Title: A Frustrating Laundry Day Experience Rating: ⭐️ I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this laundromat, and I sincerely wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. My hard-earned money went down the drain—literally. Upon arriving, I encountered a malfunctioning machine that swallowed my money without providing the promised service. I attempted to contact the assistance number provided, but my calls were met with silence. Undeterred, I decided to send pictures of the troublesome machine and the amount of money it had greedily swallowed via text. To my dismay, there was still no response. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, the machine decided to reset itself, conveniently keeping only the $5 worth of coins I had initially inserted. It felt like a comedy of errors, except it wasn't funny at all. The lack of customer support and the failure to address my concerns promptly left me frustrated and out of pocket. It's disheartening to think that a business can operate with such disregard for its customers. I hope others take heed of these reviews before venturing to this establishment, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I certainly won't be returning, and I advise others to explore alternative options to spare themselves a similar ordeal.

Do not waste your time or change here. Firstly, this laundry mat is not up to par with cleanliness. I had to scrub the folding tables before use. I also had to disinfect the dyer. The washers are usually left with debris inside and I don’t think the owner ever checks them for maintenance. If you loose your change or have an issue with the machine the owner is usually never there and they do not pick the phone up when you call the number provided. The dyers are not hot and will steal all your quarters. From reading all the reviews about the dyers, this might possibly be a scam. Do yourself and your hard earned money a favour, find a different laundry mat. -Poor customer service -Non working machines -Dirty

They are now 24 hours again yes it’s big lots of machines lots of dryers but the washroom is closed there’s a sink to wash your hands but no paper towel to dry and on every visit it’s not that clean and there’s always homeless people sleeping inside. But they are the only one in My neighborhood open 24 hours Updated post October 19 2022 So yeah they increased price by 50cents on all machines like I wouldn’t mined but half the machines don’t even fill with enough water to wash clothes and still NO paper towel to dry ur hands AND there’s still mad ppl sleeping here in the late hours SMH

Great laundromat!!!! Tons of washer and dryers, change machines and a laundry product vending machine. Hours are fantastic, even with covid they are still open until 2am. Lots of variety of food in the same plaza. Very good location with ample parking. Only complaint I have is that there is nothing on the change machine telling you that you will receive some tokens and some change, and you cannot refund the tokens. But I will definitely be going back, so I will save my extra tokens for then. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

Dear Business owner and customers who are thinking of coming to this location, It is one of the DIRTIEST laundry mart I've been to and trust me I've been to many. I get it that you open from 5am to 2am which is a long time and clearly "some" of the people that come here dont clean up after themselves. But for people who do, you should at least have to place looking clean. Your the business owner. Unfortunately I did not have a choice but to come to this one but it definitely would be my first and last

Upon opening in the past few years, the management and machines have both been in decline and unresponsive. Non working machines have caused over $30 in repetitive washes as management did not offer a solution and said to keep washing the clothes in different machines, much to the same result as the first wash. Left with clothes in bags, dripping of water, and took them to another laundromat where it was washed perfectly fine. Unfortunately won’t be using the machines here again.

Weekend morning experienced pathetic services in so called great customer delivering country… owner doesn’t care of his customers, when big coin laundry not accepting their home made token than why should they keep in coin machines so that customer get irritating and faced tough time on great morning. Not even picking the phone nor respond back when someone stuck….googled should have negative star options too for such kind of irresponsible biz owners

I give -0 star when I go this location for laundry machine is not working and the not put any notice when I put my money I lost my money when I send message for owner from now 1 week until guys not any reply means the make money I am recommended for every my brother and sister please don’t go this location for this laundry because he make money from us please don’t go this location for laundry our money is not free thank you

Place is clean but the service is terrible! My clothes were not washed right by a machine called the owner for a refund. Man came and told me i don't give refund for wet clothes. Then leans in and tells me he doesn't want me back. I suspect he has a problem with women. Extremely rude man. This caveman doesn't deserve to be in business being intimidating and confrontational to women with legit problems

The washer final spin didn't dry out all the water out of my clothes , also the dryer did not work. Everyone complained about how their clothes didn't dry after using multiple coins including myself. I ended up staying one hour and ten minutes longer than I intended to because of the dryers . There wasn't anyone there to voice our complaints and to be compensated..

Never been to a laundrymat in my life! Lol. Came to wash some comforters that cant fit in my machines at home. I guess because I've never been before, the $8 wash fee surprised me. But I will say this place wasnt terrible. I was in and out in 1 hour 15 minutes. Tips...bring bags to put your clean stuff in...they arent provided.

Very very very very bad services. I inserted coin in the dryer and when I pressed start button, dryer was not working. All my coin gone wasted. Even there were neither an employee nor any contact number for help. Very very very bad experience. My rating for the services at this location is 0.5.

Not one dryer I had my clothes in had heat, I put in $15 for half dry, had to bag and take home to hang and dry, called to advise after their employee checked the machines and closed them off as NOT Working… no response, don’t waste your time with this place.

1st time using this laundry mat and I will never be returning. I am not sure why, but my clothes came out of the washer smelling HORRIBLE. It smells like water from a septic tank was used in the washing cycle. Will never be coming back here.

This is a no frills ,get in and get out kind of place . The washing machines range in price from $2.50- $5.00 and the dryers start at 25 cents.. Unfortunately the night I was there the place was messy, hence my 3 star rating...

Been there today was not cleaned and some washers had caution tape on them Dryer's some of them are not working caution tape is on a few them one of them look like it was on fire hasn't been replaced not a good look right now

This place is terrible for service no one is here ever to fix the machine when there is no water when you call the # to get help no one answers or return the call just the worst honestly. This management needs to be better

Machine kept spitting out all my change, proceeded to get jammed and keep taking my coins but not taking any money off. Ended up paying for 11$ for the washing machine as it wouldn’t take anything besides my toonie.

Do not waste your time. Machines are faulty and eat your coins without actually working. Washing machine are not clean. If you work late hours while possessing a busy schedule, id still advise you not to come here

Always one of the dryers not working. Today is number 1 and the one under it. Fix your stuff. 24/7 laundry mat demands 24/7 service. I know it's covid, but the limit is 12, so you can still have someone fix them.

Place was hot as hell way too pricey clothes where still really wet goin into the dryer no ceiling fans turned on Nobody takes there clothes out of the washers when finished First and last visit

Worst coin laundry ever, the dryers make too much noise, also the maintenance is below par. There is no number to contact in case if someone needs help. Washrooms are always out of order.

The laundromat was clean and tidy, change machine washing machine dryer machine laundry soap machine all worked. Comfortable and safe atmosphere. I was there on a Monday at 11am

Only went there once. It was quite crowded but there were enough machines for everyone and the machines aren't very old and did a very good for wash and drying.

So much washers/dryers to accommodate the crowds that come in, this place is brightly light, pretty damn clean and is open 24 hours ( bonus points for that )

Ample number of washers and dryers .They have detergent in store and a change machine so need to worry about quarters . The staff are very courteous too.

If you don't do Wash and Fold don't say you do so people can drive 10 km to get to you and find out that nobody even works there and Nobody Does it

Dryer #14 bottom was not working. I lost my $1.5 and 50 mins. We contacted emergency number but none picked up neither call back.

Had issues with machines. Called the ph# posted on the wall. Left more than one message. Still waiting for someone to respond.
