When it was time to ring, I spoke with Ariel and immediately he sounded warming, friendly and professional. All the above I have previously mentioned. Today, he even rang an hour just before our organised time which normally most small businesses and trades do not do, EVER. Ariel was actually early by 10 mins. He explained clearly what the prices were and his work was superb. He even fixed my mailbox lock as a last minute favor. Super friendly guy, I'll definitely be keeping your number in my phone for family and friends as well as for any future work I need done for myself. If you live in the west and get locked out of your bedroom, your home and your car, call Arik. By far the best home emergency locksmith service in the west. I got locked out of my house and car before i was about to drive to work. I googled the local locksmiths for quotes. after a few that were not available promptly and quoted unreasonable prices, I landed a call to Silver Locksmith. Arik answered and he was very reassuring and arrived within an hour. He got the job done within 15 minutes and I was on my way to work. Pricing was very reasonable for the quick and professional service provided. hen you locked get locked out of you home and car, just before making way to ork.

Lovely gentleman but should have been clearer about being able to fix lock because if we had been told upfront that fixing was not possible we would not proceeded with the process. Came 3 times due to not having the required parts even after he dismantled the lock in the first visit. When he realised he could not fix the lock he should have advised to get new lock instead of charging for parts in an old lock we need to replace now anyway. Now the process has cost us an extra $100 more than was necessary as I felt obligated after so many visits that were not our fault.

Ariel attended within the hour, was very pleasant and helpful. He even came back when I realised 15mins later that I'd forgotten another lock that I was having trouble with and didn't charge extra for coming back and the additional work.
