I went with one of my pregnant friend couple of weeks ago. My friend had swelled feet due to pregnancy and she was trying to find the comfortable pair of footwear for her , then a young lady approached her and asked her to put all the shoes that she tried back on the shelves . My friend who was 37 weeks pregnant was unable to bend and how rude for a staff to tell her this when it wasn’t her job to do so . When I came back , I put the shoes back in the shelves.. sorry to say but show some empathy !

I came here to buy my child’s school shoes, I was looking and needed assistance and when I asked the lady that was on she told me “one moment” so I waited, 15 minutes later I checked to see where she was and she was messaging someone on her phone, I asked her for help again and when she came over she looked quite uninterested and bored. Good quality school shoes, yes. Will I be returning? Probably not.

I brought shoes and I want to change it after 2 days I went to change it but the lady call JADE told that the shoes are used because there is only dust on the shoes but I said how can I use with the Tags on it she was so Rude. Then I just clean the dust and I said is it ok? Then she did the refund the management has to take people with better customer service

I came to this store today as Casey Central did NOT want to sell shoes today. The lady there was to busy watching me and cleaning. Thanks to Maryiam she served me with in seconds of coming into the shop and sold me a pair of runners and paid for them and walked out within 5 minutes. This what customer service should be.

Worth spending wisely when it comes to Kids shoes - when they keep growing everyday and keeping them in line with the current styles without compromising with quality. This is the place i would love to shop for shoes!!!

Everytime I come here I always get poor service and it honestly makes me not want to return unless I have to. The ladies are always grumpy and can be so rude. I WOULD NOT recommend this place.
