Poor customer service. Lazy staff. Been to Skechers Cragieburn in last month atleast 4 times on different occasion each time, just to find out each time they don’t have stock (size7 in male , size 6 in female, size 9 In male, size 5 in female). Apparently each time they are not popular size . Two staff at shop but too lazy to help customer (let me say we are the only one at shop ) as it might take too long to find in system if they have those specific sizes

If you guys are not accepting return in store then why don’t you update your website.on your website it Clearly states that we can return in store and online.but got refused today to return in store as I ordered first time from sketchers and the shoe size doesn’t fit.very disappointed

I have been twice to the Craigieburn store and served by Kayla both times. She was amazing and patient , as I found it hard to find shoes that were suitable for my feet. She was polite and couldn’t be more helpful. Definitely be going back and grateful for the level of service.

Zero start, Worst customer service, Thursday night a lady with long hair, she is very rude and not helping out at all, we didn’t like to way she was taking to my son 5 years old. Never going back to the store anymore .

Staff seems always in rush to close the store. We were there 4:45 on Saturday and the doors were shut, all others shops had thier door open.
