I had just moved to Sydney, and had to rent an apartment for the first time, in the middle of the rental situation now (with low vacancies and high prices). Renting: Lucy really helped guide me through the process, making it a much smoother experience. Would strongly recommend! Routine: Connor was the property manager going through the inspections. He was very flexible in accommodating the schedule, and also very receptive to listen when I pointed out minor issues. Overall it continues being a great experience, especially given the rental situation now. Strongly recommend Soames if you’re looking around the area!

It was a very disappointing experience with Soames Real Estate from the very first day, when property was advertised with car park in their website and realestate com au and after signing the agreement we found out that there was no car park due to a so-called SYSTEM ERROR which I paid for that. Then cloning a security key took 6 months and now repairing/replacing a defective A/C is taking more than 37 days so far.

They were the agent we had when renting a property in Turramurra. Went through 4 property managers in 18months. The last one was the worst, ended up having to complete the bond application manually myself as she never submitted it to NSW Bonds - been over a month and still waiting. Good luck speaking to a manager or getting a reply from any email, you'll get a better response from a brick wall...
