Worst customer service, don't get me weong - its nice when it comes to sales but the worst when it comes to customer care if you get any issue with your shoes, I bought a pair ($49), sole was dodgy & broke in 3 months, went there 3 times to recrify the issue, first time they rejected saying they cant even check just because I was wearing that shoes (was also told that they no longer have that 'Bobs' brand anymore because of many issues, so I bought another pair ($117) thinking I will come next week to get the issue sorted, second time I went there (on Sunday) just to hear that the manager is not there so they can't so anything, 2IC cannot authorise that its faulty so please come during Tuesday to Saturday (coz manager doesn't work on Sunday & Monday), anyways went there today - the most rude staff, first she said she is the manager, just because she couldn't find something in their system (I showed them my cresit card statement but still - refused to help me & then said she is not a manager, not even 2IC, so she pretended to ring the manager (went in their storage & came back after 10 mins) just to tell me that her 2IC is aware of this issue & no one can do anything about this at the store level & I will need to email their customer care with photoes of the shoes & broken sole... $49 is not a big deal but it was quite appalling to know that such a big brand have absolutely no support when it comes to true customer care. She took the photos of my broken shoes so I said why can't she email their customer care - she rudely said "its her last day working with Skechers" - sounds weird - isn't it? She couldn't answer when I asked then why she was taking pictures of my shoes if its of no use? Anyways, the complaint to their customer care & consumer affairs is on the way !! Big effort going there 3 times, buying another shoes (giving more sales to them) & still no help! Just ridiculous!

Very bad attitude of of the sales person. She was wearing a head scarf and was a bully. People like these bring bad reputation to the business. Not knowing exactly the warranty policies, she was pressing that shoes sold have no warranty and when ask do you honour the Australian statutory warranty she said no Skechers won’t and if you like them then buy them or leave them. Furthermore she says that she had studied law and knows the law better, I should not be talking about the statutory warranty. Then the other sales person intervened and clarified the warranty aspect. When the second person took over from the first person, the first person pushed the box to the next in a bad way which was very obvious and visible. Although I bought the shoes but left me with the bad taste of the customer service. I would think twice visiting the Unihill outlet again and would suggest others as well to clarify the warranty before buying from them.

Brodey Morton is a young gentleman who served me last Saturday. I went in there before close and the staff there were good, but I felt they wanted to tidy up and not spend too much time with the customer (that was just my feeling though.) I have a big foot and Brodey recommended I look at the men's shoes, then he said to me please don't feel obligated to buy anything but he showed me other shoes and it was because of him that I spent more time in the store and I ended up purchasing something so I just want to say well done to your excellent customer service. Its people like you who keep business open and make a great experience in store. I would love for your management know the difference you make to your store...10/10 for customer experience

Pretty disgusted in your retailers. We went to Skechers last thursday 9/08/18. I wasnt completely sure on the product name I was after- Tom-toms I called it (It's TOM's)- the guy said he would ask as I couldnt see it. I saw that high heel version and showed/ gave the guy the shoe and said its like this- only flat version. He took it to a female employee who was at the cashier and another retailer was standing near it. They discussed about the shoe. I could hear them laughing at me and saying "I had someone last week come in asking for a shoe- they should know their product" and the guy came back after all 3 had a chuckle AT ME and said we don't sell it, please come back when you know the product... Thanks. Wont be shopping there ever again.

Just came out of store and I am so happy. Got the best customer service by the store manager and Ravina. You guys made my day. I read about bad customer service by skechers but you both completely changed our perception. I bought a Go walk slip on in August 2018 and went overseas for 3 months and didn't use that at all. Started using that after coming back to Melbourne and it tore up after 3 months and started giving me strong pain in my arch and heel. They changed it with a new shoe of my choice. Best service i ever got. Thanks

Went to Skechers at Uni Hill Wed. 16/11/16 and the staff were fantastic. They approached me about 3 times to ask if I wanted help, but let me keep shopping. No hard sell. One lady in particular really knows her stuff and got the right shoes for my feet and needs. Shop looked great and was neat. All the ladies I met were very, very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Thanks lady's. Hope to see you again soon

Great range of shoes but whilst the store is relatively big, it seems cramped and moving around isnt as easy flowing as it should be. Plenty of staff but it seems they are trying to serve/do too much at once, leaving the customer (me) waiting too long. I decided to go to Skechers at Northland and will continue to do so; it was a very pleasant shopping experience indeed.

Awesome customer service by staff at Skechers overall! I was assisted by a lady named Kiara/Ciara (hope I spelt correctly) on the shopping floor to pick up shoes. Although the store was mega busy on the Christmas eve, she assisted me with a lot of patience and all smiles. Very helpful.

Pretty great selection. Levi was a complete gentleman. Prices for kids runners ok yet once it has flashing lights they are over $100. Only missing a five star rating from the lack of staff. I felt sorry for them rushing around and trying not to rush customers. Thanks Levi.

Went on 24/6/17 Saturday , staff called Dila noted to be best in providing customer service, my mother who is in 70's was so surprised with her service, she end buying two pairs when she does not like to spend a lot in her age.

30 Apr 23 at 4:00 pm. Both the girls working there were standing in front of counter and doing chit chat. I was in front of counter and they did not even bother to serve. So lazy and worst customer service. Replace them.

All girls working there always stand in front of counter to chat and talk about their story. So lazy to walk around to help customers. They even don’t want to answer customers. Bad service

C&C order ready within 10 minutes of the store opening the morning after I placed an order. Just called the store when I was outside and someone came out within 5 minutes. Can’t fault…

Very nice and friendly staff. The shoe I was interested in wasn't available in my size. A girl in the shop was kind enough to search it in other outlets.

Sketchers shoes are the best when it comes to feet and knee comfort. This store has helpfull staff and i always find great discounts there.
