I Booked the 2 hour Spa Treatment for myself and my Partner on Saturday 05.02.2022 at 12pm. Knowing how much he loves being spoilt I was soo looking forward to him enjoying the experience with you guys. My Disappointment, I paid alot of money for this and my issues were as follows: 1. Tiny Rooms 2. Therapists asked hard medium or soft , their hard was soft and not much pressure was put in on the 1 hour full body massage. It was like someone was just applying lotion . 3. The foot exfoliation was for 30 min, they did 3 min feet filing , 5 minutes sugar exfoliation and the rest of the time was used to wash off and soak feet for 10 min while they left us and went to the back. We had to call for someone to call them as the water was even cold. 4. The foot Massage was so so. I think the therapists pulled their face and it showed that they were annoyed at the fact that we called for them and asked them why they took so long. My Partner had to ask his therapist to go harder each time cos she was not using enough pressure like he asked for. 5. It was SOOOO noisy, there were a group of ladies that came in for their treatment and was asked to be in the waiting area, they were a roudy bunch. To add to the noise the Thai section had burst into laughter as well. Another customer had his cell phone ring all the time. 6. The other couple who was with us at the same time as our exfoliation had a much better treatment compared to us. I did complain to the receptionist as we left. My Partner also asked for the managers number to which we were told they not allowed to give that information out. We asked that they contact him as soon as possible after viewing your camera for that time. Nobody has called yet. I am highly disappointed as I heard so much about spa d sulis , and this is the type of treatment was provided.

Definitely wont recommend going there. I booked for the special for myself and my Mum today at 9am. I arrived there at 8.50. Firstly there wasnt anyone to welcome us. There were Asian staff that said shes not here come back later and carried on with what they were doing. I said I have an appointment at 9 and I was told to wait. It was 9.15 when another staff member arrived from a day off and knew nothing about our appointment that was marked in the appointment book. She said let me call the staff. I said dnt worry its already late and left around 9.30.The therapist only called me at 9. 50 to say sorry she was late. So unprofessional and to think I booked for a treat for my Mum whos 70.

Amazing experience at Spa D'Sulis left us feeling relaxed and tense-free. Well trained and professional masseurs. 5 stars to them! We absolutely loved the hot stone massage and are so glad that the Spa is couple friendly. The only reason I rate 4 stars is because of the awkward welcome from the front desk lady who was uncomfortably friendly with my husband and absolutely rude to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We came for a relaxing spa experience to celebrate our anniversary and the welcoming at the front desk was an extreme put-off. We will definitely be back but hopefully with a better welcome. The massage was ok constant irregular pressure between soft and hard. The foot exfoliation was a joke not about a minute with the brush and a minute with the salt per a leg the foot soak was so long the water went cold had to ask the recptionist what happened to the masseurs . I could do that at home no need to pay for a treatment. The foot massage was the same waste of time and money. I will not be returning. It was like a hen house the clients where making such a racket. Spa treatments supposed to be tranquil and relaxing.

Whilst the setting and ambience is extremely relaxing. I found that the massage rooms were incredibly tiny, which was rather awkward. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, however, my massage wasn't the best I've had. It felt rushed and clumsy in my opinion. But other than that, it was a fairly average experience, Soley because I didn't enjoy the massage at all.

The customer service is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I emailed them, no response. I called them and they didn't pick up. It hasn't just been once. It's been multiple times that they haven't answered over the course of the day. Is it too much trouble to get someone to answer the phone or respond to people's emails ? I would never recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoy Thai massage. Still my best Spa. Jenny is very friendly and quick to respond. Staff also friendlyThey even accommodated me within a very short notice and accomodate my daughter. Each masseur have a unique way and style of massage which is really good. Free and safe parking is a bonus. See you soon …

Took my wife and sons for a massage treat and was absolutely a lovely experience. My therapist Lina/Lena did an excellent service as well. Definitely will go back.

The owner is absolutely rude and needs to learn some manners when speaking to customer's.
