Reneé is by far the most lovable and professional laundromat owner/operator that I have EVER met. I have such a beautiful experience everytime I walk in the doors of Sir Washalot... and then the wonderful experience continues when I receive my laundry back in the most pristine condition its ever been in. I took my bedding in and it came back softer than its ever been - must be magic. Today I dropped off 20 + kgs of washing after build-up from the rains.. Normally I would be worrying my head off about my washing but just now, when I thought of it all being done, I felt utter peace knowing Reneé is handling it. I have SUCH a busy life -- I'm just SO happy to have found her!

When all else have failed, why not go the tops in the 1st place. I had a huge problem with stained garments couldn't figure it out BUT Renee and Len did not give up, the sorted me out and took care of my needs when I was at giving up point. What an amazing team! THANK YOU Len & Renee for excellent service and great knowledge application. I'll be back again and again and again <3

Renee was so helpful in an emergency due to endless rain. Very professional and such a friendly atmosphere..won't go anywhere else with my expensive duvets, waterproof protectors and other special laundry. .
