Brand New, Just Opened. Extremely clean, because it's NEW!!! (Maria Lowry) Staff very kind and courteous. She walked me through all the steps and I was able to Brag to my wife that I found a BETTER place to do laundry. Small and Large washers, small and large dryers. Easy to wash with their laundry card system. They have a change machine to help add the exact amount you need to use. System is automated and simple to follow instructions, but if you need help, Maria Lowry is the best, so kind and patient. You have the options to also buy Laundry Detergent, Softner and other items. So many tables to use and well spread out. Also, a separate area for people to relax away from the washing area. They also have 6 TV's on the surrounding walls, if you want to stay near the washing machines. Plenty of place to seat and relax. Ceiling fans above to make to area fresh and relaxing. I like the automatic front doors, so convenient to walk in and out while carrying all my clothes, great feature. Surrounded by large door like windows, just in case you want to sit in your car. Restaurants, walgreens and gas station across the street for those who may be hungry. Plenty of parking in front of building, park right in front, there is a large over hang, which is great if it ever Rains. Restrooms in the back near what looks like a lounging area. Plenty of lighting. Love this place.

I really like coming to this laundromat. Because it's a newer one, but there are a few adjustments that need to be made. The biggest one is that you need the blinds covering the windows on one side, it is heating up the facility too hot and people cannot stand to be in there to do their laundry because it's too hot inside. Also, it's going to make your AC run harder and you will have to replace your rooftop unit sooner than planned. Also you might want to invest in a water softener I'm not sure what the strange smell is but sometimes there is one when you're doing your laundry there and when you get home and you go to wear your clothes you can smell a strange smell in the water that was used on your clothes. On a positive note you finally have some really nice people working there I know you went through a bit of a turnover for a while there and still are but you'll find some decent people. You do need people to regularly clean out the dryer vents or you could possibly catch your place on fire. And they need to be cleaning out the area for your washers that builds up behind them. If they don't do that, you can very well cause your machines to go down sooner than planned.....currectly your best employees are Olivia and Maria.

At first drove by spin express laundry extremely impressed with the outside layout very welcoming very clean looking and did not look cluttered. Came back the next day to bring my bed comforters walked in welcomed by friendly attendants smiling and extremely helpful. Sierra was extremely helpful she went above and beyond to assist with my comforters while i was getting a root canal at my denist near by. Looked around the floors are immaculate the washers were glistening as well as the dryers. The layout instead is very welcoming. Will DEFINITELY continue coming here.

I'm doing my laundry on a Sunday night. It is pretty busy. I go to get my clothes from the washer and put them in the drier, only I can't because the worker has just mopped the whole area and tells us we have to wait. This is very poor customer service here. The worker has all the folding tables all over the place and it's only 9:20pm. It has never been like this in all the times I have come here, but if this guy continues to work here, I will not return. I am having to wait even longer to finish up my laundry. This may be the last time I come back!!

What a great surprise. My washer went out a few days ago & I searched for a laundro-mat by my home. I found Spin Express & the washer, dryers, floors & walls were impeccable. What joy, I was really dreading washing in machines not my own. Everything sparkled & you could not find a spec of soil or dirt. I was also created by a wonderful young lady named, Lee. She was courteous, welcoming, with an excellent personality. She helped me navigate the high tech machines that I didn't know existed. I will definitely be back Thank you Lee

Never again, I've been to Spinxpress off West Avenue and Fredericksburg rd too so I thought this would be nice. Even with the specials I don't think I'd come back. I had such a hard time with the card system. Also, with how fancy these machines look they don't do the job. Maybe because its special pricing? My clothes still smell. I am really unsatisfied with this place. Was really looking forward to it too. Just hate how they made it look so nice but it doesn't function like it should. Too many chances with this one.

We visited this laundromat today for the first time. The place was very clean with new modern washers and dryers. The only suggestion we had for a person working there was to wear a name tag or a shirt with a logo for identification as we couldn't find anyone to help us. We, for example, didn't know that machines accepted only laundromat's card for payment, and it took us some time to figure it out. We saw that a few other people were in the same situation. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place.

SpinX Thousand Oaks location is AWESOME. Great location, modern machines. Maria was super helpful and explained the machines and card system and showed me how to register my card so I can receive alerts when my laundry is ready. I had been going to the location on Blanco but this is my new spot now. Lots of seating to kick back while I wait for my clothes. 24hr/ 365 days a week availibity. Clean and modern and feels like a safe location as well. Can't say enough great things about this location.

Machines are easy to use and staff was friendly and very helpful. Inside the business were clean as well as the washers/dryers. My washing machine at home has been down for two weeks and the laundry facilities were actually very quick and convenient. Could use a window washing and they still have a few construction areas that need clean up (parking lot). I would definitely recommend this business and if the parts for my washing machine continues to be unavailable I will have to return.

I would like to express my great appreciation to this location for something I have not experienced in a long while, phenomenal customer service, cleanliness to perfection, you can see your reflection in the glass and washers alike! I visited this laundry mat a week ago I usually go to the one more down the road. When I walked in it was sparkly clean and quiet when I went to load my wash card I saw that Lucy from the nacogdoches location was working I was super happy to see her since she is super friendly and makes the time go by so fast I love taking to her while I do my laundry , As long as she’s working at this location or the one down the road I will continue to come wash here !

Anabel is very friendly and welcoming, she appeared to never stop cleaning the area and being super busy. This place is very clean, well air conditioned, has easy parking and safe. Lots of comfortable seating, TVs on every wall and super clean bathrooms. I don't use laundromats often but I would recommend this one and when I need to go again won't hesitate. Prices are reasonable too with machines ranging from under 3 bucks to 10 bucks for huge loads.

I walked in and I was quickly impressed with the cleanliness and friendly environment…I had no clue on how to operate the machines considering the impressive technology on the machines but Maria was quick to assist and provide guidance…not only was she very professional with her role but she was equally patient and her smile made the environment very welcomed…the owners have done a great job instituting this establishment…

Dude, this place rocks. Complimentary machine-made Popcorn; awesome service, cool card system, clean store and machines, awesome setting and location, etc. Machines are a bit pricier than competitors, but I feel I get my money’s worth. Lots of easy to use options for specific cleaning needs. The employees here are all nice as hell and make me feel like I’m in a good place. Y’all are awesome, keep kicking butt.

Haven’t had need for a laundry place in more than 10 yrs. I found the Spinxpress on Thousand Oaks and I’m so glad!! The facility and the machines are all very clean. The large capacity machines we needed to use were easy to use and cleaned our comforter beautifully. Lucy was amazingly helpful and extremely patient with me and my mom. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a good laundromat!!

This was the first time I ever came to this laundromat and it will be the one I continue to go to for now on. They have so many machines for both small, big, and giant size loads. The machines are quick and get them clean and dry the first time around mostly (even my giant blankets). The staff is so friendly and helpful, even came out to carry my bags from the car inside. It's spacious and comfortable

We were very excited when SpinXpress Laundry finally open their doors. We were greeted by a very friendly knowledgeable attendant, Marcus, who showed us everything. They have a great promotion for their grand opening -- only 0.50 for a wash. Everything is brand new and automated -- you just need a card to pay for everything and it even sends a msg to your phone to let you know the laundry is ready.

Clean, spacious, and a great layout. Free, fresh popcorn while you wait. Plenty of comfortable seating, carts, and machines. Easy to understand, reload, and use laundry card system. Great cell phone/internet service. And an awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful staff (Maria). I have never been to a laundromat that checked all the boxes until I came here. Me and my girlfriend needed to do laundry and decided to try out this SpinXpress since it was newly opened. Marcus was an awesome help to explain the machines and card system to us. We washed and dried our clothes, then used the nice tables they have available to fold them. We left satisfied with clean laundry. Thank you SpinXpress and Marcus. We will definitely be going back.

I needed to wash my comforter but needed a front loading washer. I decided to come to Spin Xpress and it was a great experience! The process was a lot faster than I thought it was going to be and the facility is sparkling clean! Marcus was very helpful and seemed passionate with his work here. 10 out of 10 the place is VERY CLEAN, nice and quiet, and not a lot of weirdos that you would usually runs into at a laundromat. Marcus the store manger very nice and friendly and you can tell he really takes pride of the reputation of his store ! Other workers were very kind and helpful explaining all the machines and services! I will be coming here from now on!!

Very clean. Deb was very helpful and greeted me with a smile the minute I arrived. She even helped me get my things to the car. I love the drop off service. The price is very reasonable, and they sort your clothes, tying ribbon with cute little bows around each of the bundles. I won't be going anywhere else as long as they continue to operate like they're doing!

Came today for first time with my wife and we didn’t even have to ask for help. We were approached by Maria and she walked us through everything from getting a card and loading it up to going over the different size washers, dryers, and their premium features. It’s nice to be able to wash and dry laundry for a household of 6, bedding included for under 2 hours.

This place is amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me make sure the spin cards were usable at another location for our Kennel tech. I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. If I ever need to do laundry away from home, I will definitely be going here!

Always clean, the people are always helpful, the appliances are always clean when I use them. The bathrooms are clean. Prices are reasonable. And they have free popcorn! I have had to do laundry all over town, out of town, everywhere. Without question the cleanest overall. Machines are all brand new and functioning perfect. Staff is extremely friendly, and knowledge regarding specials and services offered, or if you just need help with anything. Excellent Location.

My washer flooded my kitchen about a week and a half ago, and I needed somewhere clean and fast to get laundry done. This place is absolutely a gem. And now, I’m like…why do I need a washer!!! I don’t anymore, and I can get multiple loads done and be out in an hour or so!

This facility is clean clothes get cleaned very well and dried very fast. The staff is wonderful. T is amazing. She make sure that you don’t have any questions and helps with anything that you may need. She definitely made my experience at this facility fast and easy.

This is the best place to get your laundry done quick. Maria suggested I do the reverse option on the dryer since my bedding and pants never got dry enough. It worked I didn't even have to add more time for it to dry, which in turn saves me money.

Anabel was working at this location the day I came to do my laundry, she was so helpful and super friendly. She even went around checking up on customer making sure everyone was doing okay or if they needed any assistance. Amazing …

Takes about an hour to wash a good amount of clothes. Washers and dryers of all sizes from 60- 100 lb loads. Marcus was very helpful this morning, and most staff members are willing to assist in any way possible. Love that is 24hrs.

I had a great experience location is very clean. I was attended when needed help with the cash machine. Because I'm not too familiar with how to load money and Maria the attendance was very helpful, I will return next week
