Today a staff member and customer happily judged and talked about myself and my son. My son was wearing a backpack that meant he couldn't run away from me, apparently that is unacceptable. Very disappointing particularly in the current retail climate.

If your staff can’t be bothered helping customers, maybe they shouldn’t work in a customer service setting!!! Your staff member that was at work on Easter Saturday is a very rude child and should respect all people.
