month end only 2 cashiers working on money market departments worse experience 3hhours waiting on

Convince store but long ques in month end. Money market always long ques standing for an hour before you served

Dirty, stuffy and no trolleys in the store. Management is non existent to look at these issues.

Cleaner than most Shoprite stores, higher cashier productivity making the queues go quicker :-)

Cooked food is definitely not fresh. Flies sitting on food. It was a walk in walk out situation
