To experience Thailand again is a dream that my wife and I both share. We had booked a couples session at Siam Spa to celebrate our anniversary. It was the best choice which allowed us to relive our honeymoon. As we arrived at their picturesque venue, we were greeted by a friendly attendant ready to guide us to our room. The venue allowed us to feel immersed with the Thai atmosphere from the onset in our own locale. We were attended to by two of most adept masseuse named Munin & Sue. As the massages began, we found ourselves in a state of calm surrounded by the musical ambiance, exotic aroma and therapeutic hands. The time had elapsed leaving us yearning for another session, they are definitely worth every penny spent and time taken to patron this beautiful Thai establishment. If ever you wish to experience Thailand, Siam Spa will definitely help by allowing you in indulge in that craving of authenticity of a Thai massage from the Land of Smiles. PS, Siam also does takeout available on Uber eats.

Very disappointed at the rude behaviour of the host "Wa." Her arrogant dismissive attitude and sheer lack of communication created confusion regarding our 2 appointments made for today and tomorrow. She did not have the common courtesy to greet her patrons, nor apologize for her error. My husband was on the verge of walking out, but I convinced him to stay, as I did not want to spoil our evening as we were looking forward to unwind and relax after a busy day with family. Our therapists were pleasant and attentive, so we decided to give the place a chance and come back for our next treatment that was booked. But on our exit when we requested the same therapists for our next appointment the host had the arrogance to say "why you come back if you no like, I no take your booking!" Needless to say, i was totally dumbstruck!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had and would never recommend this place to anyone! What a wickedly horrible woman! No excuse for this type of behaviour!!!

The place is unassuming at first as it is in a quiet street and not easily visible. I had a problem finding it. My husband and I had an ancient traditional thai massage , followed by a foot massage - was amazing. I am a regular spa massage attendee and prefer a firmer harder mAssage.i often find myself having to ask the therapist to go deeper into the tissue and am never totally satisfied . At Siam I had to tell the therapist to go a little lighter as she was amazingly strong and uses the strength in her fingers to work through tiredness. Fell asleep 5 minutes into the therapy - highly recommend.

Following a spa visit, I experienced discomfort during a massage when the therapist used excessive pressure with her elbow despite my requests to stop. As a result, I have a significant bruise and lingering soreness. When I reached out to the manager to address my concerns, they responded dismissively, denying the therapist's behavior and even hung up on me, blocking further communication. I'm deeply disappointed by this treatment, especially as a long-time customer, and cannot recommend this establishment to others.

Staff are friendly and polite in their welcome.Communication from the staff is not good. Lady taking the booking and addressed my wife and I at the Spa was a bit rude when I explained to her that I booked a foot message on day 1 and a full body massage on day 2 for 2 people. My wife wtnessed my call to make this booking. Christmas day, we just had an early family dinner and just wanted a relaxing foot massage. I had to insist that I receive the foot massage. Not a good start to what suppose to be a relaxed evening.

They changed their location when covid hit but the Thai take away food and massages are as authentic as you can get. Very friendly well presented and believe me when I say you get a full deep tissue massage that you have never experienced! You wont expect it from such small women but let me tell you the strength in their hands is unbelievable!

Place is wonderful but the host showed no care and interest to my questions whilst being on a personal call. She also wanted me to undress in the open in full view of reception entrance. Hated the attitude on approach so I walked out. Still to no concern or communication. Wouldn’t advise to visit until they have warm welcoming attitude.

I've had thai massages at several spas in Johannesburg as well as many other types of massages in South Africa and other parts of the world. This place is hands down the most personalised, authentic, healing and rejuvenating spa - and I've been here a few times already, so I can also vouch for their consistent excellence.

The massage is really authentic and worth the experience, although wont go for the full package rather, take each on individually...the hostess or receptionist or clerk they have they is honestly rude and unprofessional with no understanding, i was on the verge of walking out until i made contact with the owner.

Was my first time there this evening with my husband. The massage beds on the floor did not smell to good. The oil was too hot and burnt my skin. The therapists were just like rubbing hot oil all on us and not getting into the massage . Will not be going back and do not recommend.

Well I'm here looking for a good thai massage place, nd just by the rude , abnoxious manner this spa staff responds to the reviews , I definitely will avoid using them, they clearly have a bad attitude fr the service industry nd I will not advise people to support this place

Been a regular customer for 5 months now....unfortunately the quality of the treatments have detiorated. The person in charge was quite arrogant when I expressed my disappointment. When business gets good complacency sets in...

Was there at 16:30 today, Doors locked but sign says open. Called from the mobile while sitting in the car. Thapsila answered. Says they fully booked. The owner of this place should realy get a proper manager.

Booked an appointment 2 hours in advance. The they call us and tell us they running 30mins late prior to the massage. They obviously gave the booking to some one else. Very disappointed and bad management.

The massage by the therapist was excellent. The layout of the facility is very good. We were unexpectedly treated to some delicious eats. Parking is within the property and quite secure.

I sustained a Lower back and neck injury due to mma, 90mins massage target those areas and the pain is not as bad as before.. Definitely going to do another session. …

Massage is good, but the therapists talk to one another whilst they are giving a massage.. can become irritating. Also they talk over the music that is playing.

Staff is friendly but it's a below average massage. The linen did not feel clean. Overall mediocre place not somewhere I would be very keen to return to.

I booked over the phone and they said they will take me but they didn't have my booking. So I had to drive all the way for nothing. what wasting time.
