My daughter and I had such a lovely experience in the beginning of our manicures. We went in for a simple shellac manicure. The ladies kept asking us to get "the dip" shellac. We declined, but they persisted. I asked if it cost extra TWICE. The ladies replied it was the same cost as the regular shellac. We said fine and at the till, she proceed to charge us $50 each.We were shocked, and I replied that we were quoted by this same woman who was charging us, and the woman who did my daughter's nails as "the same price as shellac". She ignored my complaint and charged us. I am so disappointed in this deceitful behaviour. While my nails were being done, the lady was pressing me to get my eyebrows waxed! Excuse me? I literally just did them. We were going to buy gift certificates for family for Xmas, but we will take our business to their competitor. I found it funny while paying that there wasn't a tip option. When is there not a tip option at a nail place? I guess the extra $15 was a tip for themselves. We should have paid attention to the negative reviews before we went.

I did a walk in and they took me which was great! My best friend raved about it so thought I’d give it a go! I had gel dip which had to be removed, my nails are thin as is so the acetone is great removal the worker did acetone to 2 nails then I guess thought it easier to remove the rest sliding a fake nail between my nail and the gel which ruins and peels chunks out of my nails (ouch). The worker doing my nails took another customer half way through my nails to paint her nails. It seems she’s a regular and messed up her apt time (IMO unprofessional). I was getting the gel dip. They did one less coat than my regular salon and painted over the top with I think was just clear polish. (This May have been an error due to leaving me half way then returning and forgetting the work already completed not sure)The clear polish peeled within a day and the gel was cracking and chipping in 5 days. I usually get 3 weeks out of them so for over $60 ish ( not including tip) not at all worth my hard earned money. :(

I typically do not leave bad reviews but this needs to be told. I have been a client pre pandemic and never had a bad experience. I went in for a fill on my acrylic nails, with the drill I got nicked near my cuticle on my thumb. I didn’t make a fuss. Fast forward 2.5 weeks I notice a greyish, greenish colour. I remove the acrylic only to find fungus. Obviously their tools were not clean, I’m left to now treat the fungus. I will not go back and the only reason I’m giving this review is to warn people. Nail fungus is very hard to treat, I will be reporting to public health. This is not ok. I took several pictures, just don’t know how to upload them here.

Very nice manicure and pedicure, missing one star as the place needs a little cleanup and update my ie ceiling stains. You want a salon to be clean . Also the clientele customers are loud, talking across the room to each other and on cell phones with speakers on ect so rude to other paying customers. Think about putting up a sign “no cell phone use “as it ruins the ambience of having a enjoyable spa. It bothers me how inconsiderate others are. The last thing I want to do when I’m relaxing is listening to some loud mouth on their phone. Have some etiquette people you’re not the only ones there.

Made an appointment with my sister, when we arrived I was taken to get my nails done while my sister sat in the pedi chair for 45 minutes before someone started her nails. They took walk ins and regulars while my sister just sat there. Got a shellac french manicure and it was awful, didnt last more then a week. Not worth the $45 dollars I paid. What was supposed to be a one hour visit turned into a 3 hour ordeal since I had to wait for my sister to be done. Overall unprofessional and bad service

The salon was overbooked so instead of soaking off my shellac nail polish she proceeded to drill off the polish and several layers of my natural nails with it. She went over the sides of my nails several times with the nail drill severely weakening my natural nails. In less than a week my very long natural nails were all broken off. It will take about 6 months for my nails to grow out and recover from the damage of all the layers that were drilled off. I will never go back to this salon again.

I don't even want to give them a one. Absolutely terrible! They didn't know what they were doing and dipped my nails so often and much more than normal and then had to go to a gel nail polish at the end as the colour was ALL wrong, no where even close. I am still trying to get this stuff off my nails which are ruined, a month later. Also, they did not clean under nails or toe nails. I shouldn't have even paid them. Run as fast as you can somewhere else!!!

I’ve been going there for three yrs now they use to b really good but lately I haven’t liked the service or quality of work! Today I got eye lashes n my eyes been burning for a half hour she was rushing cause another costumer came in which this is the problem rushing n trying to get customers in n out as fast as they can !! I think it’s time to find another nail n eye lash place!! Take the time with ur customers they could b loyal !!!

If I could give this place's customer service zero stars I would. my family member had come in to get a pedicure and had asked for a color change, the nail tech Vivian had yelled and had spoken in an aggressive and unprofessional manner multiple times. As well, when asked to do a certain design, the tech was uncooperative and again, aggressive.

Not satisfied. Me and my mom Went here for the first time as it is closer to my place. She finished my pedicure in less than 10 minutes. Dint scrub my feet or do the regular pedicure. Seemed like she was in a hurry although the salon was empty. Manicure was not great either. Not going back here

Wife suggested I get my gnarly feet and hands done after my Friday morning “Men’s Breakfast” at Creekside. So pleased with the outcome! Took brother in law and pastor with me on second visit. We all had a great outcome and will be going back for regular maintenance.

When people write bad reviews - they mean BAD. Horrible job on my shellac pedi. She barley cleaned or scrubbed my feet. Didn’t cut or file my toe nails at all. RUSHED the shellac and missed a lot of my nail. Waste of $50. Never again will I be going there.
