Very bad customer service. I got my daughter a pair of shoes yesterday. When she tried them on this morning, the left shoe’s didn’t light up. We went to the emporium store to exchange. The staff there were very rude and trying to find all sorts of excuses to deny our exchange request ie: we don’t have a shoe box ( which we didn’t get yesterday), the shoes are being worn, these are from another store… However upon reading there term and conditions it clearly states (Returns will be accepted on any faulty item(s) returned to any Skechers store within a reasonable time frame.) I am extremely disappointed at Skecher’s customer service. The staff there just have no manners and insensitive.

Pushy pushy pushy. Just wanted pair of sneakers. The pushy sales girl then tried to sell me socks I didn't need, then a cleaning kit; went on and on and on . . . Failing that, she wanted my first name for the receipt, then my surname for the receipt, then my email address. All supposedly for the receipt. At which point I told her I didn't want to go on their mailing list, to which she replied, we can keep it private so you don't get spam. What a little liar. Í'll never go back there.

Worst Experience Ever! Visited the store last week to get some new shoes. There was nobody else other than me and my partner at the store and suddenly the girl working at the store came and said to keep all the shoes back on the rack after use and make sure we clean the space. The staff is rude and have no manner on how to talk with customer. Would never go back at this store.

We were treated as a nuisance. Was in the empty store for several minutes before someone acknowledged us then they went straight back out the back of the store. When finally they served us it was like they wished we would just go away. Well we did and never went back.

Even during Christmas rush I was satisfied with the service and stuff reached me over phone to message me about availability and assisted me with ordering online, took broken payment into cash and cashless and even gifted me nice bag

Came from the Elizabeth St store where they were very rude and dismissive. Had a great experience at the Emporium store. The staff were very attentive and even brought me options to make sure I found the right shoe.

I would rarely give a review, but the worker that helped me and my friend choose shoes was more than brilliant. Tash did a wonderful job assisting us, was friendly and down to earth. Would recommend!

Came to the store to get a pair of toddler shoes for my son. Tash helped me and she was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and very nice. Would definitely recommend this store!!

I visited the store last Sunday afternoon. Two young males staff were judgmental and so rude. Never come back here again.
