Hated my experience at this branch. My soak off was followed by the toughest nail filing and cutting, right down the the nail bed. I kept saying it was hurting me, I was wincing, I explicitly asked for her to go easy and she just filed and buffed like there was no tomorrow. Terrible experience, I would not recommend it.

I have never had a bad experience at Sorbet salons anywhere in SA but this is now my local. Treatments are first class. I love their Environ facials. I buy Environ products there. I have manis and pedis at least once a month. The Covid hygiene standards are excellent.

Had a pretty good massage, whilst my partner got a pedi. Service was efficient and friendly. The massage room is very small, I think the massage therapist even struggled to move around the massage table because of that. Anyway, overall i enjoyed.
