I called ahead to make sure there was still drop off wash and fold service at the Madison location. I spoke with someone over the phone who gave me pricing and assured me there was. I drove to location and no staff was present. Called number back and a man told me that they’ve never had drop off service at this location, which I know isn’t true because I used it about 10 months ago. Waste of my time. Very disappointed. Manager responds to my review by saying “You must be confused”. I am definitely not confused. I can give benefit of doubt by saying that perhaps the employee at the Madison location who did my drop off service and took my cash for the job 10 months ago pocketed that money and didn’t tell manager about it, but as a customer, I definitely used the drop off service at the Madison location. (another customer today confirmed that they used to offer this service here.) One star for insulting my intelligence. Otherwise, store is very clean. So, two stars.

Love this laundry facility. And the woman that works it is very hard to keep it clean!!! Thanks goes out to her for taking pride in her job and place of business!!! As for the customers of this business I think it would be very considerate to help her with the hard work she does by cleaning up after yourself not breaking the equipment and stop treating the parking lot she sweeps daily as a trash can!!! Keep up the great service and thank you to the employees/owners of rollins splish splash 2 coin laundry!!!

I'm Excited to have found this gem...I popped in here while in Madison and Im impressed with this place. The facility was clean & smelled fresh. I travel & I have seen some nasty ones. Amazingly well kept and cost efficient! Everything runs right & and is super clean! Best of all the laundry attendant, a young lady that was there in the morning, was a delight and very friendly. I Will definitely stop there on my return trip.

Nothing good or bad about this place really. It's a smaller location from the main location over at Goodlettsville. Other place takes debit/credit, this location does not. Not as many machines either. Also no employees work here compared to the other location. Thank you for the response. Also I see that on Google maps there is another location called "coin laundry." I'll try to get Google to delete that one off there.

Always nice people / the lady there always cleaning with her well behaved daughter and she helps anyway when she can if you have questions or helps with the door if your arms are full of laundry baskets it's so Clean for not having an attendant 24-7 I feel safe and relaxed while there .prices are good an paying with the pay range app is convenient so I don't have to worry about getting $ for the he change machine

Decently clean for a laundromat with no attendant. The washers were more expensive than similar locations around town and even though I paid extra for hot water there's no way the water was hot. The glass was cold during the wash cycle and my clothes were freezing when they came out.

There is no carpet so it doesn't smell of mildew. The washing machines are clean. People need to know how much detergent to pour in the high efficiency washers. Too many times I've seen suds overflowing out of the machines.

I’ve been doing my laundry here for about a year now, and there is a homeless man who is always here. He’s pretty harmless but will follow in and out, ask you for change, and stare at you if you choose to wait in your car.

Wonderful atmosphere! Super clean and accommodating, it almost sparkles in there lately They are so nice when I'm there machines are well maintained dryers dry first time every time prices are good completely affordable

Always a clean facility and the machines both washer and dryers seem to do a more effective job here compared to other establishments visited. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with laundry needs

Stopped in to wash a blanket, the prices are a little high for the larger washing machines. I paid $8 for the one I used, im not sure if that’s standard pricing but It seemed high to me.

Great little laundry matt, it's always clean, washers and dryers work great they are fast and it's priced well . The cleaning lady is very friendly , helpful was a pleasure to speak to!

The place is always nice, clean and machines work fine, but sometimes the place can be crowded, no debt/ credit and a little more expensive.

More expensive than most, and the building is small, so when more than 2 people arw there its hard to move around.

Somewhere to wash clothes is definitely a great thing especially if ya dont have a washer nor a dryer
