I would not advise bringing your car here, as they are dishonest and I am left with $700+ worth of damages. Snap broke my air vents and didn't inform me after a wash and polish. They admitted fault only once I contacted them and said they would order a part and fix it, and would let me know when to bring my car in. After no response for a fortnight, I was told they forgot to order the part but would do so immediately. Another week passed and there was no word from Snap, so I contacted them again. Tejay said they couldn't find a part, so I requested their email address for my mechanic to send a quote. An additional week passed before Tejay supplied an email, to which a quote was sent. I requested payment by a certain date, and only a few hours before due, Tejay said they would wait for insurance before payment to me. Given the abysmal communication (including, but not limited to, hiding of damages caused by them), and a lot of promises that have not been delivered on, his words are not something I am pinning hopes on. I have submitted a case with NSW Fair Trading and given the number of complaints and damages I can see from other reviews here, I would suggest others ensure they are appropriately compensated.

Took my custom wrapped supercharged Range Rover for a standard wash and mentioned it had been wrapped and to take care. First time using this place the wash was good, no complaints so I went back for a second time. Had to sign a document to say if the wrap is damaged they are not liable which was a red flag as I didn't have to sign anything for the previous wash. I was told he remembered me and this was just a new company policy, that great care will be taken so I trusted them and signed. Looked alright and as I was in a rush I got in the car and left. When looking closely once I got home I noticed that the ENTIRE car had scratches all over the wrap and it is now ruined. Scratches from a dirty/used wash cloth in circular patterns literally everywhere on the wrap. I am livid as It will cost 8k to re-wrap the car and although assured great care will be taken and it being new policy, I signed liability away. Do yourself a favour and avoid this carwash if you care about your paint or expensive wrap.

I have taken my Audi s3 many times here for exterior cleaning and the quality is usually high. This time I opted for a “full detail” for $280, to include a full interior detiail (the car has beautiful Nappa leather trim, with a matte finish). The exterior was cleaned and polished well, but when I got inside to leave I noticed the leather interior appeared very wet.. I assumed it was wet from cleaning and drove off, but I soon realized that the guys had used copious amounts of greasy upholstery product like Amour All all or similar all over the interior. These products are for plastic and vinyl and definitely not for this type of leather. As a result the entire interior was horribly greasy and shiny and I spent the rest of the day trying to salvage the beautiful leather. I would expect a professional car cleaning company to know what products to use on different surfaces. Extremely disappointed.

Problem here is they are too busy and not always can keep the same good standard. On my first visit they were not busy, I got the cheap 30$ exterior wash and the result was excellent. They did a really good job, car was spotless clean. Second time I went for the 95$ polish, took 2 hours which is ok for a weekend, they were really busy, but the job could be better. The result from the basic exterior wash I ordered before was much better than the 95$ polish I was offered today. My car had wax/soap marks all over when I got it back. Had to wipe it by hand with a microfiber towel when I got home, and then the paint was shiny. Dash and interior still had dirt and spider webs. Also my audio/phone cord got damaged when they needed to slide the seats. I wouldn't go for the more detailed wash again, they can't be attentive when they're busy.

Extremely RUDE and BAD car cleaners! If you don’t want your car Damaged, DONT GO HERE! I paid for a detailed clean for inside and out. They have left the inside of my car saturated and full of water, caused extreme damage to my convertible. When I went back and advised they need to remove the water from inside my vehicle (the same day) they argued with me and shouted at me, they advised they would remove the water from the floor as it shouldn’t be like that, and when I was watching them from inside they continued to do the same thing and then washed my car with the roof down and the boot open. My car is now worse off then what it originally was. I asked them, I want to speak to a manager. They refused to call the manager and started shouting and yelling at me again! DO NOT GO HERE! I now have a Porsche ruined.

After upselling me to the $250 car wash, during the wash they backed my car into a pole and made me pay for the car wash and refuse to pay for damages. They did this while I was sitting in the cafe and watching and no one approached me for over 30 minutes. A couple of patrons told me what had happened. I had to approach them about the damages. All they offered me was a discount on my next car wash. I asked them if they would refund me and they insisted the car was cleaned to a high standard!!! This place is a joke and unless you don’t care about your car you should go elsewhere. If you don’t care about your car you could take it somewhere else because the prices are premium while providing a sub standard service

Not sure why the review was not saved. But I will try again. This was my first time at this car wash. I asked and paid for a platinum wash. The job was finished in 20 mins. Here is what I observed: 1. Seats , bottle holders, hand rest, gear area and flooring still had dirt. 2. The mud guards were not cleaned properly and had dirt stuck to it 3. Except the seat positioning, everything was untouched Felt like someone just wanted to cut corners. And $60 was too much to pay for this effort. I flagged this to the cleaner twice and he just did some quick cleaning to remove the dirt but still left the dirt on the floor. Wasn't a great first experience.

Took my car here on Sunday 2nd October. My car is new, only 3 weeks old pajero sport in black. I paid for the $70 suv platinum cleaning. The cleaning took less than hour but I didn't mind the length of time required. Picked up the car and it was only 90% clean still a lot of dust and water marks left behind. I wasn't expecting perfection but the car came back with a lot of swirl marks. Parts of the door jam appear to be untouched. I definitely do not recommend to others and definitely will not be going back for this price point to have this result. I will make an effort to dissuade others from going. Do not go here.

Been a happy customer for a while but today I was asked to upgrade to 95AUD wash plan because I had 3-4 dead mosquitos on my bumper. I understand that a very dirty car or with a lot of inspects should cost more but was not my case. I felt like they wanted to scam me just to pay more. Also the standard wash plan seems to have gone and lowest available is Platinum. Its pretty sad how the customer service decreased over time just to make a few extra bucks by pushing for additional wash plan. Will try to use other car wash in the future although inconvenient since I would need to travel more.

I took my large seven-seater 4x4 for a wash. It was dirty inside and out. They charged me $85 which is understandable as it is a large dirty car, even if it was $10 over the advertised price. When I took my work vehicle in, a small VW van, the size of a normal sedan with only two seats to clean as the back is full of stock, they charged me $90....more then for my 4x4!!!. Apparently the car was "extra dirty". A car that stays in a garage and never goes through mud. Be careful using snap car wash as they change their pricing anyway they want to. Feels a lot like predatory behaviour.

First and last visit from me. They advertise $39 for wash and vacuum but refused to do it for less than $55 because the door jambs were dirty ‍♂️ Said it will be ready in 45 minutes. Ok, but doesn’t sound very snappy. Came back an hour later and not even started. Promises to have it ready in 10 minutes ensued and sure enough they did a ten minute job. Wash and vacuum job could be generously described as “fair” There are many more professional car washes. I gave this on a try because it’s only a few doors down from me. Lesson learned.

Not quite sure what we just paid for. Took our van to be cleaned before we hand it over to its new owners. We paid for the platinum 4wd which included dash and for jams. Came back and the dash had not be done at all. The guy apologised and said it wasn't included (although it clearly was on the board advertised). It also said it included tyre shine and chamois dry but they car was still soaking wet with grimey water on it. Very disappointed and feeling a bit ripped off. Will now be finishing the job myself

I have been taking my cars here for 4 years now. TJ and his crew do an amazing job. If you want a simple wash and vacuum or right up to a detail, this is the place to go. I had my car polished by these guys last week, it came up sparkling, looking brand new. Leave your car, go for a walk to a nearby Cafe or wait inside. The guys all work fast and fastidiously and always hand your car back to you with a sense of a job well done. I am impressed by the fact that they do a superb job each and every time. 5 stars

Excellent service, I usually just get the basic $25.00 wash , which I think is the best you can get at any car wash. these guys use a spray on wax as part of the final check which ensures minimal adherence of contaminants to paint surface. this time around I got their snap polish package where they hand polished the car as well. They were really busy & advised that it would take at least 45 mins or longer to do the job. I must say I was very happy with the end result. Thanks Guys , this was a job well done.

IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOU MONEY A AWAY FOR ZERO SERVICE THEN USE THEM. Left car around 8.30am before place gets busy and only to return at 9.45am was not even wash properly, interior was dusty, inside door with water, fuel area still full of dirty water, I ask them to sort I was told I should leave the car in the sun to dry off, plus they car 100 cars so they did their best considering my car was dirty. WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND MY LAST TIME.

I went to this car wash because it has good reviews and most car wash establishments don't. I got the basic wash for a 4WD which is $35. But they said my car was very dirty which would be an extra $10. It was quite dirty so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The waiting area is a large comfortable cafe with coffee and drinks for sale. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to serve me but otherwise ok. My car was washed very well. Very happy with the result.

Was recommended here by a friend, definitely worth it! They did an excellent job inside and out, normally where I usually take it the interior trims don’t quite feel clean, sometimes they even are left with water marks but these guys did a great job! The exterior wash was perfect, not spots or stains left and they even washed inside the rims. Very happy with the wash! The wait can be long as they do get busy so plan ahead, but it is worth it!

First time i went there sign on the wall is $39 exterior and vacuum but they wanted to charge $55 showing me dirt on the tyre..i was okay and asked not to touch dashboard and couple of things, the guy said i ask too many questions and i need to wash my car on my own they are already too busy.. seriously!!! i cannot believe people taking their car , zero value to customer , no customer service and they are rude.. i dont recommend it...

This is the result of Snap Car St Leonards using the pressure washer incorrectly. The protective film was torn open by the pressure and was confirmed by the installer as the cause. The staff could not run away fast enough when confronted, saying “ we don’t use high pressure”. The repair cost will be over $600. If you have a vehicle with a film don’t come here. The car has been washed many times by other car washes with no damage.

Very questionable - not recommended. I stopped in at with my 4WD for the $49 quick wash, which was the 4WD price. Because it had one splash of mud on it the "manager" said it had to be the $65 package. I said ok but it better be a good job. He looked at me and said "I can't make any promises". When I queried that he had the same response. When I said I would write a review of my experience he said "go for it".

Paid for the $180 interior clean and they cleaned it so well they took all my coins from the middle console. Not what you expect when you are overpaying for a car wash. Was a substandard clean as well. You'll get your car cleaned fast cause the place is usually empty. That's what i thought at the time and i left with an empty wallet and a car wash which could have been done better at a service station

I used to take my car to Machine car wash and happy with it but this time I thought to get it wash from snap cafe car wash, Salesperson there showed me how my car had little scratch marks all over it, I was very disappointed with it as may car is not even 2 years old, Salesperson Advices me to get it machine polish and I took his advice. Best decision made. Now my car look same as when brand new.

I have had my car cleaned at Snap on three separate occasions. Each time the guys have done a truly amazing job. My car has always looked fabulous when it is returned to me. Had same experience as others I had to go back thee times just to get the windscreen clean.Dash mat still had lint on it and guys filthy black jeans left white seat black and when i complained he lied it was like that when i brought it in. refused to wash the car next time i went! Charged me $50 for the experience more than Star at Chatswood where i have never had a problem.

Great quality service! Took my car in to get an interior clean as I was selling it. The guys did a fantastic job and made my 2000 car look absolutely brand new. They even washed the exterior of the car out of courtesy and were on time. I was hesitant to do an interior detail due to the price but honestly after seeing the results it was definitely worth it!! Great job!

Extremely satisfied with the service received. I was limited on time and despite not having to book in they were able to oblige and fit me in very quickly. First review I've ever written, but for $95 I'd expect a more thorough clean. I had to tell the car wash attendant to fix up several places they'd missed and then found myself having to wash the car further when I got home having noticed many other marks still on the car. Particularly the number plate area, under door handles and when opening the doors and boot.

The rates online don’t reflect their actual rates…I did my research to pick a local carwash where I was happy to pay their rate and thought $47 for the express clean sounded fair, but when I went there I was told it would be $65! Since I already drove there I agreed, but wouldn’t say they did the best wash. I’ll go back to Unique in Artarmon next time.

I took my car today 5 August, but by my surprised I saw that guys 'cleaning' the cars did not remove a bird poo on the pilot door, they did not even bother to clean the rest arm in the middle between the two front seats and the handle on the pilot's door. It seems like don't really care about doing the job properly. This car wash is a rip off.

I entrusted the full detailing of two cars today. We had to wait a long time because there were two cars, but I saw the staff washing the car with great sincerity. I was so moved by the way the car was washed cleanly from morning to evening and checked every moment. We will continue to use this place in the future. Thanks to all the staff!

My car was already disgusting and long overdue but I came in with a mould disaster following all the rain and I got an on the spot quote and was finished the same afternoon. Great result with car returned in immaculate condition. Young man who lead the work was very friendly and competent, and was proud of the result which I think demonstrates that he will always do his best. He fussed about with last touch ups before he let me drive away. It was pricey but worth it and I was very happy.

Great car wash and they accommodated me instantly despite looking quite busy. Car looked better than new once they were done. Missing a star as I was charged $40 (Snap Express SUV) but looking on their website it should have been only $35. Now that I'm more aware of pricing I'd happily take my car back there again.

Rude customer service. Tried to charge more than double the basic rate because my car was "too dirty". The guy told me to wash it myself! Since when is a car too dirty for a cash wash. I will never go back here. Star wash in Chatswood do a much better job and the staff are fantastic, go there instead.

Thanks to the guys at Snap Car awash they did a fantastic job on our Ford. We have two kids and a dog so our car is usually filled with mess and sand. I was surprised at how clean it was inside and out, even washing the dirt out of the floor mats. Thanks guys, the car smells great.

Was very happy with the service I received at Snap. They gave my car a full clean of the interior which got rid of the musty smell after all the rain. They were also relatively quick. Note the cafe is closed, will need to go elsewhere but plenty of options in walking distance.

First and last time. I used to come to oasis. And it was good. These guys charge more and despite asking for an interior clean they gave me my car back. With bits of food and mess still sitting on the seats. Either they don’t care. Or just don’t want to be around for long.

I wasn’t even wearing my glasses that morning but after a car wash, I saw 2 spots of remaining bird poo and lots of dirt marks still on my car. I didnt even go for the cheapest option, and that’s the service I got. Staff were not apologetic when I pointed out the marks

Genuinely rate these guys. I take the car once a month or so and it gets a proper refresh clean. It comes out properly wiped down, polished and feeling fresh. Compared to some of the other competition around the lower north shore these guys stand out.

This is a fantastic wash and maybe the best on the lower north shore and I've used most of the big chains and car park washes. When I see staff blowing water out of light housings it really puts an exclamation around attention to detail. I'll be back

The workflow and quality of this carwash is up to my expectation and I have fairly high expectation. The Manager TK is a great bloke and is very hands on. You can trust him with your car, just tell him all the requirements when you drop off the car.

I took my Lexus NX 300 back to SC&CW for the Polish and Interior detail and have to say, every time it’s like a new car. I’m so happy with the quality work and friendly service. TJ and his staff are so accommodating, see you all again before xmas!

Extremely average, the only service they perform is since removed from the menu, forcing you to pay for a more expensive wash to which they don’t complete half of what’s included. I would not recommend it unless you're incredibly desperate.

Car wasn’t exactly spotless after a $57 clean. They missed a whole doorsill, lots of water marks, dirt and smudges still visible on the exterior. Which you wouldn’t expect after a chamois dry.

Paid $55 which included window clean. Front windscreen had streak marks everywhere. Rear window hadn't even been touched. My 7 year old niece does a better job.
