One star - Horrible service and unprofessional staff I would give zero stars if I could. My wife visited this parlour for waxing and they literally burnt her hand with hot wax. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for their mistake. Instead, they charged her for the service and acted as if nothing happened. This is unacceptable and unethical. I highly don’t recommend this parlour to anyone who values their skin and money. There are many better options in Bhandup than this place. Please avoid this parlour at all costs and save yourself from the pain and frustration.

It's the most customer-friendly salon that I have ever been to Their charges are quite reasonable and affordable by all customers I hv been to several salons since I was young but have never seen any proprietor being so kind and friendly with her staff. It was great experience. In salon, their waxing technic is so amazing that I got very less pain during waxing. She also makes sure no hair is left behind. She removes the ingrown hair with threading which can’t be pulled off in the waxing and also twice she remind me to apply ice pack which also shows how caring she is. I haven’t seen such a dedicated beautician in my life. Surely gonna suggest everyone to visit there as it is pocket friendly and also clean and everyone is caring and friendly♥️ Good luck

I have visiting Shri Nidhi parlour since, 5 years no. The owner Chaya is very warm and welcoming and has a keen knowledge about her work. Have been doing bikini wax from Revika whozzz a gem and her hands are featherlight, and would very strongly recommend to get uhr bikini wax wid Revika.Chaya will give uh accurate idea and won't insist on additional work. Gals...keep up the good work...love yaa all.

The owner and staff all are best in their services. The owner suggested me to do wax for upper lips instead of threading coz it's painless and yeah she was right it was pain less she also suggest good brands for skin type. There is so many things to tell but I just say they are best at their services, Just go and have your own experience. Also she does my eyebrows in with in 5 min or less than that without causing and pain..
