I have been using this laundry mat since it first opened. Staff members always had the place cleaned, helpful and friendly. Yes, I agree sometimes their bathroom lacked Toilet Paper and Liquid soap. So, now especially during covid. I always carry a small bag with a toilet paper and my own Liquid soap. Also, I noticed about a month now there's been a change in staff. Some of the new ladies don't seem to be welcoming, and bothered when approached about a machine problem. I also have family members who use this facility and I hear their concerns as well. I hope owner and management review our concerns for business improvement. In hopes to keep returning customers happy.

The attendant here told me, and my honey and another man to turn our phones down but she wasn't telling everyone. I told her there is no sign and it's a public place. She said she was going to have us escorted out. She called the cops and I spoke to them. Still here drying my clothes. She was on her phone when we got here and after 20 minutes that's when she decided to walk the floor. I had been coming here about 5 years. I will never return. Plus I like using the biggest washers but there is always a line in front of them because of the check cashing place.

horrible place of business! The bathroom that is for both women and men does not have paper towels or hand soap!? We’re in a pandemic and trying to stop the spread of covid 19 and this laundry mat can’t even provide the means to do this. I informed the worker to which she said that people are stealing it. The worker gave me liquid hand soap to walk to the back and wash my hands. She couldn’t even give me paper towels to dry my hands. The “soap” Wasn’t even considered soap it was very diluted!! Just Horrible! And this is what her manager told her to do.

I had to visit Spin City because the usual machines I use at an apartment complex were offline. They strictly take credit/debit cards. Good News: They take coins & a proprietary card. Bad News: The 2-load washer was priced at $2.25, but when loaded (overloaded?), the price went up to $2.75. This happened twice; after switching the load to another machine & it happened Again, paid the price. Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes; reasonable. $1 on high heat dried everything.

Always clean I drive the extra miles just to be sure that im getting what I pay for. When we think of laundry rooms we think of dirty and dingy but that all the opposite with this place always someone on the floor cleaning and caring for anyones needs come check them out worth the extra mile or 2 to be in a clean spot to get clean

This place is huge. There are about 79 washers of various sizes and about 84 dryers. Lots of tables for folding your laundry. There is a Western Union inside and a small Cafe. Very clean. The only down side is they don't have many baskets for wheeling your laundry from the washer to the dryer and the prices are a little higher.

Too expensive. Change machine took my dollar which employee reluctantly returned. And when my girlfriend left to go next-door to the Dollar Tree someone stole our comforter that was in the dryer. This place is EXTREMELY sketchy and feels very unsafe. ⚠️USE CAUTION WHEN THERE⚠️

Hi just wanted to let you people's know that I really like Spincity Laundry. They have plenty of washers and T.V's for entertainment. Oh ya! and I wash on a Tuesday morning around 10 to 1, never crowded. If that's your preference. Have a great day people's

Love it here, HUGE place, not like the tiny laundry' mats around town, this one is BIG, check it out, TV's , friendly attendants, several bill changing machines, uh huh don't walk ,run, don't forget your laundry.

I work here we keep it clean and we do your wash and fold it too also we are here yo hlep please dont forget to tip your landrist we do your landry so you dont have to be here we save you time …

I love the fact that they have so many washers and dryers. The can accommodate akot of people. The only problem: the washers do not have enough water to wash your clothes.

Dont do laundry much at laundry places but the 2 times I have been here have been good except getting overcharged while using the credit/debit card option on the washer.

Staff are always available and keeps this laundromat clean. All employees i have seen to be helpful and alway's friendly to all who enter. Keep up the great job!

All good except in mornings wendsday ,friday .The attendent lets her some of her freinds park in front of door while they to laundry blocking ramp for others

It's HOT BRO!! I found myself going outside for some fresh air! The prices are fair but if you are easily frustrated by heat and humidity, try another spot

Great place it's always clean lots of choices on machine size. The plus still is coin or card and you can have a beer and taco next door while you wait
