Simon arrived literally 30 minutes from the time we called to diagnose our issue, went on roof and into attic and found problem (at no charge). With heavy rain coming at that time, Simon went out of his way to get the repair completed beforehand. Simon repaired the problem area, removed an old satellite and fixed our ventilation issue properly. Very good work, fairly priced and honest assessment without replacing more than needed. Other companies we called basically wanted to replace whole roof or couldn't be bothered. We waited a few weeks to write this to reaffirm his quality work see and we can say everything is perfect and zero issues. We plan on recommending Simon to our neighbours and friends based on our postive experience. He is also local to Barrhaven area and liked that we were supporting a local business. A+++

I don't normally write reviews but I must give credit where credit is due!!! I had a rotted out flat roof on my 25000 sqft warehouse and Simon's professional crew came in and had the job done within a couple of days! They worked around the clock as they knew it had to be done before the weekend of rain! Very reliable strong team! I wish now that I used them for my house because my roof started leaking 1 year after the other guys touched it and it took them longer than it did for Simon too do my entire warehouse!

After the wind storm, I lost some frames and shingles. It was really an emergency repair, I called Simonz Roofing and they responded immediately and came for repairs within one hour. The staff was friendly and made sure to let me know in advance the work progress. I was not at home when they come the did the job in less than one hour and send me pictures after repair. They left and asked me to etransfer the money. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call them again!

My parents had water leaking near the chimney. While Simon and Scott are not chimney repair company, they are very responsible and knowledgeable with roof. They came multiple times and last time during rain to identify the problem. I have had Simon over to look at a leaking roof vent. Based on his advice, I decided to replace all of my old plastic vents that were prone to leak in heavy rain with a better, metal venting product. Simon arrived in the agreed timeline and performed the work in the $ ballpark estimated. Communication from start to finish, responsiveness, and quality of work are all top tier. My garage roof leaked. Simonz Roofing guys came quickly and found the source of the problem, then fixed it next morning after getting materials they needed for the job.
