I’ve had food from here for around 2 years. I lived just down the hill for years and didn’t know it existed for a long time. I found it superior to anything I had before. It was superior not because of price but due to the quality of the product. I was very disappointed when I took a friend to eat in there recently to see that they changed to a single patty as standard (despite them being slightly larger according to the post below by the owner). It would have been far better had they increased the prices a little rather than compromising on the perceived quality of the product. Formerly a triple was just £2 more. But a double is now £2.50 more (and I understand the comments again by the owner about them being nearly the same). Companies like Cadbury take that approach by keeping prices the same and reducing the overall size of the product slightly. However when they do it, they have huge marketing teams, clever packaging and it’s unnoticeable to most. However this approach appears as though you’re getting nearly half (even if that’s not the case) of what you got before. I’d strongly urge them to revert this decision to maintain the perceived quality of the products they serve. I also noted that I had far fewer chicken strips the last time I purchased them filling about half a cup instead of what I was used to being the full cup. The burgers are still excellent. Overall experience has always been good. It put me off ordering on Friday as I do feel a little cheated and that I wouldn’t be getting what I expect from there. I wouldn’t have felt that way if the prices had just increased slightly. My one other recommendation would be to stop serving their fries in paper cups when it’s for delivery, especially when it’s cold. They ALWAYS arrive soggy.

Have had a few burgers from SG and I feel like now is about time I wrote something about them. I've always been impressed with the standard of food from these guys, it's absolutely the best burger you'll find in this area, and by a long, long way. The portion sizes are always excellent, and the ingredients are always top drawer - really succulent meats especially. I tend to go for the Ranch or the SFC, both are fantastic examples of what a great burger should be. Don't even get me started on the milkshakes - they are ridiculously good. Thick, sweet and almost a meal by themselves. Honestly, if you fancy a treat and you're very hungry, a burger, side of fries and a shake from these guys will absolutely see you right. I also feel like I should address some of the other people who have left negative reviews claiming that the deliveries take a while to arrive. I'd ask those same people to show me a single take away business that isn't absolutely stacked on a Friday or Saturday night. SG have always made it clear when their peak times are, through whichever platform you choose to order from, and so you can always know ahead of time roughly how long your order will take. Honestly though, as someone who has occasionally ordered at other times throughout the week, I've had a piping hot meal in front of me in half an hour. So their delivery times have never been an issue and it seems unfair to criticise them for taking slightly longer during peak times, because literally every other business will be in the same position. Be reasonable with your time demands/expectations during busy times, and you'll have a great experience with them. 10/10.

I have to admit I had my doubts having read some of the reviews on here but I can honestly say that I'm not sure where those people are coming from? I arranged lunch for nearly the whole of our team at work today, that's 20 hungry lads and myself. We messed up our end with someone eating someone else's food and George was quick to rectify this easily. We also had two drop offs because they kindly put all our food in individual NAMED bags, just so that there was no dishing out of food our end for COVID reasons. Again this all went really smoothly, even the shakes were all named. The food I have been told by everyone was either, handsome, fab, bloody tasty, gorgeous. Me personally I loved the flame grilled taste of the burger, I went for the classic no cheese. Those maple onions are just YUM!!! and the burger, I mean the meat, was really really good. I honestly couldn't fault the food or the service I certainly wouldn't describe any of it as greasy. BIG portions of fries FYI people and although I didn't have a shake I'm told they are better than a certain famous burger chain. I would go back, I will go back, not local for me but as a treat for lunch I'll be ordering again for sure :-) Thank you.

1 star is far too generous for this joke of a restaurant!! What "fast food" delivery company phones and says "Have you placed an order for food?" and when you reply "Yea" they say "cool" and end the phone call? Only realised that our dinner costing over £40 had been left on the DOORSTEP when we phoned to chase it 45 minutes later! Doorbells are there for a reason you know!! To alert someone you are outside! Oh and it gets better, the attitude!! When questioned what they were going to do to resolve this... "You'll have to email tomorrow, we're closed now and I aint staying late!! So it's 10 o'clock and after waiting an hour and a half, we have a cold inedible dinner and are £40 down for the privilege. So in a nutshell, if you're willing to wait by your front door for an hour and half for your food (that's what they state their delivery times are) as they are incapable of ringing a doorbell to alert you that they have arrived or are happy to eat food that has been outside on the floor for 45 minutes, then fill your boots and order from them. If like me, you'd rather food that was hot when it arrived then go elsewhere! (FYA GRILL are excellent)

We were enjoying burgers from this place for a couple of months now and rated them 5 stars each time, however tonight I had to call them as my order was 35mins late and I spoke to a pleasant guy who apologised and said it’s out for delivery won’t be long. Another 30mins later I called and spoke to someone called George who claimed to be the owner, I asked him how much longer the food would be and was told it’s the next one to leave. I explained that I called 30mins ago and was told that it was out for delivery and he said that he doesn’t know why he said that but its going out now. I remained polite and said it’s a little disappointing that it’s over an hour late and he completely lost it, told me I clearly have no idea how to run a restaurant and what do I expect on a Friday night? when I said that I expected my food on time he just told me not to tell him how to run his business and said he’ll give my food to someone else if I’m not happy, which he did. I’ve honestly never been spoken to like that by a restaurant manager in my life.

DISGUSTED Ordered a meal as a treat for my family in these terrible times we are in at the moment as a special treat. Spent quite a lot for a take away meal which was ok as I was told the food is nice. When the food arrived there was a meal and some food missing. My daughter phoned to let them know. They told my daughter that all the food had been delivered which it clearly had not. They eventually said that the missing food would be delivered. 25 minutes later we had a phone call back telling us that the food would not be delivered and that we needed to take it up with JUST EAT. I thought this was ridiculous as they had taken a lot of money from us and not delivered our order. I would not accuse them of not delivering food if we did have it. One of my family had to go without. The manager was too busy to help and the member of staff I was talking with could clearly not deal with the situation. I always like to support small local businesses but this company needs to seriously deal with their customer service.

Listen let me tell you about this place!!!! Today was the first time I touched down in Romford I had to get a part for my truck, Google searched chicken shops near me. This place looked the better option compared to the rest. So we passed by and checked it out. Get there they had the bangers playing it was a straight vibe.. my guy who served us was proper. I wanted to swap it up so they did. I had the classic burger from the beef option but with a chicken burger instead seasoned fries and bbq sirachie strips.. my boy had the classic beef, fries and mac and cheese. Listen up. This place should have a 5 star rating service everything was on point. The food was 10 10 10. I see one guy out the back and said is that you cooking up back there. I told him straight best chicken burger i ever had. This man knows how to cook. If it isn't his shop. He needs a pay rise you couldn't replace him.. ill doubt ill ever need to go to Romford again. But if I do.. say no more..

Ordered online to collect, was given a time of 45mins. As I sat in my car the server came out with an order and saw me sat, she couldn't see the ppl whose order she had so went back inside. I went to collect at the time given and was told it was another 10mins so I waited inside. Some ppl came in and were given the same bag I had seen the server try and deliver 10 mins earlier. They returned it and the server handed it to me. When I queried how long it had been sat there I was told it had just been made. The chips were stone cold as were the burgers. The manager was called who threw the bag under the counter and turned his back to organise a refund. No apology, no explanation. The cardiff branch clearly can't cope when busy and their front of house needs to leave the attitude at home. Won't be spending my money here again.

Listen, this is but the only establishment to go to for a burger in the entire RM postcode, hands down nothing compares absolutely beautiful, thank you to the great team. I looked the burger and just saw the pulled pork, I thought there was no patty, but it’s there, you find it under mouthwatering pulled pork. It works, the chicken is holding its own amount the big boys, fantastic coating/crisp and the flavour. Quality fries, seasoning makes it even better. See you soon

American classic burgers cooked and served in an authentic diner style restaurant. The place is small with just 5 tables but you can order your burgers to be delivered or collected. The interior feels like a small American diner somewhere on the Route 66. Love it. I tried their Black-and-Blue burger with blue cheese and normal fries. Tastes like it should, full of flavour and juice. Smokin Griddle has restricted parking outside but generally you can find where to park. I have parked once in a street nearby without a problem. The burgers are worth the short walk. If you want to try a real burger you should visit this lovely place. I can safely say that Smokin Griddle sits at #2 in my UK Best Burgers list (only after Five Guys). Highly recommended!

I have been ordering from this place for a good year or so and the food has always been great. However, they've recently messed around with their menu and pricing and now a standard burger is only a single patty when it was double before. In short, this means that I end up paying an extra £2.50 to make my burger a double (and let's face it who doesn't want a double) so I pay £11 for a classic burger instead of £8.50. That's £11 before I've even thought about chips and a drink. Sorry guys but that is far too expensive. Your burgers are good but not £11 good. This isn't fine dining. I can't justify spending that much I'm afraid. Such a shame. Should've left it as it was. It worked.

EDIT: RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY: Hi George, It is the same restaurant. We were there at around 4/5pm on 16th of March. We were told All chicken items on menus and boards are no longer available, Wrong Milkshake flavour sent out twice, no extras that were asked for in a burger were added, and any sauces we asked for in our order we had to ask for again. What we got was great though! Just a lot of mistakes and confusion. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great food! Unfortunately service was not so great. Wrong orders, wrong extras, wrong sides and wrong milkshake. Menu also needs to be updated as many items discontinued but still on menu.

I ate here today for the 1st time with the family and omg the burger was delicious...plenty of fries 2 of us shared.The banana milkshake with kinder was the best I've had. Friendly staff and polite. Clean and tidy. I think they should expand to have more dining in but highly recommended. Thankyou for a great burger . Definitely will be back. May I add I read the reviews about straws being exposed..the staff wear gloves for hygiene. As for the other reviews about burger being in half wrap foil I didn't see a problem with this in fact better than a horrid polystyrene box. Keep up the good food and awesome polite staff

Placed an order at 7pm for delivery. I had to ring to see where my food was after over an hour and a half passed. I was told 15-20 minutes, another 40 minutes later still no food. I waited 3 hours for my food to turn up, when it eventually did it was past 10 o’clock. Waiting 3 hours is unacceptable. When the food was delivered the milkshakes were all the wrong flavours and the food was lukewarm and the chips were dry. This was not worth £43. I have sent numerous emails and messages via Instagram DM asking for a refund but have not had any response or acknowledgement. Will not be using again

1st and last time using this burger joint. 39 mind late. £45 for 2 people to have burger (no onions unless you pay extra), fries, milkshake and 1 portion chicken selects. Byron prices for standard burgers. Chips were all greasy and soggy. Burger buns were also very squashed and soggy like they had been sitting around for ages. Lucky they were warm I guess. Would rather order burger King Milkshakes were nice, but still a little pricey for takeaway. Very dissapointed to say the least. Photos show black and blue burger @£10.00 Standard cheese burger @£6.50 No red sauce as requested. No onions.

I ordered the Duo which comes with 2 milkshakes and upon delivery the straws were already put in the lids which meant they were exposed from the restaurant to my door. It also meant that the person who was pushing the straws in the lid handled the straws with their bare hands. This is not hygienic, it doesn't follow covid standards and is not acceptable. I contacted the restaurant to let them know and they were rude and nonchalant to the situation and there was no resolution offered. Establishments such as KFC no McDonald's do not provide their straws exposed for clear hygiene reasons.

My other half and I thought we'd try this burger joint out as it's about a 5 mins walk from our house and we had burger cravings. Who knew we'd find a little slice of Five Guys and Shake Shake in Gidea Park? Service was very good, we were welcomed in. Burgers were fab. I had a blue cheese one and my other half the classic. He commented that the sweet potato chips were good (it's so hard to get them right), I tried them, and they were. Just the right amount of crisp. I had diet cherry coke (rare!) and my OH a vanilla milkshake. We'll definitely be back as we really enjoyed it.

I ordered the spicy burger and it definitely lived up to its name. I also had a milkshake, chicken strips, chips and a waffle. The chips were very well seasoned and in general everything tasted very nice. I ordered via ubereats and had issues with the delivery address due to the app playing up. Smokin Griddle were great though and let me change the delivery address via the phone. All in all great food and great service, so thank you

This place really has gone downhill. Burgers are now much smaller than they used to be, don’t taste as good. Milkshakes also smaller. But prices have gone up massively. If the quality was the same as it was years ago, then the price increase could be justified due to cost-of-living. But, sadly, lower quality, smaller portions combined with a ridiculous price point is just a poor formula. Shame.

Seriously good burgers! It was my first time at this place. I was tempted by the menu which is small but varied enough to be interesting. Service was friendly and I was told about a deal that would save me money on what I ordered plus give me extra. Brownie points for that. Food took a while to arrive but not too long, and certainly acceptable considering the quality of the food that was produced. Yumbo!! The burger, fries and shake were absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be coming back for more and more, and more.

Heard mixed reviews, thought give it a go. Ordered set menu burger, had the black and blue...not sure what happened to the blue bit was nothing blue about it the sauce was non existent, the burger was nice. The fries were below average, soggy and tasteless. The mozzo sticks were like eating plastic, no flavour at all. We also ordered relish which was missing. The milkshake was nice. All in all below average wouldn't order again.

Enjoyed the food I've ordered here before and was excited to introduce it to my mum for her birthday but have to say tonight was a let down. The order took over an hour to get to us (the website page wasn't updating like it said it would), the contents of the bag were spilled around like it had been in a tumble dryer and the fries had gone cold. Burgers were tasty and still of a satisfying temperature but to wait an hour for what we got was a let down, especially given their previous good form.

Just ordered 2 burgers, 1 fries and 2 shakes. All I can say is poor, the pulled pork was wet mush and could not taste the burger ruined the bun. The seasoned fries had so much salty seasoning on them we had to throw them, could not taste the chips just mouthfuls of salt. And £5.50 for a small coffee cup sized shake which was just basically ice cream is a joke. First and last time I order from here. Gutted

I drove 30 mins just to go to this place and it was well worth it. Staff are friendly and the service is great. The menu is varied and there's a great choice of burgers, sides and shakes. I went for the classic burger doubled up and it was fantastic. Could have been rarer but maybe I should have said. The vanilla and banana milkshakes are great. The fries were on point too. Oh and don't forget to get some of that dunkin cheese!

I have edited my previous 5 star review as the burgers we had today had poor quality beef patties, which were inedible. The trimmings (pulled pork and bacon etc are still good) but we were very disappointed with the burgers today as we could not eat the beef patties. When we have ordered from here before we agreed with other reviews that the burgers were excellent but they have changed the beef patties.and I urge them to go back to the beef patties that they used before.

Very tasty burger and fries (very filling). For those who eat in, just a FYI the meal deals are only for takeaway/delivery. Has on site toilet/hand washing facilities (very much needed as the awesome burger drips and the fries coating doent come off your hands with just a napkin) which is clean. Management: toilet bowl needs some bleach, its clean but the build up doesnt look visually good for customers, also a top up of hand soap is needed.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I had to cancel my order after waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes. Terrible service. The sad part is that this is the 4/5th time they have taken over 1 hour to deliver the food. This time around they did not even deliver it. Shocking service. They even had the cheek to see if I wanted more food (that wasn't going to be delivered). When calling back to offer a discount next time I ordered? LOL no thanks.

I've ordered from here a few times now and the food is amazing. The cheese sauce is fantastic. Tonight I waited a long time for my order and once received a part of my order was missing however it was quickly rectified with polite staff on the phone. Having worked in this industry a long time I understand how busy this time of year is but to get a hot replacement sent out in less than 10 minutes I find is rare. Great great food.

Ordered the classic burger, absolutely delicious. Easily as good a burger as I've ever eaten. Chocolate milkshake with kinder bueno was probably the tastiest milkshake I've ever had. Really nice seasoning on the chips and nice generous portion sizes. Chicken stripes are surprisingly good as well considering it's a burger restaurant. Also particularly liked the blue cheese dip. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Best burgers out there! Recommend to anyone. Visited this fine establishment on a recommendation. Not living nearby it took me a while to pop by. I have to say they serve THE Best burgers I have tasted in a long while. The toppings, the cheese sauce, the buns themselves and even the chips. All served piping hot and in innovative packaging. Top marks guys. No wonder you are a winner! Highly recommend

Got the chicken burger. No sauce no salad no nothing inside apart from chicken and a little American cheese.... Ordered two, one with extra pickle the other one hasn't had any inside. I even showed him the picture which burgers I'd like. The beef burger the same. Zero sauce or anything. And the actual meat tasted weird and watery. Really disappointed, got somr dry nothing for a ridiculous price

If you are a fan of proper burgers, this is the place for you. The food is excellent and much better than your average burger bar. Parking is pretty restricted on a busy road but I'd still recommend parking nearby and walking, to eat in. It is worth the experience in the small, US themed, eating area. The burgers do travel, but they are much better when eaten straight from the grill.

Ordered food online first time ever after people telling me how great it was. After placing order come up 45mins until it would arrive after waiting just over an hour and half food arrived food was stone cold and looked awful. Called up to say I didn't want it and wanted them to pick the food and give me my money back still waiting first time and last time will not try again.

Perfectly glutinous, a must try when in the area... this place was a favorite of mine when I lived local. I've only tried the breakfast and the milkshakes, but I can honestly say this was the best full English breakfast I've ever had. The sausages are handmade, the portions are huge, everything is grilled to perfection. I wish there was another branch more central to London!

Had to change my previous review. The standards of this place are slipping fast. My family and friends had been supporters of this business for a long time, sometimes spending substantial amounts of money when everyone is round! Incorrect or missing orders have been met with attitude and denial or delivered one and a half hours after placing the order. Will not be returning.

Waited an hour and a half for food even though told would be within the hour. The delivery driver accused me of not paying despite paying on the phone at time of booking. I attempted to show I had paid on my banking app but he told me I was being 'too difficult so just leave it'... The food in the bag was an absolute mess when I received it. Don't waste your time or money.

Been here a few times now, but this was the last, for nearly 30 quid for 2 burgers and chips, 1 milk shake and a CAN OF COKE , ( not a decent glass ), but random can out of their fridge, is quite insulting for the money paid, this time staff were more interested in chatting on the kitchen and taking phone calls than have a decent customer relations profile to be proud of.

Waited over 1.5 hours for my burger and fries to arrive. Not acceptable in this day and age no matter how busy an establishment is - i also had to call them twice to check on my order, otherwise i don't think they would have bothered themselves. Took the enjoyment out of eating the meal - won't be ordering again. For those who want fast food, this is not the place.

Amazing food! the chicken strips were tender and juicy, and the chips were perfectly seasoned. The burger was so juicy and the buns were soft. Pretty hard to find good quality burgers that don't make you feel greasy after! Cant wait to come back here as the staff were so lovely and kind!

Used to be my favourite take away, I used to praise it to everyone and I have got to say I defiantly can’t anymore. It really is true as soon as a restaurant starts doing well they make their portions smaller! Burgers used to be twice the size and proper old school like the American ones. I’d even use Burger King after paying prices for burgers like that ! Poor

First time I have ordered from here and I have to say I am very disappointed with my meal. I found the burger very fatty and the chips dry. Considering what they charge I expected alot more but was left incredibly underwhlemed. Their price point is in line with that of Byron burger, Patty & Bun or Honest Burger however their food is nowhere near that level!!

Please start delivering to my address, it's amazing, and if you haven't tried liquid cheese and dipped your burger in it...you haven't lived. The only thing is I wished they had more milkshake options. And no it's not cheap but I always enjoy it and they have a great deal for the 2 burgers one chips and two shakes for about 25 pounds I think, it's great!

Not a bad thing to be said about any good I have had from here, for anyone who is a fan of classic burgers bursting with flavour this is a must try. My burger of choice here is the Signature Burger with a side of sweet potato fries and a banana milkshake with Oreo pieces. Can't say much more other than the food is amazing and the delivery time speedy.

I went here with my entire family to celebrate my brothers 17th birthday since he had been drooling over the pictures on instagram for months. The beef burger didnt have much sauce on it, which left me reaching for the chips which were definitely cooked more then once , the food was over priced , quailty of meat was ok but definitely depends on who serves you on the day i reckon, for the prices they charge its not worth it, consistency is key im sure they will pull it back one day.

Sometimes i almost feel not that the burger is ‘too good’ but rather i am not good enough for the burger. I don’t feel i am worth a burger of this quality. I've ordered from here several times after being recommended it by a friend. consistently hit food on delivery. delicious burgers, great milkshakes and the chips are on point as well. Sometimes the order comes early sometimes it's been late but call them up and they are quick to update you. would definitely recommend!

The waffles are a bit dry. Fast delivery service. The restaurant service is good. The shop is a bit small though.

Great burgers, great service with a warm welcome. Took a genuine interest to ensure we had the best experience. Me and a friend travelled from the Midlands for a cheeky burger as we saw the good reviews on Trip Advisor. Well worth the journey, would recommend a visit if you are in the area.

We've eaten burgers all over the world and what a treat our burgers were tonight. No fuss but absolutely bang on. For us, Smokin' Griddle burgers hands down beat Shake Shack, Patty and Bun, Bryon, Meatlicker and Five Guys. No oil, meat was beautiful. Good job team. We'll be back very soon!

One of the best burgers I had a in a long time. Got takeaway (collection) drive 10mins home and it was still hot. Package well so the bun doesn’t get soggy. I went for the ranch burger was so good. All ingredients went well together. Thanks smokin for make this wonderful food experience.

Honestly one of the best takeout food I’ve had in a long time burger was a bit salty but apart from that I highly recommend everything was amazing!

Great food, great burgers, clean and tidy place to eat.. only disappointed about the price. If had taken my 15 pound meal away it's 15 pound but to eat in its 22.50. Have to order like mc donolds at counter so why such an increase to eat in? Will defiantly be back but for take away.

Avoid this establishment ,food was below par.I never leave a review but this needed one.I think he needs some business advice from someone who knows hospitality/business.

Incredible food every single time and amazing customer service! The burgers are consistently cooked perfectly, sides are always delicious (whether the fries, chicken strips or even the liquid cheese) and any milkshakes are delicious. Will definitely continue ordering from here!

Total waste of money!! I picked up my order, to ensure it was fresh, however, when I got it home it was all cold. I will never use again! Also the lady taking orders who frequently waked to and from the kitchen had very long hair which wasn’t tied back. Very very disappointed.

Best burger I've had! Mozzarella sticks are winning most, if not all cheese stick competitions they enter! The sweet potato fries, were simply, outrageously good. In my quest for happiness, I have found it through smokin griddle food consumption. #VeggieBurger #Life

It was ok. Milkshakes were better in the milk bottles rather then the disposable cups. Feels like it's trying to move towards a take out place and the dine in experience is going downhill. Burger was nice but chips were average. Not sure we'd return again now.

best burger place in town, portions are very generous, quick delivery (arrived before i even knew i ordered) and great value my wallet didnt even notice the difference. the cats enjoyed the left overs and they have very discerning tastes so it must be good.

Very disappointing. Took an hour to arrive for poor quality food. Our burgers were totally ruined by crunchy burnt bacon and hash browns. Also ordered a spare bbq sauce with the meal but it never came- alike the sauce which was supposed to be in the burger.

Best taisted skinny fries in London! Absolutely delicious! Burgers a big and fresh! Highly recommended eat in or delivery. When delivered, still steaming hot. Great for family quick dinner or to pleased guests.

The food was delicious and portion sizes were great. The milkshakes and burgers are some of the best i have tried, chips were slightly soggy but were seasoned well and still tasted good. Delivery was an 1hr on a Friday night which was very reasonable.

Only ever had it delivered, but the veggie burger it's the best burger I've ever tasted

Superb tasting burger that actually look like the pictures. Shake was delicious too. Service was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and I'm sure I'm going to become a regular. I'd better dust off my gym membership ;-)

Waited nearly 2hrs and then when I called they said they were gonna start it. When you call the restaurant it said there mail box is full so you can’t get through. Well done guys, great service. Never ordered before, and will never try again.

Ordered food online. Arrived after 1 hour 20 minutes. One of the worst burger I ever had. McDonald's fries hundred times tastes better, onion rings full with oil. Only the mozzarella sticks were acceptable. Never order again from this place.

So happy to have found this place! Was looking for a restaurant different too nandos or Pizza Hut and this was perfect, the most amazing burger I've had for a long time it was beautiful! Will definitely be back for more! Definitely recommend

Amazing burgers. Better than 5 guys diner burgers. A bit pricey. Parking is on the side streets. They have a few seats. Nice guys great service. They even let me go to the corner shop to buy some juice for the kids and then have it in.

Although this restaurant may be leaning on the pricey side for food, it does not fail to live up to expectation one bit. Large portion sizes are common here with great tasting food to suit, leaving you often full, refusing to eat more.

Always love the smokin griddle burgers and milkshakes, great meals. I rate the fries too, but theyre always oversalted, very stubby and small and often too soggy and greasy by the time they come to my house, gutted. All the best team

Customer service is apalling, rude on the phone when you phone to ask where your meal is after 2 hours. Shocking! Young owner hasn't got a clue it seems. Losing customers fast! My advice- go McDonald's. Cheaper- faster -

Ordered for the first time tonight and food was delivered within 20 minutes . Got a ranch burger which was amazing and had loads of pulled pork. The sweet potato fries were great too. Will definitely use again

Still the best burger place going. First time in ages ordering from here delivery was quick. The food was so good never had a better burger anywhere else shakes are banging deffo gotta order more often

Should not of messed around with the menu. Far too expensive. £12 for a double cheese burger with bacon and a coke. Shocking. Food tastes different too now but know it’s distinctly average.

Amazing restaurant, portions are so filling and tasty!! Also, they included a waffle for my mums birthday which was so sweet of them. Delivery driver was also very lovely. Thankyou <3

Halal available. Ordered both the chicken and beef burgers. Chicken was a let down and dry. Beef burger was juicy and well cooked. Prices a bit high for what it is, but recommended.
