My partner and I have been to Slug & Lettuce twice in the month of August. Our first experience was on a busy Saturday night. It was a spontaneous visit as we both wanted to chill out and have a drink. Everyone from the Security at the door, the waiters and bar staff were so friendly and professional. We had an absolutely amazing time listening to the music, dancing and ended up staying until closing. So we decided to go again on the bank Holiday Monday evening. It was very quiet but still we had a lovely time. The facilities are very well maintained and I have to give a MASSIVE THANK YOU to our bartender/ Mixologist Alex. On both occasions, our drinks were beyond perfect. He was attentive to us as costumers and just a lovely person to interact with. He's definitely made Slug our now favourite place to go in Sutton. We've not tried the food yet but I'm planning a brunch very soon.

Went for a drink with a colleague. Lovely pub and restaurant in High Street Sutton. Has outside seating. Staff accommodating. Nice and vibrant interiors. Very good cocktail deals. Bar area is huge with loads of drinks, beers, alcohols to choose from. I recommend this place if you want celebrate special gatherings with families, friends and colleagues. No parking onsite but parking available near the area. Walking distance from Sutton, London train station. Public transport nearby as well. Affordable and will be back soon.

I can’t rate slug and lettuce in Sutton enough, service incredible Chelsea, Sam And Mia were amazing and couldn’t have been more attentive to all of us. Food was amazing and the staff are just incredible and couldn’t be more welcoming. I don’t often leave reviews however I could not visit here without leaving them an incredible review as they have truly made our experience here amazing and can’t wait to come back again.

Came here today (Wed 3rd may) for a quick bit of lunch and a few drinks with my fiancée and mum. Had a really lovely afternoon, some cocktails, beers and rum and some really great food! Food portions were good and tasted fresh. I would recommend the slug and lettuce burger as it was great value for money for what was included. Servers were friendly and approachable and they also have a disabled toilet which was clean and usable. Would definitely go back at some point next time we are in the area.

The only issue I have when I visited was that as we walked in the doors we were hit with the smell of urine?! I put it down to a floor cleaner other than that the place is great fun, staff are fantastic! Music began with my kinda stuff (80s and 90s) and as the younger generation arrived it became more up to date music (us oldies leave around 11/12) all in all a great night out!

The food was ok, though I think not much thought and attention was given. We were without any napkins or cutlery until we asked for them the mother's day free drink was forgotten about until we asked for it and the floors and the tables were disgustingly filthy and sticky! The female waiter we had was really lovely and you could tell she was run off her feet doing lots, that can't be faulted. x

I booked a bottomless brunch and I was served by Alex and rob. Absolutely amazing couldnt have asked for a better experience. My second bottomless brunch and I would 100% go a third time. Attentive very well made cocktails and 10/10 customer service. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I pre booked space a week in advance and when I got there, the space had been reserved and the staff were happy to help with whatever I needed on the day. They were very friendly and helpful, and the drinks were well made whilst still being well priced. I would definitely recommend.

Great service and excellent quality food. We shared the 5 plate tapas menu and thoroughly enjoyed the generous portions. The staff were friendly, proficient and enthusiastic to help. Shame the place was so empty with only one other customer at lunchtime.

Not busy during the days, if you are going on the weekend, most tables are booked from about 6pm/7pm. Nice cocktails and good music I'd you fancy a dance! Nice food they serve too. There us a small outdoor space near the back for smokers and space out the front to sit.

Chelsea was a great host, always check up on us to see if we was okay and asked if we need drink top ups with our brunch. Thankyou so much Chelsea xxx

Thank you so much to all of the team at Slug and Lettuce Sutton for hosting our baby shower yesterday. Your staff were amazing, service fabulous, and you really went out of the way to help us create the perfect setting to celebrate our friends imminent arrival.

Beth is amazing, when we first arrived she was the only one on the bar but she made sure she served us at our table for bottomless brunch. She came rounds to check on everyone and made sure they had everything they needed. She was very friendly and helpful.

Good selection of drinks and also a 2-4-1 on cocktails. Fairly busy for around 7.30pm on a friday, but managed to grab a seat and didnt wait too long to be served as lots of bar staff.

Decent food and drinks at a reasonable price. Good lively atmosphere on a Friday night. Was very busy so tables got a bit messy with plates and glasses being left for hours, and the bar staff seemed very rushed. I would still return again though.

The service has been incredible. Always making sure that when are drinks were low they were getting topped up. The food was soooo lovely and came within a reasonable time after ordering.

Great ambiance, ample sitting space with good variety of fresh food. Loved the Gyoza and Calamari sticks as starters and then Fish finger wrap with fries. The staff is very hospitable & warm. Lovely place to sit and relax & enjoy your meal.

Lovely staff, lovely grub. Fantastic night, the Mi-Soulful Sunday was awesome. I more than able to dance off my supper. If you're looking for somewhere to go for Sunday supper and Soul Music. Highly recommended it.
