* I don’t want this review to reflect the work of the therapists, as they’re amazing! * My bad experience was due to the Receptionist, it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get her name. I have been to S&M Chiswick a few times prior, and booked in, over the phone a day before my appointment as I had pulled my hamstring. I received a confirmation email and was really looking forward to it due to the pain I was in. When I arrived, the receptionist was seemingly nice. But this quickly turned after I had noticed a problem. Firstly , The therapist came out and called me by a different name (which wasn’t his fault) I greeted him and expressed that I’m supposed to be with another therapist. As previously I told them i would rather a female therapist. The receptionist became quickly defensive and argued my point, saying “no you didn’t book in” “no, that couldn’t of happened” and whatever else, although I had a confirmation email stating the therapist name and time. I then decided to admit defeat and re book for the following week although I was in A LOT of pain. 10 minutes after I had left the building, I get a call from said receptionist asking me to return??? with no explanation as to why or maybe even an apology. To me it seemed as though she looked at the diary wrong and was then trying to get me back? I expressed my dismay and also cancelled the following appointment. She didn’t seem bothered, no apology or explanation. I’m Just really disappointed . I’ve had very good massages there in the past but it’s a shame you have someone so rude at front of house, this reflects the business massively! But like i said, therapist… great - receptionist… not so much.

Wonderful 60 min massage at Massage and Spa Chiswick with Tatiana. Love the ambience, makes you feel very welcome and cosy, you relax the moment you step inside and smell the gorgeous aroma of the oils used in the centre. I was offered tea on arrival and also at the end of the massage and it was delicious, warming from the inside out. Tatiana had an exceptional eye for detail and was very knowledgeable. She shared some personalised tips for my areas of tension, to continue my wellbeing at home after massage. I would highly recommend a massage at Massage and Spa Chiswick and look forward to return soon. Something to know: they have a couples massage room too, which isn't that easy to find. So if you want to relax with a loved one, this may be the perfect spot for you.

I have a recurring muscular pain around my right shoulder which every now and then flares up and becomes quite debilitating and painful. So, I was quite relieved (pun intended!) to discover this Spa & Massage outlet in Chiswick practically on my door step. Earlier this month, my shoulder became quite painful again, so I booked an appointment for a deep tissue, 1 hour service. I have been numerous times, so I was prepared for what to expect. However, as always the staff deliver a service beyond my expectation and they were, as always, polite and professional. I highly recommend anyone either in need of a massage, or just in the mood for one, to pop along and give this Spa a go. You won't regret it and perhaps like me, you will become a returning customer.

Booked a de-stress massage after my wife suggested to come here after she had a pregnancy massage. Booked a 7.30pm slot and parking opposite was free and readily available. Was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the receptionist and was attended to promptly at the time booked. My masseuse Christina was friendly and gave the most relaxing massage, prior to starting she asked about preferences on pressure and style. The massage preceded and was thoroughly relaxed actually fell asleep at one point. After the massage I was offered a drink (teas, coffees etc). As the massage was thoroughly relaxing, I subsequently booked my next one and looking to go once a month.

I originally stumbled upon this place over 2 years ago - it was my birthday and I was meant to have a massage treatment at some other place but that place was so bad that I had to leave mid-session. So naturally I was wary but I was impressed by the interior and the communication skills of the reception staff that I decided to give it a try. From that first session and to this day, I honestly believe this is the best massage place you could find. I've had several therapists in the past 2.5 years, and they have all been fantastic. I've been recommending this place to friends an family.

I had a massage with Kim, and OMG I felt relieved after my 1hr session. I’m now upset that why I didn’t come to this massage centre before. Bought a 5session package as they’ve sent me a very good offer on their packages. Tidy and very quiet place. Pictures are taken after the massage session so that’s why you see a bit of mess in them. Super happy with Kim’s professionalism, she asked me if I have any preferences or painful areas to focus more on. I have bulged disc so I asked her to focus more on my back and legs and she did a magic for me I believe. Highly recommended.

I had a few good quality deep tissue massages at this lovely and convenient spa. It was very easy to make an appointment by phone even at the last minute. I have booked a 5 treatment package which makes it reasonably priced. The quality of the massage is always of a high standard performed by friendly and experienced staff. I would highly recommend Teodora, Lidia and Ya. The spa is open until late in the evening which is very convenient. It is clean with friendly and helpful reception staff. I would recommend downloading their app, making bookings even easier.

I heard about this place through a friend, so I purchased a package straight away, which is of great value. I have redeemed only 2 sessions so far with different professionals, and another one coming up for my birthday next week. Both experts have been extremely attentive to my needs and preferences, but also did rightly pinpoint some pain areas and causes. There is a large range of treatments available. I can highly recommend this Chiswick branch for anyone living nearby. Complementary tea after treatment is also a great plus!

This has become my go-to for a fantastic (and last-minute) massage! A friend recommended this chain to me and I haven't stopped visiting since. The staff are very friendly and professional - I strongly recommend Teodora for any type of massage - she is absolutely incredible. Locations are good and accessible and the prices are very competitive. The best part is you can book appointments at the last minute, online or by phone, and they open until very late so perfect for those with busy (and sometimes unpredictable) lifestyles.

I had the most amazing massage yesterday. As soon as you go in the aura is very relaxing and calm. It’s such a serene place to go to. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was given tea which was absolutely delicious. The massage itself was super relaxing and therapeutic. My masseuse was so nice and made me feel relaxed. She focused on my problematic area and made sure the pressure was fine. The rooms are super clean and they have a large variety of products to choose from. Will definitely visit again.

This is my regular choice of spa for my massages! My experience and massages are perfect every time! I attend once a month, working for the NHS I have a stressful job, the receptionists are always accommodating, and the massages are always great! Love the salon, I usually attend the Chiswick branch, which is lovely, clean and a little peaceful haven away from the hussle and bustle of the high street! I went a month or so ago and am looking forward to going back soon. I got a deep tissue massage with Gianina and she was wonderful. She was attentive to my needs, asking what areas I wanted to focus on, whether there were any health issues she should know about, and making sure the pressure was good. I came out of there feeling like I had just woken up from a dream! The spa itself was nice, rooms were private, and I would recommend going to anyone for sure.

I had an amazing experience with Buppha, she is so talented and amazing at what she does. I visited the Chiswick branch and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was suffering with a lot of pain and struggled to move around, after getting my massage I felt so much relief and Buppha made me feel very comfortable and safe, walking me through what she was doing as well as making sure I wasn’t in too much pain. Can’t wait to visit again :)

I love my massages that I have here at chiswick spa & massage...I've had the positive experience of a few of the masseurs here but Cecelia is my ultimate favourite. I always leave feeling relaxed, taller and like my knots have been rightly eased. All staff are friendly and the well thought out environment also adds to the overall experience. I have been using spa and massage for a couple of years and do not plan to give up anytime soon!

I am so lucky to have this on my doorstep! I bought a package of 60 minute massages and am so impressed by the excellent value of the deal. The therapists I have had so far have all been very professional and tailored the massage to my preferences with ease. There’s always a friendly face at reception and the free water and tea are nice touches. It’s a very tranquil atmosphere and you leave feeling renewed and relaxed. Can’t fault it.

Me and my partner go to this place at least once every month and get the deep tissue treatment. We always leave with relaxed muscles and the staff are very considerate. I would recommend subscribing to their email list if you live close by as they send discounts regularly. Unfortunately they don't offer a couple massage in the same room, but me and my partner don't mind this too much as the treatment is still very good :)

Had the most amazing full body massage. Struggling with back pain after breastfeeding for 6 months I was having difficulties keeping straight posture and the constant feeling of being uncomfortable was really bad. It took 60 minutes with Daniela and the pain was gone. Fantastic therapist, just the right pressure and really got deep into the sore spots. I was looking for a last minute option that I could visit after work. The Deep Tissue massage with Maya was fantastic. I have been suffering wrist problems and asked her to avoid the area - which she did - but to my surprise, whatever work she did to my shoulder has relieved my wrist pain. Highly recommend - so much so that I've booked in for another massage just two days later! Great prices, clean and effective.

My partner and I both had massages and they were both the best massages either of us had ever had which was a coincidence as my partner has had many. She had a massage with Kim and I had a massage with Sonia who was incredibly kind and endearing and really applied the exact right amount of pressure for me and helped relieve my back tension. I feel like the place it’s self could definitely do with a freshen up, but I went for a facial despite some of the reviews and I’m really glad I did!!! It was really really good & I’ll definitely go back. I would recommend trying it and ignoring some of the reviews as they seem more about the way the business is conducted rather than the treatment they had and my treatment was great.

The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff take time to understand what you need and to provide respectful and careful service. Was greeted by a really friendly lady on reception and purely because of her customer service I decided to be spontaneous and have my first ever foot massage. My therapist E was considerate ,knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Can't recommend him enough. So glad I walked into the shop on Saturday.

Had a 60 minute massage with Celia. She was good but i didn’t feel relaxed after my massage because I was in the room by the receptionist. All I could hear was people coming in and out of the shop and the receptionist talking. I fee if you are getting a massage you should feel relaxed. Not the best experience.

I have been coming to see Tatiana here for two years. She is amazing. Every massage is different as she assesses what I need on that particular and I always leave feeling amazing. She’s also a ray of sunshine so I also leave feeling so positive. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
