I drove yesterday to shop 1201 near myers because i needed to buy an item that was not in stock at karingal. The lady at karingal had called the store and asked them to keep the item for me. When i arrived at store i waited and no one attended to me. I finally asked the young girl in store whether she can find the item kept on hold for me. She rudely said she will look for it and to come back in 10 minutes. Absolutely terrible service. When i returned and asked again another girl gives me a box tells me to take a seat and then leaves me unattended to try on the shoe for my 5 year old. The previous store girl could not find the item so they picked the one on display that was used so many times and shoved it in a box and gave it to me. I noticed this through the wear and sale sticker on shoe. When i asked the girl at counter that is what she confirmed. I expect to buy a new unused shoe and this was appalling from skechers. Very very poor customer service and deceiving. I left the store and walked to another store near bigw where i got better customer service. Dont visit the store near myers they have poor customer service

I'm not surprised to see what other customers have to say about the extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. We went to buy a pair of safety shoes for our daughter, and the staff (2 females and 1 male) kept completely ignoring us when there was no one to be served. They appeared to be "so busy" checking the prices of shoes, but God knows what on earth they were doing. But somehow my husband chased behind and got one staff to find a shoe. And we needed a different size, again we had to wait and stare at their faces, where they again kept ignoring us when there were no customers. Finally, my husband had to ask them to get another size. Maybe racially induced ignorance because after us a white couple arrived 2 of them tried attending them. I believe the staff at Fountain gates need some training on how to treat everyone equally. Very disgusting manners, they are lucky they have a job. No stars this incident happened on 22nd of December 2022

I brought sketches a few month back and a piece on the shoe came loose, thought it was too late to exchange them until a friend told me hers have lasted for 3 years and she had the exact same ones and suggested I take them in. I showed them to the staff member (Dilania) she was super helpful even though she was busy did everything she could to help me out and contacted a manager to make sure she can approve an exchange which was still possible. I have to say I am very impressed with her costumer service and professionalism she displayed i a busy environment when she had multiple costumers to look after. I ended up buying a new pair that was slightly more expensive and only having to pay the difference, super happy with the overall experience. Thank you.

Great Experience! Compared to other stores, Skechers in fountain gate (near Big W) is a really good one. They provided really good customer service and they have a nice range of shoes as well. Special thanks to Sav who patiently helped us to chose sizes in differently styles. Highly recommended!

Aleyna was fantastic, very helpful and answered all my questions, no issues at all. She offered if need be to call the other store about a certain colour and size but I declined because I was only too happy to get the red ones and good customer service shouldn't go unrewarded.

I had issue with my shoes went to visit fountain gate Skechers I meet the staff member her name is Bethany she is very professional and knows how to deal with customer and polite I will recommend my friends to go fountain gate Skechers staff is very helpful.

Recently went to the new sketchers store in fountain gate and was assisted by a lovely girl, Naomi. She took the time to hear our concerns and recommended good arch fit shoes. Extremely impressed by her and her patience. Good Job!

The staff were really helpful and patient. I was easily serviced but the wife was difficult in choosing her shoes but the young man attended to her with great patience.
