As strange As it is, Both my experiences there have actually been quite emotional and amazing. Yes I said emotional and amazing. I stopped smoking and the First woman that worked there Help me find the perfect vape. I really needed to quit smoking and I feel so much better Now that I did. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive one either. They really tried to Taylor and for the perfect 1 and it was. 1 month Since I've had a cigarette. The 2nd time I went in there was a sweet Hispanic woman who worked so hardTo find the right coil just for my vape. As strange as it was we had some emotional connection And share the moment. She also found my coil. Both times I went home in tears but in the best ways. Strange I know , but these 2 ladies definitely worked hard To help better my own life and my health. They actually cared. You won't find that too many times at a head shop. Friendly compassionate, and didn't try to up-sell me the huggest most expensive vape. And all that I got the larger one anyway,I felt like they honestly had my best interest at hand. Both times were quite a memorable moment. I will continue to get my vape juice my coils and anything else I need from them. And they let me know about a sale on the vape juice that I just had to have!!!!

I'm new to vaping but I had to quite smoking cigarettes and figured this can help get me off and I love vaping now. But my 1st vape pen I bought was 2 weekend ago and it broke (not from this location) any ways, my hubby stopped by this place last night for me bc I'll never go back to planet k(that's another review) but the lady that helped him was so knowledgeable and helpful she didnt try and pressure him or rush him since it was already almost 10pm and she was getting ready to close, I plan on going over this weekend to look at other products they have. Not sure the lady's name that worked last night 5/19/2020 but thank you for you help

Dude working the counter tried making it seem like me and another customer were plotting against him and tried saying something to us for being on our phones when in reality I’m waiting to be served while he’s talking up a storm to another customer.. really dude.. ring up one customer then be done with it then ring up the next maybe then you wouldn’t have people waiting on there phones

You can find almost any kind of pipe you are looking for, from e cig/vape pens, oil burners, to tobacco hookas, they even have clothing, novelties, knives and male enhancement products. This is your one stop shop. And the employees won't rush you, in fact they are very curious and help you find things you didn't even know you wanted...lol

I have been going to this smoke shop for a year I spend,or should I say used to spend my money there. Today I went in and the normal happy worker was gone I was Greeted by an angry old lady,she seemed to purposely not want my business,rude and not helpful. With all the smoke shops in town I would recommend any but this place!

**Save yourself and skip the planet K across the street for this GEM*** The Smoke House shop is so clean, the selection for glass pieces was out of this world, and Ms.Dosa’s customer service made our day!!! 10/10 would recommend.

The lady that ran the shop I guess was a very sweet lady and we had a great conversation and she was awesome with helping us find what we needed and I couldnt take photos in there so there are no photos to show

Place is good. Products good. But dont bother applying there because they wont call you or hire you. Might as well just take the hiring sign down that's been up there forever. Because they aren't hiring.

Been coming here for a couple years now. Nice staff, good prices. Inventory definitely keeps getting better, I just wish they sold cigarillos here (unless I always overlook them.)

I love this store not only are they the cheapest place in town hands down. But everyone that works there are so helpful and amazing. They make me feel so comfortable coming in.

The lady who runs the place and her husband are both amazingly useful and helpful their glass is always well priced definitely a must stop shop 5 out of 5 stars and well earned

This place sucks, used to be an amazing smoke shop with awesome staff. Nico and the tall white dude were the bomb. New staff can't even open the store on time.
