Horrible, owner lied multiple times about the car is working great, they stole 3 packs of cigerettes from the glove box and burned a full tank of gas left it on e then charged another $240 for heater hoses that never had a problem before that was not part of the repair or problem on top of $1700 for lifters and the windshield wipers dont work. No return calls in 3 days now car broke down plus evap leak and oil leaks now and maybe transmission fluid and pissibly brake fluid. Someone better fix this completely and return her money. THIS IS NOT A CLUNKER THAT WAS WORKED ON, A PONTIAC G8 THAT SHE MAINTAINED REGULARLY. THE FRONT END OF HER PRETTY CAR WAS ALSO CRACKED AND THEY BLAME THE TOW TRUCK GUY! MR. OWNER, YOU ASKED HER FOR OUR HOME ADDRESS.....TO RETURN THE MOTOR COVER AND REFUND HER A WEEK AGO, NEVER DID...........MAKES ME WONDER WHY................I TAKE THAT VERY PERSONAL......................I SUGGEST YOU CALL HER IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE THIS RIGHT . SHE HAS NO WAY TO GET TO WORK AND HAS KIDS!!!!!@!!!!HOPEFULLY YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!!!@

The owner has the biggest heart you’ve ever seen. My mother went in there with car trouble to find out she needed multiple things to get her car back on the road. She was informed how much it would cost and she asked him if he knew any tow companies that could have the car dropped back off at her house because she couldn’t afford it right now. The owner being the kind person he is, ordered the parts and fixed it anyways. He simply told her to come in and pay whatever she can whenever she can and not to stress about it. The parts alone were well over $400. It makes me so truly happy to know there are still good people out there. Thank you spooners first all that you have done for my family.

My truck I know was a headache! In the end they got the problem sorted out and I must say, they brought my 12 valve back to life! It has more power than it did 100,000 miles ago! Instantly noticed a difference and I’ve only had it back for a day. I’m about to break 300k and she runs amazing! I don’t think I want to take my truck anywhere else. I’ll be scheduling more work now that I found an honest great shop with amazing staff! Thank you guys for the amazing work, much appreciated! I’ve went to Spooner’s for the past 5 years. And only to Spooners. Since day one Jeff has helped me tremendously and when I needed it most. Now, 2 years later- my cars ac compressor clutch went out today. The fellas at auto zone claim it’s not ok to even drive- a real pain in the a$$ to fix and happened out of nowhere. 2 weeks of school left and I HAVE to get my kids to and from. Praying Spooners can help me in this dilemma as they have before.

Don't bring your vehicles there. They will charge you for parts that never get put on your vehicle. Paid to have a motor fully rebuilt. Had it less than a week, and then they tried to charge me for a new motor when it was under warranty because Going through the shop. Recommendation go anywhere else other than spooners.

Got me in last minute...helped me push my stalled car into the shop from the street... Taught me how to identify these problems under the hood by letting me watch and ask questions... Got the a/c recharged in my car and had a great experience. Got it all done in no less then 20 mins. Basically in and out. They know what they are doing. They do it all in a timely manner.
