Love Small Paws! The staff are incredible, going above and beyond to ensure that my mini Dachshund is comfortable and loved. My mini D has some anxiety issues and Small Paws cater the experience to her needs. Plenty of love and attention; exercise on beautiful grass areas and sleep time in clean, designer rooms. The best bit?! Dogs are separated onto play areas based on their temperament so my little girl only plays with dogs that will keep her feeling happy and not overwhelmed. And there’s more! They send me photo and video updates while I am away, so I know everything is alright. An exceptional service and experience for any small dog. Thank you Small Paws

LUCA's SECOND HOME: At last, we found a second home for Luca, our 7 year old Spoodle. With no previous experience of staying away from home, this place is a god send for our nervous furry child. Starting from the initial contact, introductory tour, communication, Luca’s stay and return, the experience has been very positive. It was an absolute delight to see video of Luca playing freely with the carers, which we thought would never happen. We recently had our two poodles stay with Small Paws for three weeks while we were overseas. It’s was the first time we had the dogs put into a hotel as my parents normally look after them. I was anxious about the stay but the team at Small Paws were fantastic. They were always happy to send emails during the stay to keep me in the loop. After I picked they up they looked to have such a good time and will be back when I go overseas again. I can’t recommend the Small Paws team enough, they are professional and genuinely care about the animals that stay there. Thank you Small Paws for looking after Olly and Louis.

Bertie has been staying at SmallPaws from an early age on each occasion that the family have gone away. He arrives happy and leaves happy so we are all happy! Recently whilst we were overseas, Bertie had to have an unscheduled operation and the team especially Caitlin dealt with the situation in a quick and professional manner. Our Italian Greyhound Loki just came back from a 3 week stay at Small Paws. The staff emailed us during his stay to let us know he was burning so much energy playing he had lost some weight, and wanted to check that we were ok to increase his food intake. We really appreciated the communication. We loved seeing the updates on their Instagram of him being his crazy and happy self. It gave us peace of mind while we were travelling that he was enjoying himself. He is already missing all his friends and the lovely attendants! Thanks Small Paws team.

We had never left my 2 Dogs before and I was really stressed about leaving them for 2 weeks. Being Covid puppies they are used to us being around all the time. They loved their stay at The small paws hotel, they were happy and healthy when we collected them and 1 even sulked like she was bored to be at home. The communication during their stay was good and gave us peace of mind. Thank you Small paws we will definitely be back.

Bono has stayed at Small Paws Pet hotel many times over the last 3 years. He has so much fun, that we are simply not missed. He is always so well looked after by the staff there. Unfortunately our one year old cavoodle ‘Bear’ came home from her stay with kennel cough (despite being vaccinated). She has been very unwell and we are relieved that we were only away for five days as the staff were completely unaware that she even had a cough; our vet expressed concern that they were not contacted to discuss her cough. We are saddened that Bear was so sick while we thought she was having fun.

We have left our dogs for their holidays at Smallpaws many times over the last 13 years and have never had any concerns. We are so very happy with the care the excellent staff provide. They are always friendly and understand the particular needs of our dogs. It’s comforting knowing you can go away and not have concerns that your pets are being looked after properly. Highly recommend this company

Extremely happy with Small Paws and definitely recommend. It was my dog Willows first time staying at a doggy hotel, and it was great to be able to go travelling with the confidence she was being well looked after. The photos and videos were all so cute, I could see she was having the best time. The staff are all so lovely and Willow was very happy and relaxed at pick up

Our 2 mini foxies have boarded with SmallPaws a few times now. Staff are always pleasant to deal with, great communication and know the needs of our dogs well. They always return happy, well looked after, never loose weight or returned stressed. We always drop them off feeling comfortable that they are looked after well. Always worth the 2hr round trip to drop off and pick up.

A friend of ours recommended Small Paws to us a few years ago and our dog Ginny has just returned from her third holiday there. She always leaves us with a wagging tail and settles in quickly. It is reassuring knowing that the caring staff will always take good care of her and that she is with similar small dogs. She is now back home she is enjoying a well earned nap.

I've found SmallPaws Pet Hotel to be a truly wonderful and caring place for my dog Annie. It's very obvious just how much Annie enjoys her stays there, be they short stays, or longer stays. Great outdoor areas for her and her friends to play and enjoy their days. The overnight accommodation is excellent too. I thoroughly recommend SmallPaws Pet Hotel.

Maya has been going to Small Paws for over 11 years. She is happy to go in with the girls who are extremely caring and friendly. Small Paws has wonderful (and varied) accommodation as well as outside areas for playtime. We would not hesitate to recommend Small Paws - indeed we have referred many people over the years. A real pet ‘hotel’!

The team at Small Paws are very professional in their dealings with clients and respond promptly to all enquiries. They provide a wonderful, caring environment for our much loved pets which is very reassuring. My cat Molly has boarded with Small Paws on 4 occasions. I can relax knowing she is safe and well cared for when I'm away.

Rodney my JR is a regular at Small Paws. I wouldn’t have him anywhere else. He’s now a special needs dog as he became blind. Our cocker spaniel Chester is a regular at Small Paws and has been for many years. The care the girls give him is amazing and I know he is safe and well looked after while we are away. He gets lots of cuddles and is happy when I leave him in their care. I would highly recommend!

The staff are very compassionate, kind and caring. The facility is exceptionally clean, pets are very well looked after and appear rather content. Although a little on the pricey side, you absolutely get what you pay for and couldn't recommend the SmallPaws more highly.

Hercules the mini schnauzer just returned from his first stay at Small Paws. He had the best time and we picked up a very happy pup. He was spoilt by the team. We live on the other side of Sydney but will definitely drive to Duffys Forest to board him again.

We used Smallpaws pet hotel for the first time boarding our 2 year old Cavoodle, Zorro. He tends to have some separation issues so we were worried about how he would do after a week away.

Our Miniature Schnauzer Lola (2 yrs old) has spent spent over 2 weeks at Small Paws while we were traveling. She is always looked after well and comes home happy.
