Give a high star for the staff that actually look like they enjoy their job. Two days ago picked up the first half of my order and two younger gents were eager and happy to help as well as very friendly. Today I pick up the other half of my order and the lady helping far from friendly, she had another client telling her thank you but she blaintly ignored her and under her breath was like "mmhmmm" In getting my order she was far from happy or eager . She seems very cold and really wanted me to just leave Meanwhile the other staff members including one of the gents who origionally helped me were all happy go lucky and giving good vibes. I'll still shop here but she may want to check her bad attitude as it effects clients coming into the store becuse even with a mask it's not hard to see how much she was hating every moment of what she was doing.

Horrible experience. The sales woman was very rude to my mother. I had asked her to search for a shoe size for shoe my mother loved. She told she would go look. As i was browsing around more, i noticed she did not go into the back to look for the shoe size i requested. I went back to her and asked if she searched for the shoe and she lies saying yes. I asked for shoe size 8-9. She says no they only had 11 but she didnt even check. She showed us attitude from the moment we walked into the store as if she didnt want to serve us. We spent 30 mins in the store and she didnt bother checking up on us if we wanted something like a how a normal sales woman would do. This incident happened on september 29, 2022 at around 8:15.

First time ever got very poor service at softmoc. There were 4 customer service individuals just chatting with each other. After waiting 5-10min I asked one of them can I please try sizes 8 & 9 It took her 8 mins to bring my shoes then gave me one of each and left me and started to talk to her friend. Meanwhile my husband came and joined me and wanted to buy his shoes. Same thing, no one helped, after 10 mins I asked my person to get him his size. We waited, waited 12mins and told them we are leaving and will come back. We walked into Sketchers we were welcomed and within10 mins we tried and bought our shoes and walked out. This is the last I will go into Softmoc . Very very disappointed ☹️

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into this store there is 2 or 3 girls who are sitting behind the counter, they don't say hi, they dont greet you, they dont ask if I need help finding an item a size etc, nothing ! its basically self serve ! I have to grab the shoe and go and ask them if its available, god forbid they get up and do some work ! always with attitude as if I am bothering them! after I bought more than 4 pairs of shoes from them ! go to sketchers for better service ! too bad because they have a good selection but ZERO service ! who hires these people ?

I don't really like to leave negative reviews but this store Blows. I refuse to give them any more business. Had a Warranty issue and I basically got turned away. Online customer service wants me to mail them my boots so they can have a look and make a decision. The store could have saved me the hassel, but they wanted nothing to do with that. Had a similar issue a while back with a pair of my wife's boots. Again, not resolved. So, I'm done shopping at this store. The deals are good but don't expect any customer service.

Such a bunch of toxic girls working there. 3 girls behind the cash bad mouthing and gossiping about another co-worker while I was there making an exchange. Shame on them for behaving like that in front of a customer. I was extremely uncomfortable being there with my young daughter to hear all that. Anyways, I reported this to customer service. It was disturbing and unprofessional.

WOW!!! I am very impressed, this was my first time checking out SoftMoc and definitely won't be my last. I came in looking for a small gift and a great sales associate greeted me right away. She was so patient and extremely helpful, I believe her name was Toni but still not 100% sure. I highly recommend checking out the store and make sure to ask for Toni!!

Worst customer service ever. Tried to return a pair of waterproof boots that well least to say are not waterproof. Manager said she could not find a hole where the water is coming in and could not exchange. The boots were still wet too. Never shopping here ever again.

My experience at Softmoc was amazing!!!. The two sales associates working were very helpful, kind and efficient. I believe there names were Jenna and Ryan. I asked them for many shoes and they were very happy to help and got them very quickly. Great experience!

Hoping this would reach to Kiana at Softmoc at the Fairview location. The other day she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoes, her patience and politeness was noticed and very appreciated. Will be coming back there to shop for more ! :)
