I will NEVER step foot into a Brick/Leons/Ashleys furniture store ever again! Showhome Furniture is next level! NO pushy salespeople who stalk you as you shop. This place is not only full of the most beautiful furniture and accessories, the customer service is second to none! Jessica was incredible, the owners and some of their family were there, treating us like guests in their own home. They have a candy bar! (not even kidding) One of the daughters baked homemade bread and we were served a slice with delicious garlic butter while we browsed around. (again, not kidding) I did not want to leave! My husband and I saw so many incredible pieces and he was thrilled that they were on sale :-) On this visit, we ended up with a beautiful unique coffee table, (yes solid wood) and we will be back for a few other items I fell in love with. Thank you Jessica for your warm friendly knowledgeable customer service that felt more like shopping with a friend than dealing with a commissioned sales rep. I would be happy to write a Google review for Lora-Lee and Kennedy! Kennedy was absolutely wonderful when I called the store. She was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her laughter and patience made the experience enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the attention she gave me. When I visited the store, Lora-Lee provided exceptional customer service. She took the time to listen to my needs and helped me narrow down my mattress options. Her insight into what to look for in a mattress was invaluable, and I never felt pressured to make a more expensive purchase. In fact, she respected my desire to focus on the least expensive options, which I appreciated immensely. Not to mention, Lora-Lee's fun and pleasant personality made the whole process enjoyable. Overall, the staff at this store were a delight to work with. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right mattress without being pushy or distracted. Drove by and had second thoughts about making my way inside and WOW let me tell you what a pleasant surprise. Don’t let the exterior fool you the inside of the store is beautiful and filled with amazing high quality furniture and unbeatable prices. Never judge a book by its cover. We were greeted by a wonderful salesperson Jill who was informative and helpful through the whole process and made us feel comfortable from the first greeting. Never once felt any pressure and we were able to make our decision on our own time and comfort. My only regret is not making my way to this store sooner because if I had I would have furnished my whole home here. A great family run business with family values! Big shout out again to JILL she’s been with the company for years and rightfully so she is an asset to the space. Thank you to showroom furniture for alleviating our furniture shop stresses and making the experience enjoyable and comfortable.

I don't even know where to begin, wow, just WOW! I am not one to ever be speechless yet I simply cannot find the words to explain the amazing experience we had at the store. We recently purchased a home with my husband, and what it started with a simple ~let's check the store out~ thought, ended up being 2 day 7+ hours experience that can only be described as amazing. We bought ALL of our furniture at the store: the selection is exquisite! And talk about customer service!!! We were taken care of by the amazing, knowledgeable and lovely designer Maria, but I must add, everyone at the store, including the owner and her lovely daughter made us feel welcome, valued and like the only two customers in the store. I can go on and on but instead I wholeheartedly recommend you go and check it out yourself! Thank you Maria and everyone else at Showhome Furniture for the incredible experience!

Exceptional Experience. This is one of the most warm and gorgeous looking furniture store in Calgary. The store is set up beautifully and has tons of selection. We bought our bed from here a couple of years ago. We were looking for another bed so we revisited and, once again, it impressed us again. Being a family owned business, you can definitely sense the warmth and personal care as soon as you walk in. The owner herself greeted us and made sure we were being taken care of. They have an amazing kids area which our three little ones loved, and made our visit even more pleasant. Jessica, our helpful guide, took time to listen to our needs, was not in a rush or pushy at all. She made sure she understood what exactly we had in mind and made recommendations accordingly. We would definitely recommend the store to our family and friends.

We walked into showhome furniture end of last year to do a design consult with Kim. She was very approachable, friendly and detailed in her work. It was almost like making a friend. And that she did, we came in looking for a bed and ended up coming back for a few more times for other furniture pieces. Kim was amazing. Showhome furniture had a lot of options for us to also choose from. We also loved the idea of them storing the furniture for us until our house was ready. No other furniture store will do that for you, i know because i checked around. Kim also recommended the movers we used, RG movers. They were amazing, they not only delivered our pieces from showhome but helped with assembly and moved our other things. Overall an amazing experience. All furniture pieces in the pictures are from Showhome furniture.

Came in last week 30 minutes before the store closed. I was mesmerized by the furnitures and space that they have. Didn’t buy anything but came back again today from out of town. Shelly ( the master designer) and Lease ( the sale aka the BOSS ) were super super nice. Shelly walked with me and my husband and gave us an amazing idea. We took some photo of our living room. She designed the space and helped us without pushing for sale. I love her energy. Funny , witty and a bit sassy. We ended up ordered made to ordered Elite skins 2 chairs, elite couch and accent cabinet. I love this store. Come in! You Won’t be disappointed! Amazing family owned store. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staffs. I wish I live closer and work there.

It was an amazing experience shopping! Whole staff is super welcoming and friendly. There is a help available in seconds. Kim helped us completing the purchase and she was above and beyond from the start. Helped us deciding the fabric, style, colour and more. Great warranty (the best I have seen so far) program and same for the additional insurance. We literally created the full living room inside the store and asked thousands of questions and each were answered professionally without making the faces. Another best part was no push for sell and more like shopping with friends. Quality seems great and hoping will deliver as it was presented. So far very happy!!

I have shopped at Showhome a number of times. The Canadian made bedframe I purchased is absolutely stunning and has transformed our bedroom into a tranquil and peaceful space. I recently went back to Showhome with my mom to help her purchase a sleeper sofa. The quality of the design (again, Canadian made, which is so important) and the fabric is phenomenal. Beyond the products, the customer service is outstanding. The entire team goes out of their way to make you feel special. Just like part of the family. I absolutely LOVED my first visit to Showhome Furniture. Lease gave me a very warm welcome and helped me find everything I needed for my new home. The quality and craftsmanship of their furniture was outstanding. From live edge wooden tables with designer chairs to gorgeous Murphy beds with memory foam mattresses, their inventory was second to none. Their home furnishings are high quality and very reasonably priced. I purchased 9 items and they're all being delivered and assembled in less than 7 days. This incredible family owned business is not to be missed!

I have bought a few pieces from this store. I love the selection and how many of the items are made in Canada and can be customized. Last spring I bought my dining room table and bench as well as a nest chair. Jill was awesome to deal with. Recently, I picked out a new bed frame. I came into the store in July to get a quote and then went back in October to purchase. Maria remembered me from July, which I thought was really nice. My new bed will be here next week and I can’t wait to add another Canadian made furniture piece to my home.

Highly recommend Showhome Furniture! Great service (kudos to Jill for helping us all the way through our purchase - highly recommend her as she was attentive, professional and answered all our questions), and excellent products / easy to navigate display floor. We did the cursory comparison and came to the conclusion right away that this was the place for us for our bedroom set and kitchen needs! Recommend everyone at the very least check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve used Showroom Furniture for purchases twice now and both times have been absolutely seamless. The employees are very knowledgeable, transparent, and attentive, and do a fantastic job of assisting without feeling like they are being overbearing or pushing sales. Stopped by to look and get ideas of the couch we wanted to buy and ended up buying one the same day! The service was fantastic from the moment we walked through the door. Space is clean and bright with lots of options to get ideas for what you need. The staff allow you to browse freely and at no point was there any pressure to purchase. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

My husband and I moved into a new home and needed new livingroom furniture. Our friend recommended Showhome Furniture. We went there today and had a great experience. Jill spent a good 2 hours helping us pick our beautiful furniture that we are so excited about. The prices were reasonable and the service was great. We also actually had fun. I cannot recommend this place enough. Easily the best furniture shopping experience I’ve had. Lease was super helpful and patient, calling the manufacturer when I had an unusual request. They also had somebody help me with colour and fabric choices when I couldn’t decide. I got the most amazing sectional, she helped me fit my budget, AND it came on time!! I could not be happier.

Really wide selection of furniture, both trendy and classic. Much of their furniture is manufactured in Canada, which I love, and is fully customizable in terms of fabric and size. We worked with Designer Jessica and she was amazing at helping us select the right pieces for our space. She was patient, thoughtful and offered great design suggestions.

We had a fantastic experience buying a new furniture setup for our family room. Lora Lee, the salesperson and designer, was a fantastic help in selecting proper pieces that were also of good quality. The business manager also took the time to explain the warranty we decided to purchase. We will certainly be back.

A nice break after coming from multiple issues with the brick! Maria was extremely helpful and courteous and actually gave us the info we needed.
