Yesterday I had a terrible experience in this place. I went in with my daughter who was drinking a juice and she dropped a little beat on the floor ( 3 droops ) . I asked the employee (was a girl long hair )f or some paper to clean and she looked at me very badly. Of couse i cleaned the floor. We tried on 3 pairs of shoes, and I ended up buying 1 pair for my douther. When I went to pay, I told her that i will buy only a pair and she threw the other box on the floor, very angry. To be honest, the package on the floor sounded very, very loud. Then he gave me the ticket without thanking me for the purchase or wishing me good afternoon. The service is very bad I do not recommend it and I will not return again. Really bad experience :(

Came to the store a few minutes before close to pick up shoes I had already order and paid for and was turned away because "the system is off and there's nothing we can do until we reopen tomorrow morning." I tried to explain that they close in a few minutes and just because the store is slow doesn't mean a customer can't plan on walking in with some time to spare. Spent more time talking with the associate than it would've taken to process the order or at least give me the shoe and leave the order information for them to process the next day (I suggested this and was still denied).

Edit : c'est définitivement la gérante de ce magasin qui a un problème car l'équipe en ligne a complètement pris en charge mon problème et j'ai été remboursée. Merci beaucoup ! J’ai voulu ramener une paire de chaussures qui m’a été envoyée en mauvais état, et je me suis fais accuser de les avoir moi-même portées ! Donc je me suis plus ou moins fais traiter de menteuse. Les retours ont mal fait leur travail et on accepté une paire de chaussures abîmées et c’est moi qui en subis les conséquences. Très pro, bravo !

Service a la clientele catastrophe Magasin ferme avant l'heure , j'ai esseyé de rentre au magadin vers 16h45 le week end , une commis elle veux pas faire le service, elle a parlé avec moi méchament , une fille mal éduqé et son masque , et le plus grave la gérante de magasin elle a meme pas intervenir , le message au responsable de se magasin (bureau chef)

Sold slippery low quality $150 winter boots that sales person said it was the best to walk on snow and ice. They refused to refund money after a single use that caused an accident on a senior and told her that it was her fault. Very disrepectful and poorly trained staff.

Aucun service à la clientèle même avec peu de clients dans la boutique. Tu dois courir après les vendeuses qui restent dernière le comptoir pour avoir du service et même là il ne ramène pas les modèles demandé et ce à plusieurs reprises.

Chaque fois que je vais au centre Rockland, c'est toujours chez SoftMoc que je trouve les chaussures que je cherche. À chaque fois ! J'ai acheté mes sandales Adidas et je suis très content …

Horrible service. Je ne comprends pas comment on peut être aussi mal servie dans un magasin vide. Je vais certainement contacter la gérante lundi! Inacceptable...

Had previous not-so-great experiences here but recently picked up an order and the young man and woman who helped me were very kind and patient. Kudos to them!
