The Speedway it self is awesome! But. When it comes to getting gas I never have a good experience My card always gets declined and someone has to come out to help me. Then, they want me to go inside to ring up my gas People, I don't have time for that! I wish this was a universal gas station. Their set up is weird. It's not like Chevron's pump. I can't ever seem to get gas quickly at Speedway. I would have gone to Chevron but, it was on the opposite side of the street and I was running out of gas Maybe next time I won't wait so long to get my gas and then I won't have this problem. But, anyways, it's annoying and I wish they would just have a normal pump!

The customer service at this gas staton sucks. Frequently, there is a line because the cashier is out taking a smoke break. They leave hours old food on the grill. Today, I had an issue with the EMV chip with my card. Sometimes, when your EMV chip does not work, you get the option to swipe it. The manager who was working was extremely rude towards me. This place needs to have an overhaul and some people need to get fired.

The gas itself is fine but... My mom and I bought some food there and the man at the desk was telling us about these bugs that had came in a shipment that week and how he thought he had killed most of them. This was directly after my mom screamed in pain when she got bit by something. It swelled into a huge large lump and she had to go to the hospital. Needless to say we lost our appetite and tossed our food out.

I was just a little upset that when I went to open the door it was locked . And he said the system was down I had my 4 year old autistic son with me who really needed to use the restroom and the cashier said no. Even my 4 year old said please. A child just needed to use the bathroom. This was at 625pm on 9/21/23. It's sad he wasn't able to hold it In. I think that was cruel of you.

We popped a tire down the road and the spare is flat. Drove here since it was close but come to find out their air machine hose has been cut. No signs or anything stating it was out of order. Who knows how long it's been out of order for but these people haven't bothered to fix it. They clearly don't care about their equipment.

Another freaking TOTALLY AMAZINGLY and totally AMAZINGLY TOTALLY AWESOME place TWO ALSO get GASALINE AND OTHER STUFF AS WELL AS GETTING STUFF TWO EAT AND DRINK AND SMOKES AND CHEWING TOBACCO AND OTHER THINGS LIKE CELLPHONE ACCEMENT AND CANDY BARS AND ICE CREAM AND MILK AND OTHER STUFF

This place is disgusting inside. The workers are great. But there is never any soda in the soda fountain machine, never any fresh food. The hot dogs never have any buns to go with them. I wish this place would get purchased by Maverick and fixed up! I'm not going in here ever again.

Probably the most overpriced gas station food and drinks you can get in the Salt Lake valley. I eat some sketchy gas station food but I would never eat anything made here. This is also the only store I've frequented that doesn't have a 2 for $4 deal (or better) on any energy drinks.

The car wash is terrible. It just destroyed the wiper arm on my Forrester (I did not turn it on during the wash). The employee on site had worked there for 5 days and couldn't help. He couldn't even give me a phone number to call to complain about the damage.

It's another gas station like any other, there prices are comparable to other station's around. The food selection could use a good rotation when restalking it. They do make fresh food here everyday so that is a plus.

This gas station is worth it! They're always competitively priced, meaning that consistently they tie with Maverick for the cheapest gas within a 20 mile radius. I don't know about you, but cheap gas is worth it!

Poor customer service on more the one occasion. I definitely will not stop there EVER again. The man with the long hair and bad teeth is lucky you all employed him because he wouldn't last any where else.

I usually come to this gas station in the morning. However, the food at the end of the day is rock hard. Please don't try and sell aged hot food at the end of the day

Great atmosphere for a fuel station. They are the only station in Salt Lake that has the cleaner tier 3 fuel. It is better for the air. And for when you do IM testing

Staff was polite about service dogs it can be a little difficult to navigate in a wheelchair the doors are heavy and not easily accessible

It's a gas station. What I have never liked about Tesoro is how hard they work to tell us how awesome they are.

It’s wrong working hours, it shows open when I drove here to use the ATM machine at 1:00 am , but it’s closed

It's a gas station next to a refinery that caters to the guys that work there.

The prices should be cheaper considering how close they are to the refinery.
