For years, I was thinking that Richmond was missing a nice, professional spa. This week I decided to treat myself to an aromatherapy relaxing massage on my birthday at the newly opened Spa & Massage at Brewers Lane The moment I entered the spa, I was greeted by a soothing atmosphere with light-colored wood decor, six air-conditioned massage rooms, a variety of aromatic oils to choose from, and a delicious herbal Buddha tea to enjoy after the session. The massage itself was superb.The pressure was just right, leaning towards medium-soft. The heated massage bed added an extra touch of comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I recommend Spa & Massage.

I have been coming to 'Spa & Massage' for a few years now and I do not plan on going anywhere else for massages, they are brilliant! As someone who is a dancer and constantly active, having regular massages is a must, and 'Spa & Massage' have always helped keep me performing at my best. They ask and listen to what I need, and I always feel so looked after and in safe hands. I have had multiple therapists over multiple branches, and each visit has been fantastic. I am so happy they have now opened a new beautiful branch in Richmond as that's even closer for me to visit. Highly recommend!

I visited the spa yesterday where I had a 60 minute full body massage. At first I would like to compliment the staff with how attentive, kind and professional they were. Agata gave me my massage and she explained the areas of focus were needed and changed pressure to suit me. She was so lovely! The service was fab and the rooms and spa itself is beautiful. What a dream this visit was!! From the moment I stepped in to Spa & Massage in Richmond I felt like I left the stress of the day behind. The staff were so welcoming and ensured my massage was tailored to my needs. My therapist Stefi made me feel so comfortable (I almost fell asleep!) and released all the tension I had built up across my neck, shoulders and back. I'll definitely be a regular customer from here on out!

The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. Located in a beautiful part of Richmond, you can smell the aromas of essential oils as you walk down the old cobble street. Lovely and peaceful place and the therapists are so welcoming and great at what they do. My 60 minute sports massage was so good I genuinely didn't want it to come to an end! See you again very soon

I had a deep-tissue massage yesterday 21/12. I had a pain in my back, tension and muscle pain was significantly reduces and I felt so good. I realized I needed to have a massage more often. I just had the best massage of my life. This place and the ladies that work there are so gorgeous! I got a 60 minute massage which was pretty much my whole body and she was able to tell from my tension what exercise I do, how I sit at my desk, and then give me tips for the future!
