Terrible customer service. Only 1 staff member working & after walking out once after being completely ignored after give 1 pair of shoes to try on, we returned later only to be not listened to when I asked for a men’s (wider) shoe. Pointed out the shoe I wanted to try on, specifically said I needed a wider fit (men’s) due to a medical condition & she responded “I’ll get you that shoe in a women’s size”. Despite me very clearly telling her women’s shoes, including the first I tried on, were too narrow & painful. Walked out & will never return..

Terrible customer service! Price of an item was incorrectly ticketed during a 50% off sale. Assistant manger refused to honour lower price and proceeded to argue the point in front of other customers in the store. Being long time Sketchers customers obviously means nothing to this company. Teach your staff about valued customers and service. Will never return to this store.

What a great experience, I was served by Isabella and can't praise her enough. She was really knowledgeable about the shoe I was after for walking and came back with a few pairs to try and in amongst those were the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet. Thank you Isabella I will definitely be shopping in this store again …

I bought a pair of slip ons thy were faulty when beck to the store a after 3 months I was over seas spoke to young lady about my problem that the shoe was cutting back of my foot back of shoe worn out she refused to help me This is my Third pair never had any problems before NEVER EVER AGAIN I WOULD GO TO THAT STORE

Went to sketchers today looking for some work shoes, terrible terrible customer service, these kids working here could use two slaps. I was trying on some shoes and asked for a shoe horn, they said they didn't know where one was. I asked for a different size and was given different shoes 3 times.

Today I was served by Isabella; she provided excellent customer service and product knowledge about specs of many shoes I had questions about. She is definitely an asset to Skechers, I trust her recommendations and I will be visiting the Epping store to look for her when I need new shoes!!

My ol time favorite shoes shopping point....very soft, very good quality, durable as well. Moreover, staff is very polite.

Product range is great, but when the staff have to yell for you to hear them, maybe the music is too loud?
