Terrible service. They advertised an item in 3 colours, 2 full price and the least popular colour showing at a lower price. When I searched on google for this item, it showed that Simple Form had changed the price from full price to the reduced one for this item. I purchased it online and paid for it, but the next day they just cancelled it with no explanation or communication. Later that morning I received an email stating that a staff member typed the incorrect price on their website, so they decided not to honour the sale. They said I could order it again if I want for the full price. I'm very disappointed with the service, the communication, lack of options or solutions offered, lack of responsibility if they believe they made a mistake and for punishing the customer for their internal issues. I have been a customer for years, but will never again shop from them.

Poor online experience. Ordered two items over $150, which included free shipping. Was contacted after four days and told that one of the items was out of stock - even though it was in stock when I ordered and continues to show as in stock. I asked to cancel that item. Both items were then cancelled (even though I only asked to cancel one). I was told if I still wanted the other item I could order it again through the website and pay for postage on top. If the business wants to leave inaccurate information on its website, they shouldn't penalise customers for their mistakes.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Prompt with sending orders out on every purchase I have made . A bonus is the very unique selection of high quality products they stock.
